We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Jim’s. They were welcoming hosts and our time there was very comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and full of charm. We look forward to coming back for future visits to Amherst!

Experience exceeded expectations. The Airbnb had everything we needed. The pictures don’t capture how beautiful it is.. Everything felt new - walls carpets furniture do. Incredible scenic views, and park not far away for hiking. For folks looking for a private, quiet, rural, location.

We had a great time at Sharon's rental. The location was private and far enough from the "busy" area.

we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, house was a perfect setup for our needs. The host supplied all the necessities needed for our stay. the kids loved the rock painting, walking and exploring the beach. easy drive to the sports center which is what brought us to town. host also was very informative as to explaining how to get in the house, where everything was stored in the house and suggested local activities and restaurants. will be back next year!

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

My family loved the space. We were in town for a cheer competition. The location was not far from all of Sandusky’s main attractions, and the help guide assisted us in discovering the local places. We plan to rebook before summer is out so we can see the city in full swing.

we took a short 2 day trip to cedar point and Marks place was perfect! close distance to the park and the lake. We will back!

This little house was comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to see. We took a small walk to the end of the street and were on the beach of Lake Erie. About a 15 minute drive and we were at Cedar Point. There was a gas station close, a Dairy Queen if you prefer burgers and 2 nice dine in restaurants for the more mature palates. It was fully stocked and we lacked nothing during our stay.

The house was as describe. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The host were very kind and proactive.

It met my needs perfectly. It was located a good distance from everything I was interested in seeing while in the area, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and quite pretty this time of year. It can get a little warm, but there are fans provided so it wasn't a problem.

The cottage is lovely !! Great location! Pretty small, but that’s typical for Lakeside. Great clean accommodations and very well updated. Everything works and everything is new. Very very clean. We enjoyed it

I have stayed in many places on Lake Erie. This home has the most beautiful, expansive view I have ever seen. The house is older and has precious charm and eclectic features. The chandiliers are just precious. I will definitely go back. Our host was very responsive.

We loved our stay here! Very comfortable and welcoming place right next to the lake. Sandra was always responsive, and made sure we had a great time at her home! We would love to stay here again.

Came up for conference. Trains came through at night. I used sound machine to mask out the sound. I would stay again next year if available.

Jennifer was a very accommodating and responsive host. Her place was exactly as described, and we had a great week of fishing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially if they're looking to fish Lake Erie.

I could not have a picked a better place to stay or a better host! Joes place is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect! It was the perfect short getaway while there for a volleyball tournament! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again! Larry’s cabin was amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect size and has all the amenities for a small family and then some. The kids both felt like they had their own space. Bonus was the canoe that allowed us to enjoy the lake even more, and the hot tub was clean and in great shape. I recommend this highly and we WILL be back!

What a charming house, and it couldn't get closer to the water without being a houseboat! The furniture was comfortable, but the views were the real star here. We loved sitting in the sun room at night playing cards while watching the lake. Also Alex was great to communicate with and very friendly and helpful. I hope we'll make it back to stay again sometime!

I rented this place for a quick weekend getaway. The location was great and the downtown area was easily within a walking distance. The place itself was squeaky clean and overall it exceeded our expectations. I should mention that we went in the off season.
