Bret's place was lovely to stay at. Everything you needed was there. He even put some water bottles in the fridge and free coffee in morning which was a big plus for us.

This place was the perfect place to stay. We were here for about 2 months. Bret was the perfect host. Was very available if we needed anything. We also were able to go to an event with him and another roommate. Very friendly and easy going.

This is an amazing place to stay!! They are SO AMAZING!!! The place was so clean and there was lots of space for us!!! We had a basketball tournament and we rented their house and apartment and our team, my husband and our kids stayed here and were very comfortable!!! I will be staying here every time we come for now on! We won a championship on our trip and they came over and took pictures with us!!! They are very friendly and accommodating!!! They live next door so if you need anything they come right away!!! Again, this is an amazing house with amazing owners!!!! I would recommend staying here!!! If you have the apartment, you have your own space and you cannot hear what is going on in house. You have a private entrance as well!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Hosts were exceptionally friendly and very easy to work with. They have a very spacious guest house for me and my husband, we enjoyed our conversation with them. Loved the location, Central Ave. They treated us fabulous!

This place was in a great location and very comfortable. I loved the motion sensing security light when you walked up to the door, it makes you feel safe . This place was clean, both inside and outside. The owner was always close by if I needed anything, very kind and thoughtful. Turned out to be an unexpected cool night so the owner made sure I had enough blankets to be comfortable. I enjoyed my 3 night stay and would recommended Joe & Jyoti's place if your going to visit Phoenix.

My husband and I were in town for one night and appreciated being able to stay at Joe & Jyoti's place. It's a great location close to downtown and was a good landing spot for the night.

I needed a place to stay during a 17 hour layover and Victor's place was perfect! Very comfortable, quiet, and clean, and perfect location next to the airport for my early morning flight.

Very basic. Shares a single bathroom with other airbnb guest. Air in room seemed a bit stale and bed covers were dusty, but works for a getting a night's rest and a shower before your flight out the next day.

Leslie is a very kind and gentle person. He generously picked me up at the airport when arrival. Communication with him is smooth. He provided me with anything I needed. He also prepared a fridge and a coffer maker in the room as well as some fruits and soda. In response to my request, he kindly let me use the kitchen sink and microwave. The house is located in a historic area of Phoenix and looks very nice. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. A nice park and a Japanese garden are next across the street. Two light rail stations and a few nice restaurants are in walking distance. A rental bike station is adjacent to one of the light rail stations. As far as I understand, he accepts one guest at a time, so you would feel quite private if you wish. I would like to stay his house again for the next visit to Phoenix.

What a great place! Easy to find, only 10 minutes from the airport, cool places to eat and drink nearby, and a great host!

Leslie is a super host. Communications were clear from A to Z. His place is very close to downtown and light train. Couple of coffee houses in the neighborhood. Would go back without thinking.

My stay at Leslie's home was perfect! I actually have nothing to complain about! He provided me with everything I needed to be comfortable. The room is nicely decorated (just as the photos suggested) and the bed is very comfortable. There is a fridge/coffee maker in the room and I had my own bathroom. Leslie did everything to make stay enjoyable! Thank you for having me!

I had a very good stay. Leslie was a great host, very discrete and helpful when needed. A quiet location gave me a needed rest and the birds singing in the morning were just a perfect way of starting the day!

I had an amazing stay at Leslie's house! It is perfectly clean, located across the street from a great park. I walked to excellent restaurants and easily took an Uber to downtown events. The mini fridge and coffee in the room made the mornings easy and relaxing. I highly recommend Leslie's place!

Location, location, location! I was visiting Phoenix so I was I was happy to find out Leslie's place was close to restaurants, coffee shops, library, and had easy access to freeway. The room was clean and quiet. His description was accurate. Thanks for the fresh organic fruits, water bottles and chocolate.

David's place was really great. He was very helpful, responsive and accommodating and the fact that the space is awesome, was a perk. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The unit was clean, spacious, complete with bedroom, living room, kitchen, & small yard space. It was a perfect home feel for my stay with my lab. Check in and communication was smooth and great with the owner. Definitely would recommend this stay for friends or family looking for a convenient location near Scottsdale, Phoenix, and trails in each direction.

A unique venue staying at an urban farm. John is super friendly and hospitable. Definitely fun to see all the things he's doing.

The place is in a central location and was perfect for what I needed. John was also very prompt in replying whenever I had any questions, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Lori's place was convenient, well-appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed the DVD player in the room and the little patio, and appreciated the large supply of bottled water in the fridge.

Excellent neighborhood with access to great shopping. Bed was very comfy, slept well. 1st floor apartment was like a show flat, slightly older apartment building but everything was well maintained, comfortable and stylish. There was a covered parking spot for us right outside the front door. Enjoyed waking up to little birdies chirping outside the bedroom patio. Lori was a very sweet host and checked in on us often enough to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. That was great experience for us as first time Air B&B users.

Lori's place was our first experience with airbnb and what a great one! Her place was very nice and clean and we were happy with our stay. We had our own bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Lori was easy to communicate with over text and provided a great space in downtown Phoenix.

Michael and Zane are great hosts who gave me lots of extra help! The bedroom was perfect and I practically had my own bathroom across the hall. My 6 day- stay was very comfortable because their home is very peaceful and they made me feel like it was MY home to come and go freely. ( a big plus is that Uber ride costs only under $8 from airport).

Zane was very welcoming and also their 2 little dogs. They have the room fixed up very cute. They even had coffee ready to brew. The truffle and coffee toffees was a nice touch. Their apartment is close to the light rail, and I found the bus system convenient to use. I will definitely stay with them again if I'm ever in Phoenix again.

This casita was perfect for a weekend get away. Everything was clean and fresh. In the fridge was some water and soda. They was a Keurig with coffee and tea. Tim and Amy were very helpful. They have a cute dog that my partner and I warmed up to. The location is great. It's close to stores and restaurants. Tim and Amy were very friendly and I would stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Tim, Amy, and their adorable dog Zoey were awesome! We were able to check in before the check in time which was very nice. My friend and I enjoyed lounging in their backyard as well as swimming in their very well maintained pool. The casita was beautiful, comfortable, and neat. They were very welcoming and my friend and I enjoyed chit chatting with Amy about the area. I will definitely use this location again when I stay in Tempe / Phx again. Beautiful casita with complete privacy. Nicely updated with a heavenly bed and fantastic shower. Located so close to very popular (and yummy) local restaurants. If you're a light sleeper, being located near busy 44th St could be problematic.

Tim and Amy were great hosts! The room was clean, spacious, and the perfect getaway. Even though we live around the corner, it was a nice way to escape daily life with a quick staycation. The location is perfect for anyone, close to the airport, and within minutes of great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area.

This place was great. A very private small house in Tim and Amy's backyard with a comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. The whole place was super clean. They provided all the basics: towels for the bath and pool, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There's a coffee machine and a fridge, where they included bottles of water and a couple of sodas. Comunication was very easy, they where always very responsive. My husband and I just stayed one night but will definitely stay in this place again when we go back to Phoenix. This is a great place in the terrific Phoenix neighborhood of Arcadia. Walkable to many things and the space is absolutely great. Tim and Amy make it easy and convenient.
