Condo vacation rentals in Phoenix

Stephanie was quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo itself was very clean and felt cozy and inviting. The complex was well maintained and nicely landscaped. We enjoyed the heated pool and area.

Had a couple minor issues however host was very quick to respond. Nice and clean, the only drawback is pillowcases and pillows. You might want to bring your own. Comfortable bed and great location. Pretty much everything you need to spend a couple weeks.

This rental was so cute, exactly as described. I’m very satisfied with my stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

Very conveniently located. Quiet complex. Easy access to grocery store. Would stay here again.

great value very clean

Michelle's place was perfect for checking out nearby amenities like the golf courses and Old Town. It was clean, easygoing, and we enjoyed the pool too. She was also very accommodating in our extending/changing the booking which was helpful. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future! Thanks Michelle!!

Great stay in Scottsdale. The condo was great, comfy bed! So many extras - very generous hosts!

Perfect location for a horse show at WestWorld. Unit was directly across from the designated parking spot. Lots of food & shopping in the area. Unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Will try to stay again next time.

Great long-term stay. The gated apartments felt very safe and the host was responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. I wish check in was earlier and checkout what the same time as check in. Other than that it was a beautiful stay.

Andrew’s place is a great layout for families, with the open area between the bedrooms/bathrooms, and is in a private and quiet gated community. We had access to the community pool and could walk over to the next neighbourhood very easily via sidewalks. The property is located in a central area of the greater Phoenix area, so we could drive to the various suburbs easily. Andrew’s place is very good value and there was even a Christmas tree in a closet that we were able to set up for the holiday :)

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

Stayed in Scottsdale for for bike week. The location was excellent and everything was close and within walking distance definitely would consider staying there again.

We loved staying at this clean, fun Airbnb. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a KitchenAid stand mixer. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of extra bedding. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. The pool and hot tub were superb - clean and quiet, and there was a gas bbq and restrooms right by the pool so that you didn’t have to go back up to the apartment if restrooms were needed. The apartment complex was gated, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe, with grocery stores and good restaurants close by. Would 100% stay here again.

Everything was just perfect, everything we needed in the kitchen was there, and the bathrooms also. Plenty of room in each room and large closets. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the ponds, and grilling on the grill was really nice. It was nice having a garage. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and knowledgable. THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

We absolutely loved the location overlooking the golf course. It was a great view and very relaxing. We were centrally located and close to everything in old town, Scottsdale and close to Tempe.

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Great condo!

Everything about the home was absolutely perfect. Toby’s communication was fabulous. Her attention to detail as regards to a clean, warm and comfortable home was so much appreciated. The information she has for guests in the home was outstanding. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in excellent condition. The home is the absolutely the most organized and well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. And all this comes with allowing you to relax while there. To feel comfortable being there. We would most certainly stay there again and highly, highly recommend Toby’s place. What a wonderful stay we had. We can’t say enough good things.

I have had the pleasure to book twice. I look for this listing everytime when I visit Mayo Clinic. Very quiet. Well stocked with extras in case you forget something. Always clean. Host provides effective and constant communication. Always responsive. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms that are separated by the living area for extra privacy. Pictures match the listing.
