  • Good value with a friendly host!

  • The Pink room is a well accommodated place within the beautiful city of Easton. Lisa provided us with a very comfortable stay in her home with a large selection of organic and natural foods and soaps. We loved the closeness to downtown Easton, which is walkable within 10 minutes, and the quiet neighborhood. Make sure to check out Easton Outloud which is every fourth Friday in the summer for live music and entertainment, and the farmers market on Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you're in the Easton area.

  • Great place to stay

    Danny2017-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • We were pleasantly surprised to feel so at home during our month at Fiona's house. We loved our bedroom: it was upstairs and private, with great natural lighting, and access to a fully stocked linens closet. We had plenty of storage space for our belongings between two drawer cabinets and a large walk in closet. My girlfriend worked from home every day in a quiet and comfortable setting (a simple desk by the window and central air made a nice difference). The upstairs bathroom has two separate doors into both of Fiona's guest bedrooms, but it is comfortable to share as both doors lock from the inside when in use. Fiona provided all bath essentials (shampoo/wash/soap/towels), and even cleaning materials for regular upkeep of the space. We were especially thankful for the unlimited access to Fiona's great kitchen (including fridge and storage space) - an option that is not usually offered at similar long-term Airbnb places. We have even shared dinners on several occasions. Her family was very welcoming and the enthusiastic and positive attitude smoothed out the slight language barrier. We were able to effectively communicate all of our needs and gratitudes. We confidently recommend this stay.

  • Fiona's house is super clean and cozy and her family is nice and funny! Their house is perfect to stay in if you have a car! Their neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved staying with them!

  • We visited as four girls and enjoyed the shared bathroom between the two rooms. We were also able to use the kitchen as we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They provide shampoo, body wash, and linens, but any other bathroom amenities should be brought by the guest. Fiona and her family were very nice and communication was quick and easy.

  • This is a perfect place to stay! We visited there for a wedding and this places is perfect since there ain't too many options nearby! • It was easy to make arrangements for check in and we were met by Lisa. My daughter and I stayed in the suite, booked as pink and blue rooms. They suited us perfectly- the pink room very light filled and sunny, though with the window open one could hear street noise, which as a person who grew up in the city I am used to. The blue room was perfect for my daughter who like a a calm more nocturnal seeming space. The breakfast items including home made granola were a nice surprise. Everything was clean and provided. Shower a bit smaller than what I am used to but adequate for our stay. Conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and parking right out front.

    Suz2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Lisa was excellent at communicating and coordinating with me. The room was very nice with a beautiful view, and a short walk to the bus station and Easton city center. I will definitely stay here again if I need to stay overnight in Easton.

    Matthew2017-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Very close to where we needed to go for our concert. The house is cute & quaint. Lisa is extremely friendly! The only thing is, if you’re coming to Easton in the warmer months, make sure you bring a fan because our room was hotttt. But other than that, it was perfect

    Sammi2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Easy street parking , easy key check in . Clean and quaint with personal touches of all natural coffee, tea, soap and shampoos. Yummy granola . Clean comfortable sheets and bed . Great value and we would stay again .

  • Lisa was such wonderful host ,communicating extremely well before my stay and welcomed my wife and I upon arrival. I was in Easton to run a marathon in an effort to qualify for the prestigious Boston marathon and the location was perfect ( just a short 10 minute walk to the finish line). Would highly recommend to all travelers . A gem indeed, so blessed to have come across this listing! Thanks so much Lisa!

    Laura2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • *This review pertains to the third floor living space only* Nice home, affable host. My favorite touch was the organic milk and fair trade coffee available in the sitting room. If you are lucky there may even be some delicious homemade granola available. The road noise from cars was an issue one night, was surprised as it is a one way street, not sure if that was just an aberration. Issue can easily be overcome with earplugs or a running fan. I did sleep with the windows open, so may not be an issue at all. Ultimately a great stay and experience.

  • Our stay with Meg and Berne exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt like we were at an elegant and charming European inn! The pool and grounds are lovely, and the carriage house was beautifully appointed and yet warm and welcoming. I have never experienced such warm hospitality!

  • Margaret and Berne were the most delightful hosts. The care and creativity they have used to create a paradise for their guests is only matched by the warm care they showed for our comfort. Berne gave us some great hiking suggestions in the area, as well as shared his birthday cake! Margaret shared places to eat and we enjoyed coffe and conversation. A most delightful experience.

    Elaine 2017-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! Meg and Berne made it so easy and their home is absolutely beautiful. She even brought us a lovely breakfast and our accommodations we're very classic cool, we really loved it ( especially the homemade sign in Italiano :-). Everything was so comfortable, communication was excellent and checking in was as easy as can be. Anyone coming to the area would love staying at this Airbnb, just wonderful people, we're so grateful for our new friends!

  • What a lovely stay we had at the Marberne Cottage. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and hosts. Berne and Meg gave us a warm welcome and were thoughtful throughout our entire stay. Every detail/experience was throughly planned to make sure we had a good time. The cottage was exquisitely designed to give a homely feel. Access to the garden (with fire pit), lounging area and pool was an added plus. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Berne and Meg, although newbies to Airbnb hosting, are already on their way to becoming super hosts. We look forward to visiting them again!

  • Dear Berne and Margeret, We truly enjoyed every moment here on your property. The space and grounds were more beautiful, peaceful and refreshing than we could have imagined. (Pictures definitely do not do justice to this precious site.) We enjoyed your company and hospitality tremendously. Thank you for being so culturally sensitive and for providing with plenty of private space! We also enjoyed the time and conversations shared! Thank you for going out of your way to ensure we have more than our needs met (including a baby gift for our baby due soon!) We were so comfortable with the indoor accommodations (a cozy bedroom, chill space, kitchen, awesome shower-all well stocked with all amenities.) The outdoor grounds provided plenty of on site nature, a fire pit, outdoor lighting and music and an awesome pool! This is by far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. We will definitely be back! Love Shimon and Mushka

  • Norma and her husband both are excellent hosts. They are quick responsive, kept home very clean and so friendly. They have very well taken care of us. We would like to come over their again and again.

  • Norma is such a sweetheart and the place was amazing it was the best home away from home experience. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend.

    Leanette 2017-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • We are usually skeptical about the cleanliness at places but this house was the cleanest house we've ever stayed at.. Also they thought of everything right down to wine bottle openers and cotton balls ... you will feel right at home

    Albba2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • I can't say enough good things about this place. First off, Norma and Wayne are such warm and inviting people. Secondly, the views around the farm are just breathtaking. We saw deer, rabbits, so many birds and of course the horses that are kept on the property (they don't belong to Norma and Wayne but they are so fun to watch from the porch). The place is so spacious. Two couples and a child could easily fit. The porch is perfect for relaxing, using the BBQ and having a drink and enjoying the views. You have the advantage of the peacefulness of nature but everything you need is a stone's throw away. We went on a train ride/winery tour that we absolutely loved just thirty minutes away. The pictures don't even do this place justice. It is a scenic as it gets. We look forward to returning.

    Lisa2017-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay for so many different reasons. It is close to so many attractions, stores, restaurants, etc., yet secluded enough to feel like you are on a relaxing trip away from the world. There are great views at every angle of the property. The home is EXTREMELY clean and very nicely decorated. Norma and Wayne are absolutely wonderful hosts. They both go above and beyond. They provided so many amenities that are easy to forget when traveling and even included so many extras that it stands as going above and beyond.

    Katherine2017-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • We chose Norma's place for a couple of nights quiet stop-off on the way to NY and we couldn't have chosen better. Great accommodation and amenities and plenty of the personal touches that make all the difference.

  • Kurt is an amazing host. He was available and made sure we were all set before leaving. His apartment was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The amenities were just what we needed. Thank you for opening up your home!

    Vanessa2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Kurt’s place is even better than described on Airbnb. First, the views of the river and bridge were such a great treat. The apartment itself was very cool and modern and situated in the heart of Easton where there’s a wide variety of great restaurants and pubs to choose from . The hotel has a continental breakfast every day, a pool a gym, a hair salon and a laundry facility. The bedroom has a tv with cable and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on . Kurt even had the fridge stocked with a nice array of refreshments available for purchase. He was the perfect host ..... answered texts promptly, left brochures and directions, and just aimed to please! We had a five star experience and we highly recommend it.

Our place is a few minutes away from i-78, 611 and 33 which makes it easy to travel from/to NYC, Philadelphia and Poconos. We are also just a mile away from historic Easton, Crayola experience and quite a few restaurants and bars. If you don't feel like going out you can always enjoy the tranquil front porch or the cozy patio in the back. We have a loving beagle who unfortunately doesn't like other pets so if you are not an animal person/allergic/travel with a pet this is not your place.
The room is quite large with a queen bed and TV on one side and a futon with a coffee table and a mini fridge on the other side. It is on the attic floor so it is isolated from the rest of the house. It has a little vintage outlook with a modern twist :)
Our neighborhood is a quite suburban one but very close to downtown and a lot of places to eat and explore.
  • We made a quick stay when picking up our daughter from Lafayette College, and this was an excellent alternative to much higher-priced hotels, very conveniently located near downtown Easton and Lafayette. Great attention to cleanliness, & guest comfort. Christina & Russ are warmly welcoming, have a lovely home, and do a wonderful job! Thank you!

    Dori2017-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • Christina's place is beautiful. The room is large and comfortable and Christina and her husband are gracious and helpful hosts. We stayed with them while on a college tour. Her home was a quiet, welcoming and relaxing place to stay with plenty of room to stretch out and destress.

    Deirdre2017-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Christina's room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It's private and quiet because it's on the third floor by itself. I was only there for one night, but it would be good for a longer stay, too. I appreciated having the futon and coffee table, and the fridge, too. There's a microwave, but I didn't use it. You do have to share the bathroom with the family, but it was not a problem at all. Somehow Christina keeps everything sparkling clean, even with a little boy and dog in the house. Pretty amazing! The location is convenient and just a few minutes from I-78. I felt perfectly safe there. It seems like a nice urban community. There was plenty of on street parking. Just be prepared that you might need to use your parallel parking skills - something I hardly ever have to do, but I did just fine. :) I didn't get to meet her husband, but she and her little boy are very sweet. So is the beagle! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christina's room, and I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

  • A large personal space with a mini fridge!

    Luke2017-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Came back after staying here the week before. This time I brought a different friend and she said the room was charming. Highly recommended!

    Tyler2016-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying with Christina & her family! Our room was exactly like the pics, only larger than it seems! Everything was in place for our arrival, and she was very thoughtful with the details, including a water pitcher, extra bedding & an air mattress because we had discussed that one of us was planning on sleeping on the futon displayed. She was flexible with our options & laid back when our plans got changed because of a winter storm, and even let us book & stay a 2nd night at the last minute. She's a great host... friendly & chatty if you want some company, but gives privacy & quiet if you prefer otherwise. Her dog was super friendly, and it was wonderful getting to interact with her toddler son a bit. The only thing about the room is that it's up 2 flights of stairs, the bathroom is down one set of stairs from the bedroom, and the bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze for larger folks. This could be a problem for some folks with mobility issues. Other than that little unknown, everything was perfect! I will definitely consider staying with her again the next time I'm in town!

    Mary Kay2016-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • Christina's place was spacious, clean and extremely close to all the riverside downtown restaurants and markets. She was very responsive and kind to our requests and made sure to show us around. Her family is so sweet and her beagle is adorable as well. Really kid-friendly place!

    Esther2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Christina and her husband are the sweetest people. Their house was beautiful and the room was very spacious and sooooo neat. They were super accommodating to us going to a show and coming home whenever we wanted. If we ever came back to Easton we would book again instantly xo

Cozy cottage overlooking the Delaware river, bring your fishing pole and enjoy all the river has to offer. Eagles are nesting down river and are frequent seen soaring above. Wild ducks with their ducklings are common visitors. The deck railings can be lite up for that great romantic evening, while you relax on you own private deck high above the river. The cottage has about 15 steps to get to the first floor and there is a occasional train which blows its whistle while traveling up the river on the jersey shore day and nights. Nearby Easton is home to many restaurants and attractions.
We are located just 5 minutes from Easton and have direct access to the Delaware river.
  • Jerry was great, he greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. Very nice and friendly, and stocked the fridge with all the basics.

    Ryan2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I, will forever be grateful to have found this hidden gem. Celebrating our anniversary together could not have been more perfect anywhere else. An enchanting view of the river boasts peace and serenity from every angle of the spacious elevated front porch. A very cleanly, cozy, home tucked in beside the river. It was the epitome of perfection. Jerry was an amazing host, with a kind heart and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable. Feeling right at home, it was difficult to leave, but Peggy's Place will always be a top place full of beautiful memories. Truly an unforgettable display that one must experience for themselves.

    Dave2017-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Peggy's place is a relaxing oasis by the river. The hospitality shown is well above and beyond what would be expected of an Airbnb host. My family and I felt so welcomed and wanted that we did not want to leave. Jerry paid close attention to detail; from a well stocked fridge to delicious local treats such as wines from Franklin Hill vineyards and a bag of fresh bagels from a nearby shop. We were taken aback by his generosity towards our newborn daughter. Him and his wife went well out of their way for us. We are extremely appreciative! Thank you!

    Martin2017-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Jerry was a great host! My girl and I enjoyed an outstanding weekend together here at 'Peggy's Place'. We highly recommend you book your own weekend getaway here. Jerry is both gracious and thoughtful - upon our arrival we noticed the refrigerator stocked with breakfast goodies and snacks. As an added bonus, we also found two bottles of local wine to sample. Fantastic. We look forward to a return visit!

    Vincent2017-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Prime location right on the river.

    Danielle2017-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Great personal service and touch by Jerry, putting a UK flag on the house to make us feel welcome and bring us fresh bagels in the morning, as well as stocking the fridge with great food! Great terrace with great view of the river.

    Guillaume2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • I had an excellent stay at Peggy's Place. The house is extremely clean and has everything you need to get by for a few days. The view from the outside deck is beautiful. Jerry is a great host and makes you feel at home. The location is on a quiet stretch of the river, but it is close to many restaurants and activities. There are a few farm stands less than 10 minutes away to get fresh goods. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful stay at a great location. Thank you Jerry.

    Porousha2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Peggy's Place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Jerry met us at check-in and was so nice. A very thoughtful host, he had preloaded the 'frig with drinks and items for breakfast. Chocolates and wine awaited us as well. The house itself is just perfect for two. We loved sitting out on the deck, having a drink, looking at the river and watching the activity below. Great communication from this host from the time of booking, through arrival, and during our stay as well. Great suggestions for restaurants, wineries, and other activities. We are already thinking about a return trip in the Fall.

  • This is a very accessible location in a beautiful residential area of Phillipsburg. While there's no TV, the room is very comfortable and well appointed. Deby and Frank are wonderful hosts!

    Leslie2017-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Frank's place was exactly as described in the listing and Frank and Deby were gracious host and more pleasant than you could've hoped for...... I enjoyed my stay there, and would definitely consider staying there next time I visit Lehhigh valley area..

    gang2016-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Deby and Frank are perfectly lovely people. Unfortunately we had very little time to visit with them, but we felt completely welcomed! We found their listing accurately described. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We were guests in May, as all plants were leafing out, and their house blended in beautifully with the surroundings.

    Robert2016-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay with Frank & Debby. They are so friendly and interesting to talk to. The room with private bath and entrance was as described with direct access to a covered patio as well. The room was very clean and and comfortable so we would definitely stay with them again when in the area the next time.

    Tony2015-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • This is the second time I stayed in Frank & Debby's house. They are just perfect and their house is just like home to me in Phillipsburg. I will definitely come back again. Gang

  • Arrived late Saturday night, left early Sunday morning. Unfortunately our stay wasn't longer. Frank and debt seemed like very nice people, and their place was cozy, warm, and comfortable. Just what you want when doing two obstacle course races in one weekend. If ever in the area for a longer stay, will definitely consider staying here again!

    Jeremy2016-07-18T00:00:00Z

Our historical farm house is situated in tip of a beautiful town, College Hill in Easton. The house is where some cute wild animals and birds visit. Yet from our house, it only takes 5 min to get gorgeous historical Easton down town and Lafayette College. The downtown is famous for its historical dutch architecture buildings, great restaurants and bars where you can enjoy some finest gourmet drinks and foods.
The large Master bedroom offers a walking closet, a large private bathroom has a large french style bathtub and walk-in shower. You can only smoke front porch but no smoking indoor and other premises are allowed.
Our neighbors are quiet, safe and peaceful. Farmers market is held every other Saturday morning to noon at Center Sq in Easton Downtown, and you can enjoy organic cheese, bread, fresh vegitables and fruits and more.
  • Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. The hosts were very gracious and invited me to two dinners. Highly recommend staying here!!

    Frank2017-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Marie is absolutely gracious! Her home is beautiful, meticulous, and quiet. The only thing I would mention is the bedroom has many windows and a door which makes it lovely and light, however, there are no room darkening shades so the room is very bright early in the morning. Otherwise, it is a lovely room and Marie is wonderful!

    Alexandra2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Marie and her husband were very accomodating, the bed was very comfortable and the tub was amazing. She had lavendar bath salts and bubble bath, nice perfume on the vanity, extra toothbrushes, q tips, etc. Very nice place

  • Joe and Susan are lovely hosts. Their bungalow is magic. Great for our writing retreat. Will be back soon! We loved it!

  • Classic property is the best way I can describe it. Sits high off the Delaware River valley. Very serene. Excellent views. Really convenient to the interstate, the Lehigh Valley environs, Sands Casino, downtown Easton shoppes and nice restaurants. Easy shot from Newark or ABE airports. I am definitely coming back for more as the need arises!

    Hunter2015-08-03T00:00:00Z

    Omar2015-11-08T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Joe's bungalow on two occasions - both times during the week days. The location is very safe and convenient - right off I-78. The bungalow is secluded and the scenery around it is amazing, so are the views - perfect to be enjoyed with a glass of wine on a deck. There is also a place to have a cup of coffee or breakfast/lunch outside. The grounds are well taken care of. There are many beautiful trees and flowers. The bungalow itself is small but can comfortably accommodate two people and a child. The bed is comfortable and had fresh linens. All of the pluming, heating, and A/C worked well. Having a washer and dryer in the basement is a big plus. When it comes to cons, I would note presence of bugs and an odor that the house had when we first checked in. We ventilated and burnt some candles and it mostly went away. I definitely recommend Joe's place! He is a wonderful host who was always available via email/phone. We ran out of the dishwashing liquid and were provided a new bottle right away. Also, Joe let us check out later which was much appreciated!

    Yana2017-05-25T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great experience staying in Joe’s bungalow. The location is easy to get to, yet secluded and perfect for relaxation - surrounded by nature and great views. The house was clean, comfortable, cozy with a charming decoration and great wifi. We didn’t meet Joe but he lived nearby and was always reachable and ready to help with whatever we needed.

    Samuel2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • This place is refreshingly furnished for the era of the house. A true and refreshing mid century 'throw back' while at the same time offering all the modern comforts you expect. The bed is very comfortable and the outdoor setting is serene. This is a perfect getaway for city couples looking for peace and quiet. And the owners are very communicative and generous. We highly recommend Joe's Place!

    Clare2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Joe answered all questions promptly, was friendly and made everything easy for me and my girlfriend. We would recommend him to others and think the bungalow is a perfect way to spend a few nices for those seeking seclusion.

Our private country home, aptly named Stone Cottage Woods, is a c.1720 farmhouse that is completely restored. The private bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen sleep number bed, and includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and use of the common living room with TV. This suite now includes a small refrigerator, and toaster along with a coffee maker. We generally leave goodies in the room such as fruit and snacks. Let us know of any dietary restrictions.
This lovingly restored bucolic farmhouse is the creation of its owners, 2 artist women who are animal rescuers and advocates. "Stone Cottage Woods" is located in picturesque Williams Township, a stones-throw from the northernmost Bucks County Line, and Delaware River Corridor. Situated on 2 1/2 acres, it is located across from a dairy which is preserved farmland. The property is generally quiet and peaceful. Relax on one of the 2 decks or bluestone patio by the Koi pond and enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage with the well traveled owners. This space is perfect for the weekend traveler or the weekday traveler who doesn't want the coldness of a hotel. Prepare for a meeting, read a book or 2, go sightseeing, antiquing, or just relax and get away from it all. If you want to rent more than a weekend, please email us and we will make necessary adjustments to the calendar. Our home is currently for sale. This means there is the possibility of a showing by a realtor. We will do our best to limit this or give ample notice to you. We appreciate you keeping the space as tidy as possible.
The neighborhood consists of farmhouses, farms, single family homes on at least 3 acres of land each. Our road is generally quiet with the exception of motorcycles and sight seers in the spring and summer. If you don't like the smell of cows, please do not rent this space. We have 2 DOGS, they bark occasionally, but are very friendly.
  • We were at Lori's place for two nights. The place - even though is right above the village road is very quiet and cosy. If you want to escape from the city for one or two days, have a glass of wine in a swing chairs with w sound of the water whispering in the fountain on the back of the house - it is a perfect place to do so. Lori as a host was great. She showed as around and suggested places to spend time.

    Błażej2017-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Lori's place is a beautiful, private and spacious retreat. It's technically a room in the house, but you really feel like you have the place to yourself. Coffee, breakfast items, and even a adjustable mattress were included. We loved it and only regretted that we couldn't stay longer.

    Rebecca2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay! There simply aren't sufficient words to describe how incredible our time was here. The home is amazing, with beautiful architectural details throughout. Everything is so well thought-out and obviously brought together with love and care. Lori is a wonderful host, making sure that we felt at home from the start. Breakfasts were delicious, using local and organic foods as much as possible. Our weekend was a refreshing time, exactly what we needed. We left, not only with great memories, but with new friends. Can't wait to go back.

    Kim2015-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lori's little stone cottage oasis! The location is in the beautiful lush PA countryside and the home looks as though Hansel and Gretel may just pop in to visit at any moment. We were so grateful for the peaceful nature of the grounds (although be aware that most all old homes like this are built right on the road, so you are faced with the occasional car or tractor passing by, but we weren't bothered by it at all). We took advantage of the pool and patio and the nice supply of snacks that were available in our room, which was so clean, comfortable, and full of character. Lori offered incredible restaurant suggestions, which were all just a short and beautiful drive down the road. We had a wonderful anniversary weekend! Thank you Lori.

    Jaidy2017-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful overnight getaway to Lori's beautiful home. We had never had an airbnb before, and this was a wonderful first experience. Lori is a great communicator, thorough and insightful both through technology and in person, and sought to enhance our time by recommending places to go based off of our interests. The home itself was immaculate, homey, and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio by the koi pond and enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was a much-needed retreat. We felt very comfortable there and found all our needs were met, plus some. She provided us with breakfast items, including delicious homemade granola, and even offered a bottle of champagne knowing we were celebrating our anniversary. Before we left, she gave us some delicious homemade cookies. She went above-and-beyond for us and made herself available for questions while allowing us plenty of privacy.

    Kristin2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • A very welcoming home in a beautiful location. The host Lori went above and beyond what we expected for our first AirBnb stay and has converted us from conventional hotels. The room is just amazing, perfect temperatures without AC and the option to turn it on should you need it, it is a quiet and tranquil room with very little noise from the road. They have a large garden with very friendly pets to make you feel right at home, a delicious spread for breakfast and even a pool. If you are thinking of staying here then I would not second guess yourself!

    Jordan2015-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Lori's Farmhouse was quaint and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Her hospitality was exactly as described in her listing, she was available and yet not at all intrusive. We loved enjoying the pool and the room was well stocked with drinks and healthy snacks, which was a treat! The accommodations were very comfortable. We loved our trip into Easton for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the scenic drives to and from the farmhouse. Thank you Lori for a fabulous 1st anniversary (URL HIDDEN) was very memorable!

    Shane2016-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect place to get away for weekend if you live in a big city. Lori was the perfect host and plus her 2 dogs were incredibly sweet and friendly. The house was absolutely pristine and the way that Lori designed it makes you feel like you're staying in a European villa. Would definitely stay again next time I need to get away from the city!

The well appointed kitchen allowed me to make dessert for the rehearsal dinner and with the full size fridge I was able to make it ahead of time. It was perfect!

  • Bonnie offers a wonderful AirBnB that is very clean and has all the right amenities for a short term small family rental. This home is comfortable and has easy access to highways, convenient shopping, and served as an excellent location to move in our daughter to Lafayette College (quick 10 minister drive).

  • I stayed here for a family reunion, we really liked the house because it was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful, I really like the fact that she stayed in contact with me the whole time to see if we needed anything.

Next to Twin Rivers brewery and across from Dykes lumber also next to Easton Yoga and nature Nook. You’ll love the Raven because of closeness to community yoga, and vibrant downtown. The Raven is good for adventures, business travelors and blissful healing vibes. Quite single close to delaware river and many restaurants.
Has 11/2 bathrooms choose between first floor yellow room futon or second floor beautiful view blue room city views, orange therapy room. Home has central ac and historic renovations. Spiral staircases and knotty pine floors. Large finished cozy attic with day bed and have an extra air mattress and single bed and 2 closets.
Very eclectic and has key west vibes with many great dining experiences just outside the door.

  • I am a Lafayette College alumnus and stayed over his place during annual Lafayette-Lehigh rivalry football game. Didn't meet him in real life but communication was very good. Gave me an instruction on how to pick up the keys in a hidden place. Great place to stay in Easton.

  • Michele was a great hostess, the location is fab and I slept like a baby! The place was spotless and the common areas downstairs were warm and cozy. The space is huge - 2 bedrooms, an eating area and a living space with a fireplace. I can't wait to visit again after Michele completes furnishing the space. Being an artist, it's bound to be comfortable and unique. Thanks again for sharing your home and I look forward to seeing Grace and Apollo again.

  • Michele and Gary were lovely hosts - very warm, but not intrusive. The third floor apartment we rented from them is clean and spacious with high ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light. Its location is ideal - a beautiful, safe street central to everything we needed. We never had to get in the car!

  • The Heart of Easton was one of the best stays I have ever had. The house was grand, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. More than we had expected! Michele was a wonderful hostess and accommodated all of our needs. I would definitely go back and stay there again! thank you Michele for making it a magical weekend for everyone!!

  • We were blown away by the beauty and old-timey grandeur of Easton, which was truly epitomized by Michele and Garey's charming villa. Although we were visiting Easton for a friend's wedding, it was a happy coincidence that we were in town on the night of Garey's opening at a local art gallery, where we were inspired by the sites and sounds of the clearly vibrant local art scene. The guest accommodations in Michele and Garey's home far exceeded expectations - as guests in fact have access to an entire gut-renovated and fully furnished private floor (which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a study/lounge as well as access to a small balcony) - the photos do not do their place justice! I won't forget to mention that the home was very tastefully decorated with paintings from their own collection adding the final touch of perfection! We hope to be back soon and sincerely thank Michele and Garey for being such gracious and accommodating hosts!

    Roxana2015-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • Michele and Garey went out of their way to fetch me at the bus station and orient me to downtown restaurants when I stayed one night on a business trip. I appreciated the good quality coffee being available because I had to leave at 7:30 am. If you are interested in 19th architecture this home is a great example of graceful preservation.

  • Renee was very helpful and friendly. Riegelsville is a nice quiet town. Through no fault of the host there are neighbors dogs that bark too much

    Donna2016-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great stay with Renee. As other reviewers have described, the unit is more like a small studio than a room. You have your own entrance so you can come and go on your own schedule. Photos are accurate except now there's a single bed in addition to the sofa, which was comfortable. Renee was great. I texted her that I was delayed and came in late (around 11:30pm). She quickly texted me that she'd leave the door open, key on the table to let myself in. Was real easy to come and go.

    Andrej2016-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • Renee's space is clean and no frills, and well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and unwind after a day of biking. The outdoor space is really nice, with good spots to sit and read and a fenced yard that was great for my dog. Renee's pup was super sweet, too.

  • This was a wonderful respite in a quiet beautiful town on the river. I had a delightful experience and will return again. Our host was friendly, accommodating and really made us feel at home. The fact I could bring my dog was the icing on the cake. THANK YOU

My place is close to Lafayette College & Easton Bus Station (3.5 miles), NYC (60 miles), Philadelphia & Pocono Mts (50 miles) and just 5 minutes from PA Rte 22 and 10 minutes from US Rte 78. A great place to crash & relax or use as a stop-over while traveling the northeast corridor of US. You’ll love my place because the house & yard are quiet. Guests can enjoy nature while relaxing on the deck. You'll have private room & bath plus access to my kitchen, deck & a sitting area b/w the two areas.
My place is located just 6-7 minutes from Lafayette College's main campus and less than a mile from Metzger Athletic Complex where most of the varsity sports compete. If you like the outdoors, my place is less than 1 hour from the Pocono Mts, Jim Thorpe, Beltzville State Park and resorts such as Blue Mountain and Shawnee Mountain. Within 30 minutes there is Wind Gap Park, Jacobsburg Park & Educational Center, Merrill Creek Park and many trails for walking and riding. Bethlehem, PA is just a 30 minute drive where there is the Sand Casino and all sorts of other entertainment including the famous Musik Fest.
My home is located in a mixed density development with easy access to a walking/biking path along the Bushkill Creek corridor.
  • Jodie was an amazing host! She was very prompt with her communication with me and was incredibly accommodating. The photos do not do the home and the neighborhood justice, it was super clean and well-organized. She greeted me at the door and left work to meet me in time. She provided towels and a couple of chocolates and a basket of sample-sized toiletries. These little tidbits of hospitality made it a wonderful stay. She was conversational when we encountered each other, but also allowed me to have privacy within the home. I had access to the den, deck, and kitchen. I wish I could've stayed longer, I will certainly be back if you'll have me again!

  • We needed to arrive late on the first night, and Pilar made it quite simple for us to get into our rooms without an introduction. We really appreciated that, as our arrival time was largely out of our control, and had she not been flexible, we may have been screwed. The next morning (and every morning), a full spread of breakfast items was available to us, including eggs, bacon, and potatoes, made-to-order. This was somewhat over-and-above what we were expecting, but greatly appreciated. Our beds were comfortable, linens were clean, bath towels provided ... felt like a 4-star hotel, yet still had the country BnB feel. The backyard was huge, and incredibly natural, with deer seen 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. We loved the fact that the house wasn't surrounded by other homes, and was really out in the country. The only imperfection to the setting was the close proximity of the house to the road out front. We never turned-on the television, so can't speak to the available entertainment, and only slightly tested the WiFi capability, although I accessed my usual news feed over the included WiFi service every morning without issue. Would have been nice to have beers in the fridge, but we understand that most BnB's expect you to provide your own, especially these days with so many options. We'll definitely look for Pilar's BnB again when we're in town.

    Don2016-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Pilar is an amazing host. Breakfast and dinner she cooked for us were absolutely amazing.

    Ljiljana2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Pilars bnb is great! It was our first time ever staying in one and we were quite nervous but she didnt make us feel like we were strangers in her home, instead she gave us so much privacy we felt at ease. The room is private with its own nice size and well kept bathroom! It was a little hot up there but there is an a/c in the room and when we asked if there was anything more we could do about the humidity (which was more just because of the weekend we stayed was overly humid- early july) she brought us a fan asap which helped out tremendously! The bed is also very comfortable, my husband has a very bad back and he was pleased! What i want to rave about most is the food she serves! She knows how to make a hearty healthy flavorful breakfast! She even made bread from scratch and a banana nut bread that i couldnt get enough of! Even breakfast was private which we enjoyed! She has a pool which unfortunately we didnt get to use the first day it was being shocked and the second we had plans the whole day :/ but its really private and a nice size! She also leaves shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer and even pool towels for her guests to use! We also opted to get a couples massage! Pilar os excellent i am 8months pregnant and didnt know what to expect but i did enjoy my massage! On the otherhand tho this is really the only negative, her daughter gave my husband a massage and we did think she was young but didnt want to pre judge but unfortunately she was very inexperienced so for the price I wouldn't recommend booking with her, although she is a sweet girl. My husband just was really looking forward to a good massage due to his back problems and its one of our favorite treats when we have a little room to splurge but with that said you wont be disappointed with Pilar in any sense! All in all great first experience!

    Ariana2017-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Location was convenient to town and Lafayette. Pilar was a thoughtful and communicative host. It was the perfect balance of privacy and thoughtfulness. The food was outstanding. Next visit, I will plan more time to enjoy spa treatments!

  • Pilar and her daughter Norway run a lovely little bed and breakfast a few miles outside of Easton right next to the Delaware River. It is convenient to some lovely parks and walking trails, and is a few minutes by car from the restaurants and bars in Easton. The breakfast food was excellent. Pilar also made us a delicious dinner one of the nights of our stay. If you're looking for a simple, peaceful B&B for a relaxing getaway, this is a great spot.

    Carson2017-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • Pilar cooked us such an amazing dinner! Everything we ate was absolutely delicious!! The house is super clean. The river in the backyard is beautiful (using the kayaks really allowed us to appreciate this). Overall very fun/unique experience!

  • Our stay at Pilars place was absolutely fantastic. Pilar is a benevolent hostess. The house is in a beautiful location, right along the river. It is close by to several different restaurants and an excellent winery. The spa treatment we received was outstanding. One of my favorite parts was the homemade breakfasts! An all around great stay. My girlfriend and I look forward to the opportunity to stay again. Highly recommend.

Our private country home, aptly named "Stone Cottage Woods" is a c.1720 farmhouse that is completely restored. House overlooks a large dairy. The private 2nd floor bedroom sleeps 2 - in a queen sleep number bed, 1 inflatable double bed in the loft space, use of large private bathroom and common living room with TV.
This lovingly restored bucolic farmhouse is the creation of its owners, 2 artist women who are animal rescuers and advocates. It is located in picturesque Williams Township, a stones-throw from the northernmost Bucks County Line, and Delaware River Corridor. Situated on 2 1/2 acres, Stone Cottage Woods is located across from a dairy which is preserved farmland.
  • Thanks for all, it's a blessing to stay in an environment to where you want to call yourself at home and I have been treated like this. These girls are wonderful!

  • Lori was an incredible host and the room was a beautiful space! She was incredibly accommodating and it felt like a bed & breakfast.I highly recommend staying in this airbnb for an amazing and unforgettable experience. She has a breathtaking home perfect for a getaway. The scenic drive is one of the best parts and her outdoors are picture perfect. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

    Brenda2017-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Lori made us feel very welcome. She showed us around the house, and made sure all our needs were met. The rooms are very cozy and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped, with both a shower and a bath, shower gel and shampoo, and towels galore. Since we stayed for the Lehigh Valley Half Marathon, we quickly made coffee around 5 am in the kitchen, slipped out of the house for the race, and returned around 10 am for a shower and Lori's soon to be famous delicious breakfast. If we need to be in the neighbourhood again and Lori can accommodate us, we would definitely like to stay there again.

  • We had a fantastic stay at the Stone Cottage! The house is really beautiful and very comfortable, the area is incredibly peaceful and Lori was an exceptional host. We honestly did not want to leave! Other wonderful things of note...Lori has some very fun and affectionate dogs and cats; fhey were a pleasure to have around. In addition, the breakfast was outstanding; we never left the house unsatisfied or without a smile on our faces. Everything was spotless, organized, and we were really able to make ourselves at home during our stay. Our visit to Easton would not have been the same without our stay here! Thank you!

    Shelly2015-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • It is a beautiful house in the beautiful countryside of Easton with beautiful garden and animals. We love love the interaction with the cats and dogs. The host Lori has provided us ton of helps: offering us complimentary breakfasts, helping us with the grill, letting us use their pool, etc. About 20 min driving north to the house, you can find Walmart, Wegmans, Sam's, etc. I would say it's pretty convenient as a farmhouse. It's about 1h away from Jim Thorpe, where we did a lot of outdoor activities during the labor day weekend.

    Carol2015-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lori's place is beautiful and charming, in an original 18th century stone home. We stayed in winter, just after a snowstorm, but it was no less lovely. Lori and DonnaMarie were both incredibly gracious, and the lodgings were very private and comfortable. Not to mention their dogs and cats are adorable! Would absolutely recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

    Peter2017-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Lori and DonnaMarie have the most lovely country home. Their commitment to their home is felt everywhere within it--they are wonderful to share it. The pool is so relaxing, the pets are so friendly, breakfast is so yummy. Both Lori and DonnaMarie welcome guests, and their advice made our trip as easy as we hoped it would be. Thanks for being so gracious! Lots of great things nearby...but you might not leave.

  • From the moment I pulled up to this gorgeous old stone farmhouse, it was love at first sight. The pastoral setting couldn't be prettier, with a serene koi pond and fall flowers and autumn leaves framing the 18th century cottage. The welcome was warm, friendly and attentive to my needs, including the 2 dogs and cats who greeted me at the door. My room was private and cozy, with a full private bath that included a most welcome soaking tub in addition to the walk in shower, and a comfortable sitting area just off the bedroom. The sleep number bed was divine! There were snacks thoughtfully set out and stocked in the small refrigerator, as well as a coffeemaker and toaster. Lori was the perfect host - friendly, informative and interesting to talk to, yet also honoring my desire for privacy and respite. I would highly recommend Stone Cottage Woods for weekend travelers, people looking for a short break from a more hectic pace, or even a long term stay for anyone whose business travel takes them on the road for long stretches of time.

Quiet peaceful setting intown with wonderful appointments. Sorry no wifi but have smart tv in living room with blue ray and dvd. Many movies. Spacious and conveniant location. Off street parking and private court yard.
Looking for convenience of downtown with a home centralized in historic Easton close to everything and walk to the shopping district, pubs and eclectic restaurants. Easton library is close and next to twin rivers brew pub. Bus is close walking distance. 64 miles from Nyc, 200 from Dc, about 52 from Philly. And 160 Bmore.
Walk to easton public market and crayola. Quiet single home with no pets.
  • Great communication from Jay. I want to be fair because $35 a night is extremely reasonable, so I do not think it is fair to expect a plush resort! I felt this was more like a "youth hostel/college dorm" experience. Mattress on the floor, bathroom needs a redo, towels were old...but for $35 a night you can't be too picky. Tenant who greeted us was friendly.; we were late and Jay was very accommodating.

  • Great place to stay nice and clean and the area is really nice! If I go to Easton again I definitely stay at the blue room.

  • Downstairs looks comfortable with two couches. The flooring and stairs show what an old home that is properly cared for to look like. Solid and sturdy. No creaking. Loved the barn like doors on the bathroom and door to my room. Very spacious entranceways and high ceilings.

  • Excellent location and a great value. Room was perfect and comfortable. Had no complaints during my stay and Jay was very helpful in handling all questions. Highly recommend and it's great for individuals traveling to Easton.

  • Jay was very communicative (immediately responsive when I asked for hangers) and he checked in pretty much every day! The location was really convenient for Easton, restaurants and the nearby college, and parking on the street (or he offered parking in the back) was really easy. For just $31 a night, this wasn't luxurious (mattress on the floor, old towels, bathroom is older) but the bedroom was clean, comfortable, good a/c & bathroom was clean and functionable! It was definitely a good value!

  • Very inspiring place, and unique environment. Melba was a wonderful host, and I hope to meet her again someday.

  • We stayed with Melba for the long weekend. The studio was nice, clean and well-decorated. The art pieces in the studio added the charm to the property. The property is right on the Delaware river. You can stay here at anytime of the year. During the winter, in addition to the central heating, there is pellet fireplace that add the romantic feel and warm the entire place. In the summer, you can sit by the desk with a glass of wine. There are a few things to do within the area. There are a few winery within 30 min driving distance. Bethlehem is about 30 min away. We checked out the farmers marker in town as well. We had the best corn chowder soup. Melba really try to make you comfortable and provide you with anything you need. She is a great host. I recommend this place to anyone.

  • A TREEHOUSE, INDEED! Melba's is the perfect place...a private deck with a river view from her well-appointed efficiency with everything anyone would need and wat, and tranquility! The river can get some boating activity, but it is beautiful and just perfect! Melba was a great host---excellent sense of humor, available if needed, and yet allowed guests their privacy. We really enjoyed the beautiful area, but we absoutely enjoyed Melba and her place---we even decided to do take-out, instead of dining out, to spend the evening on the treetop deck!!!

  • First and foremost I would like to say that the apartment and view outside of it was truly beautiful and so super relaxing ! Secondly, Melba was truly the kindest host. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the place. She even gave us recommendations for places to eat and see! I decided to take my wife away for her birthday weekend and we both were pleasantly happy and glad that we chose to stay at Melba's place. If you're looking for a place to get away to relax, this is the place for you. The room was so eclectically cozy, and full of character. We will definitely stay here again the next time we decide to travel to the pocono area!

  • Everyone needs to stay here ! I spent two days here with my boyfriend for my birthday and the space is even more magical then the pictures show. Melba was a lovely host, met us and gave us a welcome tour. The river is literally right outside your door. The room is filled with things from all of Melba's travels and has everything you need while being super cozy. I would absolutely stay here again !

  • Melba has clearly devoted a great deal of time and attention to making the apartment a welcoming space for guests. The space itself feels both cosmopolitan and cozy--the clean, modern shower, and homey pellet stove in the bedroom are highlights. Melba was very responsive (a few times she helped us with the wi fi and with turning the pellet stove on and off), and her hospitality went above and beyond. It was New Year's eve and she left us mini bottles of champagne, croissants and chocolates. She also left a few recommendations of nearby sites and restaurants to check out. It was a great, quiet retreat to begin the new year. Although the apartment is attached directly to her home, it still felt like we had a private space, and was wonderful to be able to overlook the river.

  • Melba's place was peaceful and serene. It was so relaxing to be by the river, I will definitely be back again!

  • Melba's apartment is fantastic! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The location is exactly as described and the interior of the apartment is better than the pictures. Melba has it decorated with her world travels and books and it is cozy and warm. The bathroom is beautiful with the river rocks in the shower and the peaceful Delaware river out the window. Melba has really thought of everything, the pathway lights up at night as you walk in, she left us fresh croissants for breakfast with orange juice & chocolates. She gave us recommendations on places to go and see in the area. Melba is a sweet soul & I felt like I knew her as soon as we met. We hope to be back to her lovely retreat on the river, if our adventures allow! Xoxo Katie & Eddie
