The property is surrounded by 365 acres of state and MNA sanctuary lands with 700 feet of private frontage. Excellent trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, XC skiing, snow shoeing and hiking right out the back door. This 2nd floor corner unit is wedged between the first hole of Schuss Mt. golf course and ski lodge/slopes across the street. Ivan’s cafe, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are steps away. This unit also has a second bath vanity with sink and mirror located in second bedroom. A hide-a-bed couch in living room can accommodate two additional people.

The private balcony offers panoramic views of Lake Bellaire, over the 2nd fairway of "the Legend" golf course. Awesome! Tiny Home Industrial/Brewery Themed

This tiny home is brand new from ground up in the spring of 2019! It’s a industrial style home and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay! Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.

This 1904 home has been loved by our family for more than 40 years. It's been renovated with a fun mixture of farmhouse, vintage, and whimsical vibes to welcome guests. The upstairs is open and spacious with a tricky old staircase! The downstairs has a full kitchen, living area has a cozy electric fireplace, and the bathroom is sparkling brand new. Guests have commented that it reminds them of their grandparent's home...we hope you feel the same!
