The place was exactly as shown and described. Very lovely in a very peaceful part of town. Responses to questions were always prompt and clear. One of the best. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Craig was extremely nice and accommodating when it came to my birthday weekend. He responds quickly to all questions asked and makes sure we’re comfortable at all times. This home was clean, accurately described, and had the perfect “home feeling”. Overall, when visiting the area I will be booking here again !

me and my fiance stayed just a few days and I didn’t want to leave! The space was even better than expected. Having almost everything you’d need to cook, plenty of towels, clean bedding. It was so clean and beautiful inside and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Felt just like home. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful as well. We will 100% be back!

Pristinely clean and a very pleasant smell throughout the entire place, well cleaned and stocked on essentials. Left detailed instructions that were easy to follow, and accurate. Welcoming and considerate, even warned us about ice and provided snacks. Very kind, highly recommended.

Great place! Loved the area. Plenty of things to do within walking distance, would definitely recommend. Place is very clean, and even though there’s another unit above I barely heard any noise.

Perfect weekend stay for our girls trip. Place was small but beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Close enough to both downtown and Wrigley!

This place did not disappoint. Was walking distance to wrigley, but far enough away the after game celebrations didn’t interfere with our stay. Walking distance to L train, multiple great restaurants and few local gyms.

We love staying at Mike's place. We are absolutely thinking of staying again next time. When you're back in Chicago, I'm absolutely recommending to any of our friends that are traveling in the area as well as it's in a great location, and very private.

Our host was extremely tentative and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It was big enough to accommodate our family plus a few other visitors, plenty of beds, plenty of living space so people didn’t have to be on top of each other. Very close to downtown and the blue line which made going to the airport and downtown much more accessible. we didn’t even have to rent a car.

Matthew was an excellent host and the apartment was exactly as described. Favorite neighborhood to stay in chicago. Excellent restaurants and central location. will be on top my list next time im in town

Absolutely loved Cynthia and Thomas's place! They were proactive in their communication and responded promptly. The space itself was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. I loved the small balcony area and the bathroom! The bathroom itself was worth the price for an amazing shower and spa experience. The house was so peaceful and quiet, but it was also located near so many things to do. Definitely looking forward to staying again in the future!

We had a great stay! Everything matched our expectations and the host was very accommodating and responsive. Quiet, safe area with nice privacy for a city location. A few walkable spots for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean. Whirlpool tub was great! Hosts are responsive and very nice. Parking was a bit difficult because of the tight spots, so smaller cars would be easier to maneuver. A Jeep Wrangler gave us very little room to get out of the car.

Freddy was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, really went above and beyond to ensure a good trip. The location is perfect, just a few minute walk to everything you could want while still maintaining a quiet residential feel.

I booked this Air BNB for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and my surprise proposal! Ashlee was very responsive, super helpful, just an overall great host! She went out of her way to decorate the master bedroom for me with rose petals, tea lights, champagne and all! There were snacks in the kitchen, the place was clean and tidy, our group really felt at home! The vibes were everything, and so were the VIEWS from the rooftop!!!! Thank you Ashlee!!

Let me just say, the pictures don’t do this cute, cozy place justice! I’m big on hospitality and customer service, and Johana and Akos were beyond accommodating and communicative. I would dare to say this is the most accommodating place I’ve experienced so far! The space has such a good energy and flow to it — cozy, inviting, and with a beautiful sunset view from the kitchen window that you can enjoy right from the living room sofa. The views are stunning, and the building itself is upscale, clean, and even smells great! I enjoy playing some of the games that were pervaded( Uno and Jenga) and I appreciated that the TVs had all the apps, HBO, Disney, prime, Netflix etc. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only con would be some city noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s a nearby train that doesn’t pass often, and again, it wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

What a great stay! The boat was even better. He was immediately responsive and accommodated extra when caught in a pinch. He was very communicative and helpful. The place was very comfortable for both us and the dogs. It felt like home! Would recommend to anyone.

Avantika’s penthouse apartment was absolutely lovely. The space was comfortable and well-designed, with beautiful bedrooms and impeccably clean bathrooms. The kitchen was modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. Avantika was incredibly kind, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

Very easy for a local who needed a different place to stay during a remodel

Super cute space! Very clean. The host responds super fast and was really kind! The futons aren’t great for 4 adults but that’s kind of expected with futons. My group had a nice stay here.
