Offering a peaceful, uniquely Northwest hideaway with a hot tub, electric fire place, romantic loft bed w/pull out couch, fully stocked kitchen, and parking. Cabin Fever is privacy...and total romance . NOTE: WIFI Download speed is around 25-35 MBPS.
Kick back and relax in the rustic cabin atmosphere that requires a very short walk in the woods to access. Enjoy all the amenities the cabin has to offer: a fully equipped kitchen (including toaster oven), sleeping loft with queen deluxe mattress, fold out sleeper couch, sitting area with Wi-Fi, and a deck overlooking the forest. Take a scenic stroll to Rolling Bay if you're hankering for an espresso or shop at the Nursery and Mercantile store. While there, pick-up dinner at the authentic Italian take-out cafe, and be charmed by the Italian owner "Pinot". Sample wine at Bainbridge winery and vineyard, tasting room open year-around. Enjoy an afternoon picnic on the water at Fay Bainbridge Park, which is a quick drive. Downtown Bainbridge is only 4-miles away, with many restaurants and shopping available. • This place is magical! Close to town but feels secluded enough if you're looking for a nature escape. The hot tub is the icing on the cake.

  • Tonia's cabin was a very sweet getaway for three gals for a weekend. It's close quarters, there is no real bathroom, just a shower stall and bathroom stall off of the main living area. The cabin is a little less secluded than it looks in the pictures. It is surrounded by a few residences. The hot tub was divine, there's a great tire swing on the trail in the yard, and it's close to a few great parks. Highly recommended!

    Carly2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best time here! Just far enough away from the main house so that you feel like you’re on your own, the hot tub was great and it was the cutest little space!

    Katelyn2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin couldn’t be more perfect for a quick getaway. Already hoping to return for a longer retreat!

    Laura2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • The coziest lil cabin! Perfect for a quick overnight trip. Felt nice, private and quiet. Dogs were cute too!

  • Tonia’s place is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to get out into nature. It very much feels as if it’s in the middle of the woods. The cabin itself is very comfy, with great ammenities. If you’re looking to relax and kickback in the woods this really is the place.

    Bainbridge Island, WA, United States

Great work-from-home alternative or staycation during these challenging times! Conveniently located near the Island's village & Seattle ferry, this 200sq ft architecturally-designed, eco-friendly backyard guesthouse is the perfect getaway. Ride into town on the bikes, enjoy the hot tub, garden patio, fire-pit and High-speed wifi!
This is a 200 sq ft guesthouse located next to our main house in the backyard. It has its own bathroom and shower, and kitchenette - a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea selection. A mini-fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle complete the kitchenette. The guesthouse is flooded with natural light and a full suite of blinds on lower windows provides complete privacy should you desire that. Like the unit, the hot water heater is small so short showers (6 mins) are recommended (unless you like them cold). If you like long showers this is probably not the place for you. If the water begins to lose heat, it only takes about 30min to recharge. We also have a pack-n-play available upon request for a baby. Just keep in mind that the space gets pretty tight when it is in there. The guesthouse does not have a TV but you'll find a delightful patio garden with a fire-pit, gas grill and hot tub to enjoy instead. And of course high-speed wifi for streaming on your device. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near to our little town of Winslow and all its amenities, and close to the Bainbridge/Seattle ferry. While not in the country it has a delightful mix of deep green, moss, and natural sunlight. We think it's perfect. We might have a slight bias, but still. **Please scroll down this page (below the reviews) to read more details on our location and how to get around. NOTE: Due to the current health crisis, we’re taking extra care with our cleaning and to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
Our Island guesthouse is just under a mile (.9), about a 15 minute walk from the Seattle ferry, a 25 minute (1 mile) walk to the quaint village of Bainbridge Island (Winslow) and only a 5 minute walk, through the back of our neighborhood, to our up-town shopping area: Ace Hardware, McDonalds, Walgreens, Safeway, Family Restaurants & of course a Starbucks. In a car or on a bike, it's all moments away. Our residential neighborhood is full of kind, working families and it's quiet. The place has a unique blend of being close in, while feeling a bit further out.
  • A great place to stay while in Bainbridge Island. Very cozy and comfortable and central to the main part of town. Ben & Deb were great hosts and friendly and warm and helpful in every way. Hope to return someday soon!

    James2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Snug, quiet cottage close to town with a really comfortable bed. Quiet residential neighborhood near ferry. East to get to. Had a good night's sleep.

  • Our stay at this little getaway was so relaxing! The space was slightly smaller than we thought based on the pictures but was the perfect place to celebrate our 2nd anniversary! We never got to meet either of our hosts but they were so sweet and helpful in our messages back and forth! There were some minor cleaning oversights but once we mentioned something to them, they remedied that immediately! One of the chilly days we were there, my husband started a smoky little campfire and roasted some veggie dogs before we hopped into the small hot tub cocooned in bamboo to chat with each other and just look up at the beautiful, twinkling stars. The atmosphere radiated relaxation and the outdoor string lights added charm and whimsy to the backyard entertaining area. One thing to note: We realized very quickly that the water temperature in the shower could shift immediately from the Misty Mountains to Mount Doom in the Black Land of Mordor. Be careful if you’re sudsing up and singing out heart out like Anna Kendrick without a care in the world and accidentally bump the water handle. I may have burned my backside slightly before I realized what happened. Definitely take short showers to preserve the hot water of more than one person is hoping to get squeaky clean but we’re used to that at home so that wasn’t any sort of adjustment for us. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay! Even in February, there were still some things to see and do and we had wonderful hosts!

    Ember2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great backyard hideaway. Check in was a breeze and communication was on point. We really enjoyed using the hot tub. We take short showers so the lack of hot water wasn't an issue for us. Would stay again.

  • A wonderful space! Deb was great at communicating and extremely kind! They had some great local tips as well! I would highly recommend!

  • This is a cute little bunk house on a beautiful property. The hut is near neighborhoods, but feels very private. We would definitely stay here again!

  • We had such a relaxing stay at Jenny’s place. The space was the perfect size for a couple + a small dog and was very tastefully decorated. It provided the perfect amount of comfort while still allowing us to feel close to nature. We stayed plenty warm with the space heater and heated mattress pad. I would recommend this jungalow to anyone!

  • This place is so cozy and cute! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the beautiful nature around us! The heated mattress was a life saver because it was absolutely freezing in February. We enjoyed our cozy stay and will look Jenny up again next time we head up to Seattle! I highly recommend 🥰

Spend lazy days on the deck as boats, seals, and herons pass by, or watch a film by the light of the wood-burning stove. Flowers, ferns, and a sparkling Tiffany lampshade add to the fresh vintage charm of this tranquil retreat with a pretty garden.
The cottage features great western views of the mountains and water with spectacular sunsets, passing boats and wildlife watching. We see lots of birds including eagles, Great Blue Herons, kingfishers and hummingbirds as well as seals and otters who often play in the waters out front. Large windows and high ceilings create a light filled space that is both cozy and inviting.
This Tolo Road home is at the end of a dead-end street in a very quiet neighborhood. Bainbridge Island — a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle — has great museums, shopping, and dining, plus lots of hiking trails and parks with beach access.
  • My mom and I stayed at Olympic View Cottage for a few nights over my mom's birthday. Jan's place is absolutely beautiful. We had a very cozy stay, and loved being able to see the Olympics and the water out the window. I especially loved using the wood stove. All in all, we felt very much at home, and would love to return in the future. Thanks for the lovely stay, and the delicious cookies and granola, Jan!

    Grace2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • This cozy rental cottage has it all — wonderful views, a secluded location right on the bay, and super-friendly hosts including Jan, Greg, a coup full of chickens, and the welcoming neighbor’s dog, Olga. It’s a magical place to stay. Highly recommended!

    Erik2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • The hosts were great and readily available if we needed anything. Enjoyed the cottage very much.

    Isac2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our weekend at Jan's place! The cottage is very cozy and clean, with a lovely view of the water. The bed is super comfy, and there are lots of extra blankets if you stay up late by the fire. Also we loved our welcome cookies! Highly recommended.

    Katrina2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at Greg and Jan’s place. Super cute with a beautiful view and easy proximity to everything you need on the rest of the island. We really liked the woodstove, kitchen and amazing deck. Jan and Greg were also easy to communicate with. Would definitely return.

    Stephie2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Gorgeous cottage on a beautiful island! We loved it.

    Ryan2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Comfortable garage apartment with a view. Very helpful hosts. Be sure to visit the chickens!

    Tracey2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • If you are headed to Bainbridge Island, this is the best spot for a stay. It is a small cottage over a double garage looking out at Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, all the wildlife in the area, dozens of birds and hummingbirds, sea life, and the house chickens, Marilyn, Dot, and Joyce. Jan has made this a cozy, clean, attractive place to stay. The wood stove saved me when the power went out during a winter snow storm. Your will need a car or be willing to use a taxi service to get into downtown Winslow where the main shops, art museum, gallery, grocery, bakeries, and restaurants are located. Lynwood Center is 10 minute drive and offers food and a classic movie theater. Jan had homemade granola and oatmeal cookies for my arrival and was ready to answer any questions I had.

  • The place was wonderful and beautiful, especially their garden. I would love to stay again. Great hosts, very clean, and very nice.

  • We loved our time in this beautiful garden cottage. We also enjoyed the beautifully decorated bedroom, bathroom, thoughtful breakfast items and amenities. The bed was quite comfortable. We especially enjoyed meeting our hosts this time and taking a tour of early Spring blooms in the garden. The bouquet which emerged from that walk was gorgeous! This is a quiet location that feels like a cozy, well appointed treehouse in the forest. We hope to return soon. Thanks for everything! Diana and Warren

    Diana2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Marjorie's place is a charming and well-appointed guest cottage in a lovely garden. Very nice sheets and bedding. My only regret is that I was on the island for a seminar and couldn't spend more time in the cottage and visiting the gardens. I'd love to come back to stay again someday.

  • We are repeat guests at Marj and Nick's oasis and our second stay was just as lovely as our first. Upon arrival, we were greeted by their sweet pup Rhodie upon arrival and it was great to catch up with our friendly hosts. The property is beautiful and our stay was relaxing and exactly what we needed to take a break from busy city life. We loved the comfy bed, thoughtful touches, skylight views, and the central location that was close to wineries, restaurants, and beautiful parks. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay! We hope to be back again in the near future.

This picturesque cottage is hidden among towering trees located on my family's property, perched carefully on Fletcher Bay. With all of the modern amenities desirable, the cottage is ideal for anyone looking for a weekend visit, or a longer get away.
This charming cottage is nestled behind towering evergreen trees just steps from Fletcher Bay. Located mid-island, the cottage has all imaginable modern amenities, a full kitchen, full bath, and washer-dryer. With beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and painted wood ceiling, the cottage manages to feel both cozy and fresh. A gas lit fireplace warms up the cottage on rainy days, and air conditioning cools it off in the blistering summer heat (80° at most). Featuring a quaint loft ideal for children (the winding staircase is fairly narrow), the cottage has the capacity to sleep four: one king bed downstairs and two twins upstairs.
The cottage is perched on Fletcher Bay, overlooking our dock (currently under construction (fixing damaged boards). It is within a mile of Bainbridge’s largest and most prized park, Battle Point. The property is within walking distance to parts of Bainbridge often unseen by most visitors. All of these features make the cottage an ideal getaway or extended stay location for those looking to experience the best that Bainbridge has to offer.

The first timber frame home built on Bainbridge, our 900 sq. ft. guesthouse is a sustainably built retreat. Come live the simple life, with gardens, pond, fire pit, hen house, barred owls, and an ancient forest. Enjoy Brazilian cherrywood floors, a sundeck, full kitchen/dining/living room open floor plan, with tall rafters in the bedroom that is the entire second floor, and fresh eggs from the hens when they're laying. Enjoy the miles of trails proximal to our humble abode.
The private cottage is built from recycled first-growth timbers from Seattle's old Pier 90 and the original Tacoma Brewery. It's cozy and warm with a wood stove and baseboard heating in the winter and sun-filled windows in the summer. The sun deck is a lovely place to enjoy the sunsets, with peekaboo views to Puget Sound. We have a grill on the back deck for your use and a kitchen fully stocked with cookware for the chef who likes to cook away from home. Our Tesla charger is available for those who need to top up overnight, if you let us know in advance. The pond has a sitting area for meditation, and a back yard for playing croquet/badminton or for your daily yoga practice. We are filmmakers/explorers and have outfitted the space with treasures from our Himalayan expeditions, and also from furnishings given through our social experiment, The Buy Nothing Project. Liesl is the co-founder of the project and our property is a testimony to creatively sharing and living with a low impact on the environment. Take a book from our little free library. The ethic here on Bainbridge Island is to tread lightly on the Earth and share our bounty. If you're interested in learning more about the property and how we've forged a life here, visit our blog at pioneeringthesimplelife.org.
We live on the south end of Bainbridge Island, close to Lynnwood Center where there are shops and restaurants for all that you may need. We have a whole network of trails to access from our home and a quick walk down our road to the beach is well worth it, with a Pier to walk to close by.
  • Highly recommend this guest house for a cozy stay with friends or just for two. Unfortunately this was the last leg of a mini road trip for us and we didn’t get to spend too much time adventuring on the island. Will definitely keep this high on the list for future visits. Perfect spot to get out of the city and relax.

    Cynthia2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Pete is Liesl’s guest house is a dream destination to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the wooden architecture and warm color tones of the guest house. I couldn't recommend this aribnb enough. I'm hoping to visit again sometime soon!

    Anastasia2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely would recommend this property to all my friends. Great place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings.

    Jerry2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Liesl's place was a great spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It was about 10 minutes from the Bainbridge downtown, nestled in a gorgeous grove of trees. It was clean and had beautiful wooden beam accents. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom had nice natural light. Liesl even stocked the kitchen with delicious fresh eggs from the chickens on the property! Liesl was great to communicate with, responded quickly, and even let us check in early because there were no guests the night prior.

    Allison2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was an awesome stay. It was a little chilly when we got there, but thankfully it has adjustable heating. It is well stocked with any cooking or washing materials you may need. Liesl gave us detailed instructions on how to get there, which was great because it's a little tricky to find, especially in the dark! We would love to come back in warmer weather, when we can take advantage of the patio and grill. All in all, a great stay that instantly makes you feel at home.

    Jenni2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Liesl's guest cottage is a really lovely place to stay. It is on a beautiful plot of land within walking distance to the beach and the woods. The cottage is more spacious than I anticipated, with plenty of kitchen amenities as well as places to hang out outdoors. We really enjoyed this quiet spot (including the quiet sounds of the chickens) and its proximity both to nature and to the town.

    Meg2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Liesl and Peter's cottage is a wonderful space in a lovely private location with a little view through the trees to the water and great surroundings among huge cedars and other healthy greenery. Being there in the winter, it was perfectly cozy and soothing hearing the rain falling on the roof and nearby foliage. Kitchen area is well-appointed, there's tons of daylight through large windows. Liesl's suggestions for nearby forest and beach walks were helpful, and I enjoyed hanging out in the nearby Lynwood Center village with great food, coffee, wine, movie house, bakery.

We look forward to welcoming you to our quaint, cozy, self contained cottage! The cottage is nestled in our secluded oasis of our backyard. We live in lovely neighborhood, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoy strolling through our garden, sitting on the deck in front of a little wood burning fire pit, soaking in the private hot tub and just relaxing~
Our guests continue to compliment us for creating such a lovely sanctuary in our backyard~ The cottage is decorated in a Moroccan motif, influenced by our 3 years of living and teaching in Morocco. There is a built in corner desk, perfect for guests who need space to work. Tranquility abounds. The peaceful sound of the waterfall, and lushness of our spring and summer gardens will please you. There is a queen size memory foam bed/pillows that guests LOVE, along with our large cedar shower. For your convenience, you will find a Nespresso maker/creamer, toaster oven, single burner cooking unit, small fridge, dishes and utensils. Our gas BBQ is also available for your use. We provide a bottle of complimentary Washington wine, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese for your first night stay. There is excellent WIFI connection. Also for your comfort, there is a Bluetooth speaker for your use. Just plug in your iPhone! The HOT TUB is divine! Comfy fleece robes, slippers are in the cottage for you. We are a mile from the ferry and within walking distance to town and services. We are also on the bus line. This is a terrific location! Many guests choose to walk to town. Having lived and taught on Bainbridge for over 28 years, Carl and I would love to help orient you to the island and plan your visit. Book your stay and come see for yourselves!
Our home is located in a lovely, quiet and well established neighborhood.

  • At Kell's studio, you will get a lovely little kitchenette with a mini side-by-side, a small washer, a small dryer, a small microwave, and a toaster oven. The platform bed is firm but comfy with a down comforter. The bathroom is roomy since there's only a stall shower. You'll get a flat screen TV, but Bainbridge Island is so beautiful, you might end up like me and never even try to turn it on. The only problem I encountered was that I had no T-Mobile cell service at this location, and T-Mobile service on the island is spotty at best. But the free WiFi was great, so I survived!

    Cynthia2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Kell's place was great! I brought my dog along with me and we came for a retreat away from the city. It was really close walk to Hawley cove park. Would definitely come out again for a retreat!

    Nancy2019-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Even though we never personally met Kell during our stay, he was very responsive to my messages and txts leading up to the trip and during our stay. We did not have a vehicle during our stay and the studio was truly only a 10 minute walk from the ferry ( if even that ). I definitely recommend the short walk to beach in the morning during low tide, it was in the beautiful cove with Mt. Rainier in the distance. We also walked downtown, again just a short walk, and tasted the local beers, wine, coffee, and food. The she studio was exactly as advertised, very comfortable for 2 with ample seating, a lovely fireplace which quickly warmed the entire space, a large kitchenette offering a deep sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, some utensils, and a washer and dryer. The bathroom was roomier than expected for a studio. If you are a light sleeper, you could hear people upstairs, but from reading the other reviews I expected that and it did not bother us. Overall, great quality for the price and would recommend!

    Jes2019-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • The place was modern, efficient and very comfortable. It was a nice walk to town as well as the park and water near the house. Also very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go back!

  • Really cool space. Very clean. Fireplace is really nice to have. Easy walk to ferry/ downtown. Great shops supermarket. And if yer lucky a kitty named Branch...

    Tobias2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean, cozy, comfortable place in a great location. There's access nearby to a trail leading to the beach. It has a gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier and the ferries coming and going. Also a super easy walk to the museum, downtown, and the ferry terminal. A great option for a stay on Bainbridge, especially if you want to do it car-free!

    Sarah2019-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Kell’s. It was the perfect place for a cozy weekend on Bainbridge Island, the fireplace was a lovely touch. The studio is in a quiet neighborhood, and is within walking distances of the ferry and the strip of shops. Kell was very helpful and responsive during our stay. I’d be happy to stay here again or recommend it to a friend!

  • We came here for a mini retreat. All 4 of us loved our stay! The hot tub was amazing. It was the perfect place for us girls to unwind, and relax.

  • Great amenities with the hot tub and very secluded. A beautiful property for a weekend getaway.

    Jolene2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Place is very peaceful and quiet. House is clean and we loved cooking in the kitchen. Please, remember they don’t have microwave or TVs. They do have games, some toys and books for you to entertain yourself and family. You are in the woods and it’s not perfectly groomed. I mention it because some people mentioned the grounds needed some work, and I see what they mean now. They grounds are not immaculate, but nothing that diminished the beauty of it for me, perhaps even enhanced it. Holly is very attentive and responsive and supported us throughout the way. The space offered what I needed and I really enjoyed my weekend. Price was great for what they offer. I would definitely recommend it.

    Themis2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • The hospitality and care of the hosts is fantastic. The home feels away from everything and yet is so close. It is warm and cozy and relaxing. I would stay again.

  • Loved our stay at this beautiful, secluded cottage! Holly was amazing, the place was sparking clean, and she even mailed us a necklace we had accidentally left behind. Cannot reccommend this Airbnb enough! Thank you so much for a great stay!

  • Had a lovely time, would recommend to friends. The house is cozy and clean, with thoughtful touches. The location was close to town, but still felt private. And Holly was an amazing, welcoming host.

Island Getaway - Discover the entrance to this cozy 300sf cottage in the woods by following the stepping stones through a dry creek bed and into a private, fenced, zen courtyard adjacent to the main house. The bamboo floors, simple Scandinavian style, and a cedar lined walls make this space feel modern, clean and cozy. The cottage has wifi, a kitchenette, dining and sitting area and the queen bed has a comfy down comforter. There is a small sleeping loft with two twin mattress ideal for kids.
The kitchen has a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water kettle, french press coffee maker, toaster, and a convection hot plate with a full set of cookware. The dining table has seating for 4. The bathroom is cozy and modern with a rainfall shower, natural, non-toxic toiletries, and a heat fan for chilly days. The sleeping loft is accessed via a pull down ladder and is a perfect for kids ages 4 and up. There is a wardrobe with built in drawers and plenty of room to hang clothes. There is also a luggage rack. We have one parking space available for our guests. Additional parking spaces are available if needed. There is a small, private, fenced courtyard at the entrance to the cottage. It has little zen garden and patio with a bistro set that has seating for two that is perfect for having tea, coffee, reading a book, or hanging out with family or friends. The sauna is a traditional wood-fired sauna. It sits up against the forest behind our house and is about 75 feet from the cottage and has a view out into the forest. We offer it up to guests upon request. It's heated with a wood stove and has a private cold shower attached around the back of it. It's an especially delightful experience during fall, winter and early spring, but it is available year round! The heat from the wood stove is especially dry and great for relaxing and detoxifying. Since the sauna is in our backyard, we like to walk our guests back the first time they use it so we can show them the set up. We supply sauna towels inside the sauna and will have cold, sauna-safe water bottles out there for you too. There are also flashlights in the cottage to help you get to and from the sauna when it's dark.
We are located on the north end of the island, 10 minutes from the ferry and downtown Bainbridge (Winslow). We are 5 minutes from Bloedel Reserve and the Grand Forest. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the beach with public access via a staircase. This is a great place to watch the sunset. Check tides before you go - at high tide there is no beach, just a great view. Another outing we enjoy is a 15 minute walk up the road to visit some neighboring goats that like to be fed. Pick blackberries along the way in August or feed the goats the fresh mint that grows right by their fence anytime of year.
  • Perfect weekend getaway. Ned was amazing and patient with every step, as this was my first experience with Air BnB. Great little cabin, close to everything but felt miles away. The little touches made the stay so fantastic, from the fresh eggs to the dog eared book of local hikes. I can not say enough about how great a place or how great a host Ned is. I would love to stay again.

    Dawn2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Attention to detail and everything you could want in a cozy cottage. Great bed and fast WiFi Loved the area.

    Janet2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing! So clean and so many thoughtful touches by the host made for a very memorable stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

    Emily2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Ned’s little cottage is the perfect destination for a stay on Bainbridge island. The guesthouse is cozy and offered every amenity we needed. The highlight of this stay was really the sauna. Ned gave me an overview, so I could hop right in. The cold shower was so satisfying after the hot sauna, and the view in the backyard at night is beautiful. After leaving this place, I was so relaxed it was hard for me to leave. Can’t wait to stay at Ned’s place again and enjoy the seclusion of Bainbridge island.

    Harrison2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • You can expect a sparkling, stylish, quiet cottage tucked away on Bainbridge Island. Ned is at the ready to fire up the sauna and he responds to your queries very quickly. It was a perfect getaway.

    Adrienne2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • CANNOT recommend this space highly enough. Ned is an amazing host and the space was so comfortable and enjoyable!

    Payton2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This cozy little cottage in the woods is amazing! Ned is a great host and has adorned this space with many thoughtful amenities that set it apart from other Airbnbs I've stayed at. The kitchen is very well stocked and we made breakfast using the fresh eggs from the chickens in the backyard! An unforgettable experience. The wood fired sauna was especially nice on a rainy PNW evening. We can't wait for another excuse to come back!

    Andrew2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our night at the cutest little cottage on Bainbridge. The space was immaculately clean, I have never stayed at such a pristine air b&b. The small details such as snacks, wine, shampoo and soap, coffee, eggs, creamer, etc all made this place that much more amazing! Ned was kind enough to get the sauna fired up for us, making it an even more relaxing Valentine’s Day weekend. We will definitely be back & recommend to friends and family!

This beautiful suite was refurbished by the architect/owner with a spa-like shower and exposed beams which add a natural rustic feel to this bright, clean, crisp space. Walk to everything (grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shops...) or relax in front of the 65" Sony 4XHD with over 200 iTunes movies. FYI: The upper level of this home (a completely separate Airbnb rental called, “WALK from FERRY: The Green House @ Waterfront Park”) is newly open for reservations for two. It has its own completely separate entrance and space. It features a mid-century vibe and has a full kitchen.
The reviews of our space offer the best insight into this unique and special location. Walk out of this suite directly into the newly renovated Waterfront Park. We are right along the Waterfront Trail and just 50 steps from a large gourmet grocery store and one block from restaurants, galleries and Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. There is no need to drive a car from Seattle. Just walk on the ferry. (Although ample parking is available directly in front of your door.) Kitchenette includes high-end under the counter fridge, small microwave, water boiler, porcelain pour over coffee dripper and AeroPress espresso maker, blender, bottle opener, cutting board, utensils, cutting knife, kitchen scissor, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups. Freshly ground coffee and tea bags are provided along with some snacks. Most guests enjoy the local restaurants or bring home delicious salads, soups and hot bar from our gourmet grocery store.
Walk out the door to enjoy a beautiful Eagle Harbor view and the Waterfront Park is your side yard. Refurbished home is in the middle of downtown and just steps from the gourmet grocery store, art and history museums, restaurants, coffee shops...
  • Very nice.

    Pamela2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • My husband found this stylish little place nestled in the heart of downtown Bainbridge Island. We were impressed by the original artwork hanging on the walls and the little thoughtful touches from a welcome sign to the fully stocked kitchen including filtered water and decaf coffee. The apartment had it's own private parking and entrance. Check in and check out went smoothly thanks to the excellent communication with Sarah. She let us know about the small amount of foot traffic you can hear coming from the upper level apartment. It didn't bother us really as it was peaceful and quiet at night. There are cute antique and book shops on the main street well within walking distance in addition to wineries and fine dining. We had an amazing time, Thank you!

  • This house and location were perfect. Considering a move to the island and wanted to try it in. Was great !

    Kathy2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • This was one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed at. As designers, my wife and I care a great deal about the details and thought put into the design of everywhere we stay. This space was well designed and the decor and furniture was carefully thought out. Sarah was perfectly accommodating and everything was easy. The location is perfect for guest coming from Seattle on the ferry, whether they walk or drive. We walked and being at the heart of town was perfect for walking to wine tastings, the excellent grocer, and restaurants. We took Ubers out to nature which quickly came to the area. Our whole trip was only one night, but the location and ease of the unit made it easy for us to get a ton done in the two half days we were on the Island. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends from near and far.

  • Sarah's hideaway was absolutely wonderful for our 24 hour vacation. It was perfectly located to enjoy all of the amenities of Winslow and all by foot! It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and had lots of artistic touches. Plus the yellow pops of color gave us the feeling of sunshine in a very grey winter. Sarah was very communicative and gave us all the instructions we needed. We would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment.

Next to the beach in a quiet friendly neighborhood on beautiful Bainbridge Island. 10 minute walk from Pleasant Beach Village with restaurants, a bakery, small grocery store, etc. On the Kitsap Transit bus line. Separate from the main house with its own entry - full privacy. Firepit for an evening roasting marshmallows. Check our guidebook for local info!
Space is on second floor, exterior stairs for access. There is no shower or kitchen in the space.
A 10-minute walk away is Lynnwood Center. This is a wonderful village that includes a small spa, hair salon, farm store, a small grocery store, several restaurants, frozen yogurt, shops and more. At the end of the road (400 feet from the house) is the popular Lytle Beach. It is one of the few sandy beaches on Bainbridge Island. Located on Rich Passage you can watch the ferry go by, start a fire for an evening watching the sunset or look in the tide pools for crabs. Downtown Winslow (great shopping, more restaurants, etc.) is a 10 minute drive away. There are also over 1000 acres of protected "parks" on the island. Including the Grand Forest which has miles of trails for walking or biking. Seattle is a 35 minute ferry ride away. The ferry is a beautiful relaxing experience. The ferry has a galley that serves food, beer and wine. If you are lucky you might get to see the Orcas in Puget Sound during your trip!
  • We loved staying at this loft guest house. The location was perfect and easily accessible (10 min walk) to a grocery store, restaurants and a cute old-time movie theatre. The Airbnb was very comfortable and private. The owners were also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

The layout is a modern treehouse; the angles and ceiling height echoes the trees in which is sits. The colors are soothing. Every inch of space is utilized so it embraces you in a cozy, calming way. Trails behind the TreeHouse lead to a very quiet street with farms, a forest reserve. A half mile walk leads to a small commercial corner featuring the beloved "Bay Hay & Feed", an organic grocery, plant nursery/feed store/gift shop/and mini REI! There's also a P.O., coffee shop, Jiffy Mart, and amazing Italian market with homemade pasta & sauces.
In addition, up the street about 2 miles is Fay Bainbridge Park. It's a beautiful stretch of beach with wonderful driftwood, fields for running your dog, and BBQ pits for picnics. Also nearby is a winery and local farm. And Winslow is a great town for meals, movies, wine tasting, shopping and more. This is a non-smoking apartment.

  • We really enjoyed our stay with Tricia. The private entrance around the back of the house was easy to get to and we never felt like we were disturbing anyone when we left early or came in late. The room is very cozy and we were happy to have extra blankets when it was chilly. Tricia has thought of everything that you could possibly need! We would definitely stay again.

    Rebecca2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • My hubby and I wanted to test out a week of commuting from Bainbridge Island to our jobs in downtown Seattle, before committing to the idea of living on the island. Tricia's place was perfect! We had everything we needed in her cozy little space. The walk to the ferry was easy and Tricia gave us great advice for living on Bainbridge. We will definitely recommend Tricia's place to our friends and family when they come to visit us on Bainbridge!

    Mona2020-02-06T00:00:00Z

Tucked into the woods, this suite is perfect for a quick island getaway, a solo creative retreat, or a weekend with friends. Enjoy a midday walk to the neighboring Bloedel Reserve (5min walk), sink into a good book - a glass of wine in hand - or pop in your car to grab dinner in Winslow or a paddle in Manzanita. Follow the gravel driveway, enjoy the surrounding ferns & ancient cedars as you arrive, & access your guest suite/sanctuary via a private entrance on the side of the house. WELCOME.
The suite comes equipped with a Keurig coffee & tea maker, and mini-fridge that is stocked with water, dairy and non-dairy creamers, yogurt, granola and fruit. There are two sets of bunkbeds meaning the suite can sleep four and there's a desk if you have some work to do on the fly. Luggage can be stored easily in the hallway closet.
The Bloedel Bunkhouse is located on the north end of Bainbridge Island. The stunning Bloedel Reserve is just down the street and there are a handful of public beach accesses in the area. Venturing to the north you'll find the charming town of Poulsbo and easy access to the Olympic Pinninsula. Venturing south (on the Island) you'll find the Grand Forest, golf courses, quaint downtown Bainbridge Island and the new and highly acclaimed Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. And of course, Seattle is only a 35 minute ferry ride away!
  • Very quiet/private location. Enjoyed our stay.

It has four single beds, perfect for friends or a family. It is furnished with metal, wood, cozy cotton blankets and wonderful mattresses. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this.

  • This retreat is perfect for a group. We had two but you could sleep up to 5 in this beautiful spot in the woods. It was like stepping into a scene from Twilight. The hosts were quick to respond to our needs. Overall I would recommend this spot to spend a few days. PS I have never had such a great sleep experience on a bunk bed. The mattress was super comfy as were the bed linens.

  • Nice quiet location and well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and the views are great. Can only imagine what it would be like on a warm weekend.

    Drew2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Such a beautiful location with amazing views. The beachfront cannot be beat! The home itself is warm, cozy, and accommodating. We had everything we needed to prepare meals for ourselves and could easily locate everything else we needed. I would recommend staying more than one night, we didn’t want to leave! It was a little further from the ferry than we had expected so it was about half an hour of walking, I’d suggest driving or taking a cab.

    Kathryn2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • What a gorgeous place on Puget Sound! Listen to the waves from your porch and smell the fresh sea air. The abode was very clean, had all necessary amenities, and the bed was super comfy. I recommend you stay for more than one night, though, to take advantage of all that Bainbridge has to offer.

    Melinda2020-01-03T00:00:00Z

Being by the water was refreshing and relaxing. So much value, also the welcome binder was incredibly detailed, which was so appreciated. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Located minutes from the Seattle ferry in an old farming neighborhood, the Little Farmhouse is home to wildlife and farm animals, fields full of fresh vegetables and flowers, forested trails, an equestrian center, leisurely bike rides, and Puget Sound beaches. A short walk takes you to Eagle Harbor, Port Blakely Harbor, trails connecting to Fort Ward Park’s 137-acre marine park, and the marketplace at Lynwood Center. Islandwood’s Environmental Learning Center and Hey Dey Farm are also neighbors.
  • Caroline’s Little Farmhouse was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The farmhouse is beautiful, cozy, and has so much character. Caroline made check-in/out an absolute breeze and has great suggestions for things to do in Bainbridge. The farmhouse has everything you’d ever need! Would strongly recommend and hope to come back soon to visit!

    Maddie2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay at the little farmhouse! It is such a lovely, comfortable, charming space. The house was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. Caroline was a perfect host and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. It's a great location, easy to get to the ferry and lots of beautiful places to walk. If you're there on a Thursday or Friday, walk over to Heyday Farm for dinner - it's only a ten minute walk and the food was fantastic!

    Josephine2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Caroline’s place is just magical, we had the best time. Every detail in the house has been thoughtfully considered and designed. The furnishings are all excellent quality and Caroline has provided all the little amenities of a hotel, more infact, down to toiletries and kitchen basics. The beds were some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, along with the top quality bedding and everything was spotlessly clean. The books, toys and games were much appreciated, especially by the children. The garden is just beautiful, it feels very private and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the children play. Bainbridge itself is just idyllic. Don’t hesitate to book the Little Farmhouse!

    Suzanne2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We would happily stay here again.

    Laura2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at the Little Farmhouse on a weekend trip to Bainbridge Island. The Little Farmhouse was the perfect weekend getaway. The blend of rustic charm and modern style was on point. Caroline thought of everything a weekend guest would need, including doggie amenities for our Bruno! AND the fireplace was amazing...what a perfect spot to spend the weekend! The location is just far enough away from the center of town to be a relaxing get away, but close enough to drive into town for dinner or shopping. The walks around the neighborhood were a welcome retreat for this city dweller! Cannot wait to come back and stay at the Little Farmhouse!

    Mark2020-02-10T00:00:00Z

    David2020-01-30T00:00:00Z

You can tell she puts great care and consideration into every element of her place to ensure your stay is above expectations. I would absolutely stay again and the place couldn’t have been cleaner!

  • Claire’s cottage was even better than advertised. The location is ideal for balancing a quiet retreat with easily exploring the island. Claire was an exceptional communicator about all aspects of our stay and very accommodating of our young family too. Do trust her recommendations for Bainbridge - especially for dining. Highly recommend the stay!

  • Wow! Froggy Heights is an adorable, clean, and beautiful getaway in Bainbridge. The pictures on the listing are impressive, but they really don’t do the space justice- it’s incredible! Claire was very responsive and added personal touches around the space to help us feel even more welcome. I can’t wait to return to Bainbridge to stay in Froggy Heights- I cannot recommend those Airbnb more highly. Thank you Claire!

    Kimberly2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Froggy Heights clearly has a lot of love put into it. We had a wonderful weekend there celebrating my wife's birthday. The place is very cute, and makes for a very peaceful retreat. Claire is a very responsive host, and has put many thoughtful touches into the place. Highly recommend.

    Erik2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We were very happy to spend a long weekend on Bainbridge at Claire's place, a nice and peaceful retreat that was much needed. The guest hose is a great setup with large windows to enjoy the beautiful backyard and many of the main points of interest on the island are just a short drive away. We loved all the personal touches, instructions were very clear, good communication, appreciated flexibility on timing, and enjoyed wonderful loaf of banana bread waiting for us.

    Bjorn2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • What a unique, whimsical little place this is. My husband and I stayed the weekend for a little anniversary getaway, and we really felt like we were away from it all. But, in saying that, the amenities nearby were top-notch. Claire was a really thoughtful host, we had everything we needed, and a couple of things we didn't know we needed! Such a wonderful stay, would stay again.

    Victoria2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Our time at Froggy Heights was so wonderful! Claire was such a thoughtful host leaving us treats and personal touches. The rooms were clean and so cozy! We enjoyed our weekend there very much.

  • The space is breathtakingly charming and did not lack in attention to detail. Lots of personal touches, including candies and hot chocolate goodies left for our daughter. Of all of our stays so far this was definitely our favorite. Make sure to visit Proper Fish while you’re in town, a great recommendation from our host!

  • This is a beautiful cabin! Stylish, clean, and comfortable, I loved my stay here. It’s a great location, and Lily was good at communicating before and during my stay as needed. The thoughtful touches inside only added to the wonderful experience (fresh eggs, coffee, tea, etc.) Highly recommend!

  • We loved staying in this beautiful cabin. It had everything we needed, it was clean, charming, and comfortable. Favorite place on Bainbridge Island!

    Taylor2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lily and Cam were gracious host who have put together such a a stunning / cozy space. The space is great for a couple. Situated in a quiet, wooded area on Bainbridge Island. During nights you you can hear the rain falling on the roof and the occasional frogs croaking. Well curated decor and materials. Lily and Cam are responsive and all around great people. 5/5

    Souk2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Lily’s place exceeded our expectations! It is an absolutely beautiful cabin, super stylish, but exceedingly comfortable. Clean, pretty, every little detail added to the magic of the space. Lily has thought of everything (slippers! a flashlight by the door should you need it to get to your car! fresh eggs in the fridge!). We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb places, but this one was a real standout. As it’s new, I’m sure it will book up fast once people know about it! We will be back.

  • This tiny house has everything you'll need to have a relaxing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It's located close to everything but far enough away to hear the birds in the morning. I worked remotely from this location so I spent a lot of time there. It was a comfortable workspace. I would love to return on a weekend getaway.

    Jennifer2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • It was our second time staying in the tiny house. There are so many thoughtful, little touches that make staying in the Wanderlust hard to leave. Thank you for creating such a peaceful space for us to escape to.

  • What a great space. So many perfect details in this sweet tiny house. Tamah was great. I had to cancel an earlier booking for jury duty and got help getting a full refund from Airbnb. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  • An absolutely cozy tiny home and I highly recommend! Very clean, warm and quiet. A perfect get away yet still conveniently close to town.

  • A unique stay in this magnificent tiny house away from the noise of the city. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped, surrounded by nature (although only 5 minutes by car from the village and the ferries). Ideal for a romantic getaway! I highly recommend this accommodation!

    Benoit2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • There aren’t enough good things to say about this place! We will absolutely be back again. Thank you Tamah for an incredible weekend. You tiny house exceeded all expectations!

  • This is a unique spot. A "tiny house" in the woods, it could be hitched up and moved away like a gypsy caravan. Clean, quiet, a lovely place to stay.

  • It is a very well-designed, cozy space. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower is nice and big! The hosts are very attentive of any needs, but also respectful of privacy. Everything was very clean.

  • Beautiful place. Recommend.

    Daniel2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Gorgeous space! Highly responsive hosts. I stayed on the island without a car, but found that I could get around through walking, buses and ride-sharing. It's about a 30 minute walk up the road to the ferry, though there isn't much of a shoulder so I'm not sure if I'd recommend hoofing it during inclement weather. Overall, a fantastic and very clean space in a lovely part of the world.

    Ari2020-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca and Jason are superb hosts: they respond to all questions promptly but otherwise never interfere. I had no problems during my stay, but if I did, I know they would have taken care of them immediately. They have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into designing this small space to be comfortable, functional, and pleasant -- and it really shows. The kitchen had everything I needed to do basic cooking every night. I especially appreciated the super-fast induction range, nice kettle, and extra large coffee mugs so that I could replicate my usual pour-over coffee routine. I also loved the skylight over the bed and the spacious, luxurious shower, both of which I am missing already. I needed to work from the studio most of the time I was there, and I found it very easy and comfortable to do so. There is a nice table, and the wifi was excellent for my video meetings. This place is also in a great location: it is quiet, surrounded by trees, and secluded, yet it is only two miles from downtown and even closer to the Island's main (only) highway. You can take a short walk down Yaquina Road and have a gorgeous view of Puget Sound and the Seattle skyline. I really loved the simple, peaceful aesthetic of the studio, as well as its functionality and location, and would love to stay here again.

    Megan2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to stay. Cozy space and beautiful views with a fun (older) kid loft. Anne was pleasant and we enjoyed our quick time in the guest house.

    Jessica2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely space and beautiful view!!! That alone makes this place the perfect retreat. Anne & Scott's attention to detail -- delicious coffee, cozy bedding, a well stocked kitchen, high quality bath products, floss, tampons(!!!) -- really take this place to the next level. We are brainstorming excuses to return to Bainbridge just to stay here. Perhaps, here is excuse enough!

    Steph2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Anne was a wonderful and accomodating host. The studio was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well appointed with numerous thoughtful touches ranging from local coffee to a sweet xylophone we enjoyed taking turns playing. The bunk loft was a huge hit with our kids who wanted to move in permanently!

    Kyle2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot for a getaway.

    Marylynn2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I had a great time on Bainbridge Island. Anne & Scott’s place was perfect for us and our little doggy. The views were great and the location was ideal. We walked to restaurants/cafes and down to the beach. Everything else (hikes, ferry, shops) was a short drive away. Fives stars! Super cozy. Loved the high ceilings and open layout. Anne and Scott were great hosts and made sure everything went smoothly. And our dog loved playing with their sweet pooch Hank.

    Eric2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • The studio was unique and cozy with a gorgeous view to the Puget Sound and within walking distance of the beach and local eateries. Sweet little touches were scattered throughout showing the effort of the hosts in making their place stand out (local coffee, fresh milk, recommendations for interesting places to visit on the island). The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the gas stove warmed up the place nicely. My husband, pup, and I were very happy with the experience and would stay again.

    Scott2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place ticked all the boxes for me: clean, comfortable, and quiet with friendly hosts and a beautiful locale. If you're looking for a retreat nestled in the woods but 10 minutes to town and the Seattle ferry, look no further than this gem. Perfect if you want to use this place as a springboard for your other activities (I highly recommend the ferry ride to Seattle and the Japanese Exclusion memorial on Bainbridge).

It is private and has everything you need for a weekend on Bainbridge. And their cookies and conversation rounded out our trip in a way that I never knew we needed. Stay here!

  • Jeff's place is good value, quiet and comfortable. The surrounding forest garden is gorgeous in Autumn! The bed was super comfy and we love his cookies, yogurt berries, milk, coffee or tea and homemade granola. It's so nice to have breakfast and a snack each day. Jeff is nearby so response time is fast! Thanks Jeff for another great visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Best, Warren and Diana

  • This is a wonderful retreat with all the amenities. The hosts are warm and friendly. We loved the heated floors, and the home made granola was such a treat! The hosts even allowed us to have a last minute package delivered so I could wear my new shoes to a banquet we were attending! We enjoyed ourselves , and would love to come back when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the beautiful patio and outdoor view.

  • A cozy peaceful place to stay. Centrally located but difficult to find in the dark. The street sign to turn off the main road is hard to spot. Has everything you need and Katrina was very available for anything else you might need. Beautiful wooded setting that makes you feel that you are in the middle of nowhere. Just enough space for one person.

Coming back here feels like I’m returning home to see family <3 would recommend this place 1000 times if I could for other people wanting to have an amazing time on bainbridge! Also, I worked from Home when I stayed here and needed a charger for my computer! While I was in dire need of a charge to do my work, Katrina came to the rescue and some how found one that I could use! Again, it was a wonderful stay! This is a place I imagine I would want in a few years for myself and my own family !

Feel perfectly civilized in a newly built luxurious cottage surrounded by wilderness. Enjoy panoramic views of pristine Gazam Lake Preserve while being surrounded in luxury in a full kitchen with high end appliances and a greatroom with leather furniture, velvet and linen pillows, fluffy throws and even a 4K HD television with Hulu plus, Netflix and ESPN. Get even closer to nature while relaxing on chaise lounges or dinning in the spacious outdoor seating area. Work your cullinary magic while barbecuing on a patio that's just inches from a majestic forest, where adventure begins.
The Cottage is brand new construction with every detail given to Design and Function. Architecturally designed to welcome the Nature in from every view. Wild life abounds from the serenity of the Gazzam Lake Nature Preserve. Trails available that give direct access to the perfect spot for a picnic on the shores of the Pugent Sound.
Located 3.5 miles from the Winslow Ferry Terminal, the Cottage backs up to the Gazzam Lake Park and Wildlife Preserve, which encompasses 445 acres of forest, trails and wetlands on the south side of Island. Quaint Lynwood Center and Winslow Way restaurants and unlimited activities are only minutes away. Spectacular neighborhood beaches, including our favorite, Lytle Beach, is a short 5-minute drive from the cottage.
  • The cottage is very tranquil, tastefully decorated, and stocked with many considerate touches. Nature walks are close by and it is only a short drive all parts of the island.

  • Loved this place and sue was very friendly and welcoming. Our primary plan was to go out there and explore the island. The weather ended up not being what we were hoping for, so we decided to stay in and just have a relaxed weekend. We still enjoyed our stay. So if you’re looking to explore or to just simply get away to a quite place for a while this could be your perfect get away!

  • Knowing this was such a well-reviewed house, our expectations were high. Within moments of opening the door, they were completely exceeded. The location, the privacy, the decor and the details were all so thoughtfully done. Clearly a labor of love for the owners, and our only regret is we didn’t book it for longer. The house is also next to a great hike at Gazzam Lake and we could walk right to the trailhead from the front door. This was the best stocked AirBnB we’ve stayed at, in terms of quality of amenities and supplies.

  • What a stark contrast from my life in the city! I love the busyness of the city, but equally enjoyed the serenity of this adorable house out in Bainbridge. As my first experience with Air bnb, it really turned out to be exactly what I needed. Just wanted to get outta the city for a few days. Go someplace quiet and take it easy. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Place was pretty charming and only about a $10 Uber/Lyft away from town. As soon as I walked in, I felt at home. Nothing to criticize really because even though the internet connection was a little shallow on the tv, the owners had a handy card with reset instructions right there on the entertainment console. Was still able to binge some tv! The neighboring homes were a comfortable distance. Like, only if needed in an emergency close. The silence outside is almost deafening, but I liked it because it confirmed no wild animals or critters were lurking around. With a warm drink and a good blanket, I was quite comfy lounging outside and listening to the babbling water stream and the rain coming down. Loved the string lights on that back porch! I was having such a nice time, I extended my reservation by another day.

  • The house is warm, modern, and private. It's nestled in the woods yet a short drive to Bainbridge's shops and restaurants.

  • The most restful, enchanting and beautiful escape for my friend and I while we were tending to family who had just lost a loved one. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and you will be enveloped in peace and tranquility with beautiful furnishings and surroundings. We were especially touched to be able to sign the unique guest book in a way to honor our beloved Yaroslavna ❤️ Thank you Sue & Mike - we will be back.
