Includes a microwave oven, hot plate, small convection oven, fridge, and washer/dryer. It is a split-level home. I live upstairs, but you have the entire bottom level, with a private entrance. 15 minutes to Duke University Campus, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurant options nearby.

Cozy Lake cottage on the Little River Lake. Come relax on the porch with your coffee in the mornings or take an afternoon nap on the hammock. Fish for a little in the afternoon or go down to the Little River Lake Facility and rent a canoe. It’s the perfect get away that is still close to town and wonderful restaurants. Up to two well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome on the property. Dog fee $75 for up to two dogs. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Swimming is not allowed in the lake.
