Picturesque location, peaceful surroundings. Greeted horse friends in the morning as they grazed right outside my accommodations. Relaxing and quiet during my stay. Would stay again given the opportunity.

Such a responsive host! Was fine with my altered schedule and late, late check in. She was so kind to clean the kayak for me after the long winter’s nap. Quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect place to find rest and spend time on the lake! But my most favorite feature was Sam!! I was so sad to say goodbye!🥹🥲😥

We had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable for two people. It is located in a nice residential area. Although it faces a quiet street, there is some traffic noise from nearby, but it is quiet at night. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small and although it lacks a dishwasher it is stocked with enough for light cooking. Faucet has a Brita filter. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Our only concern was that there is a 5-inch step up from the living room to the kitchen, and a 5-inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, a potential problem for those with orthopedic issues. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely area.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

We have stayed at Greg and Melissa’s Airbnb many times and have never been disappointed. The space has everything you need and is super cute. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We actually book our trips around when we can stay at this Airbnb!

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Visiting family in the area for a couple weeks. Stacey's place was perfect, clean, and had all the basics plus extras for an extended stay. Very thoughtfully furnished. Good internet and smart TV as well. Perfect stay...Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the stay here:) lived up to expectations and felt like a safe little community to come back to each time. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had space and privacy. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind in the near future.

Great tiny home! Super cozy and had everything we needed + more (provided coffee, creamer, and sugar)! Clean, comfy, and easy drives to everything you need without being in the heart of the city. Felt safe with street parking and was super easy to find a spot. Overall, fantastic stay!

You will never find a better place than this. The incredible combination of a great residential neighborhood for walking, gracious and organized hosts, nearby parks and restaurants alone make it a great choice. What puts it over the top is the setting of a private pool and spa that is beautifully landscaped, a totally private guest house that is wonderfully decorated, and every possible item that you could need during a visit. I would like to keep this place a secret, like a heavenly private beach or a great fishing spot. However, it is only fair to share this spot that the hosts have created so well.

Quiet and comfortable apartment in established neighborhood and easily walkable to Decatur and to Agnes Scott College. Great for a weekend trip but would have loved to stay longer!

Quaint place to stay & nice change from the hotel scenes - the surrounding area is high in crime but this neighborhood and location are its own oasis. Close to everything we needed for nightlife and sights !

Brandy's Barn might be one of the cleanest Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! We needed a place to stay for a family wedding and her place was idyllic. The little homestead around the area was sweet, lovely quiet dogs came to welcome us, the geese and ducks were out around the pond with the turtles and as we were leaving, a couple of deer even arrived at the property. I love the Georgia pine trees everywhere and loved sitting outside, drinking coffee and bird watching on the large porch. Brandy's place is very spacious and bigger than the pictures make it out to be. She had a nice array of treats when we arrived and coffee! We enjoyed ourselves in the game room below playing corn hole and darts. I only wish that we had had more time to use the fishing supplies left out too! When I go to visit my family again, I'd love to stay at Brandy's if it is available. Thanks, Brandy.

It was a beautiful stay, loved the sound of nature and the water features when you walk up made you feel like you were staying at a resort!! The drive to the Airbnb is also beautiful. Overall no complaints :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The detached apartment was the perfect cozy getaway. Very beautiful place and so peaceful. Definitely will stay again.

10/10. I needed a rental for 4 nights for a 3 generation road trip; comfortable for my mom, quiet for my 2 year old to nap, and walkable to restaurants for myself. Steve's sunlit, inviting, friendly home completely fit the bill. Small touches abound, like the umbrella stand and perfectly appointed laundry room. Where you want squeaky clean (the bathroom, the kitchen, the floors) - it's spotless. Where you want to nestle in with a book, there are plenty of places to read or nap. Instructions were perfect, everything was seamless. In our 4 days, we used train, bus, walked to the local shops - there's a lot to explore in Atlanta. My daughter loved looking for timid geckos in flowers around the stairs, and a friendly fish in the koi pond, on our way to and from each adventure. The neighborhood is beautiful & peaceful, with a quiet background buzz of neighbors. One night we could hear families in a nearby yard engaging in a talent show birthday party. Added a feeling of home.

Liz is an amazing host! She was flexible with us checking in early (we have a baby who needed a nap). It was easy to find and she communicated very well! Would recommend her place to friends and family who want to stay in the area.

Stayed for several days while recovering from surgery, as I needed to remain within the Atlanta perimeter for three days post-op. The location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from the hospital in case I needed to return. The space had everything we needed: a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a big TV! It was perfect for the two of us. It felt very private, and we hardly noticed it was attached to the main home, aside from some noise on our last night—which was a Saturday and completely understandable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Perfect for 2 people. Lovely street and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and attractions. Met my standards for cleanliness which is most important. If you have a problem with carrying luggage, etc up stairs this is not for you. We didn’t have this issue, and we liked that the stairs are inside and well lit.

The apartment was spacious with a nice decor. It is in a serene location. We enjoyed taking strolls. All our needs were met without having to bother the host. As noted in a previous review, the bathroom is a bit small. More shelf space to keep toiletries and a better location for the toilet roll may be considered. This was NOT a major drawback and all other amenities were excellent. We appreciate being hosted in this lovely apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Red Door Retreat, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was super clean and even better than the pictures. It’s conveniently located within driving distance to all the museums and great dining options, making it the perfect little getaway. The description was spot-on, and the home was well-equipped with everything I needed, from linens and dishes to reliable internet. I especially loved the perfect-sized TV that I could easily connect my phone to for streaming. Overall, this has become one of my favorite Airbnb experiences, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I am so thrilled I found this place nearby my friend’s house. Immaculate and quiet and so well maintained and organized. I will have a place to stay with ease when I am in Marietta again!
