Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Space is the upstairs of a duplex. Self check-in. Safe and friendly neighborhood. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

We had a lovely stay at the Grasshopper Too. The cottage is beautiful and perfectly located among the shops and restaurants of downtown Le Claire, Iowa. The gardens around the cottage is amazing - the peonies were in full bloom while we were there. We would definitely stay at the cottage again.

We greatly appreciated an early check-in after our long 14hr redeye flight into Moline. The view of the Mississippi was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was so relaxing and peaceful overlooking the river and the wildlife with the beautiful sunsets. The lounge chairs and table/chairs on deck were a great option to continue to enjoy the outdoor beauty. The bed was comfortable, but quite firm. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Mississippi river House, and look forward to staying again in the future!

Donna’s Mid Century Modern home set the gold standard for my very first Airbnb. From her crystal-clear arrival instructions to her warm, prompt replies, every interaction was effortless. Crossing the threshold felt like stepping into a beautifully preserved time capsule: gleaming hardwood floors, clean architectural lines, and abundant natural light seamlessly blend with every modern comfort. The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and the bathrooms stocked with plush towels and thoughtful amenities. At night, I sank into luxuriously comfortable mattresses dressed in crisp linens. Outside, the serene, tree-lined neighborhood mirrors the same MCM charm. Donna’s curated décor and thoughtful touches elevated the experience from fantastic to unforgettable. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and every detail of the decor celebrated the spirit of Mid Century Modern design.

We didn’t want to leave. Such a wonderful weekend watching the river boat and barges on the river. The over 60 turtles kept us amused as they sunned on a piece of driftwood in the river. Bald eagles, pelicans and many others to keep us entertained. We enjoyed a fire pit and Robin included roasting sticks for our s’mores. Small touches around the home made us feel very welcome. And if you forget your toothbrush, no problem - Robin has you covered! We definitely want to return!
