Her home was exactly as described and the pictures she had posted. Her home was nice and clean and we had all the accommodations that we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for. Nice house, well furnished and comfortable. It was a great spot to relax after experiencing what the area has to offer. Great location! You can tell that they really take care of their guests. Would book again.

Super neat home in a very private and pretty country setting. The place was very clean, had great amenities, and Shawn provided lots of little extra touches that made us feel welcomed.

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway!

This place was even better than the photos. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. We loved the fire pit, fast WiFi, and the little touches—like the cozy reading nook, the amazing scent throughout the house, and how comfortable all the beds were. It felt like a boutique hotel in the middle of the countryside. We were at Starbucks and the grocery store in under 15 minutes, and getting to downtown Nashville was way faster than we expected. We also enjoyed grilling dinner on the Weber. Close to everything, but totally private. We’ll definitely be back.

I travel frequently to Nashville area for my job and ny husband and 2 small dogs regularly accompany me. This house was private, cozy, and had any and all amenities possible (including bags of ice). My husband was able to chat with the owner of the property and let him know how much we enjoyed our stay. He is very picky when it comes to amenities and attention to detail and this place checked all of the boxes. We loved our stay and plan to rebook for future trips.

I hosted a bachelorette weekend at Hans and Liz’s house. It was the perfect location with a great back yard. Perfect for a big group who are ready for a fun weekend in Nashville!

This is our second time stay at PlacemakrSoBro. Perfect location and really nice front desk staff! Everyone working on the property were very helpful as well. The only down side was my apartment was 3rd floor street side so it was so loud from the street noise. Hoping the pool restaurant/bar will be open next time!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Greg and the management group were very responsive. They were helpful. They sent a long list of things to do in the area including food, shopping, site see, things to do. The house was beautiful and such a good place, very open and roomy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have right on site. Highly recommend.

This place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the neighborhood surrounding it was breathtakingly beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Nashville and it’s conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Broadway.

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

This place was absolutely perfect just as described. We had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed it thoroughly. They loved the yard there were little homey touches everywhere. It was very cozy. She had a lot of nice extra touches including two separate feeding and watering stations for the dogs very dog friendly 1,000,000% will go here again all of us enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to the Nashville Tennessee area

This place worked perfect for us. We pulled our pop-up camper up to the top and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the city.

First time staying at the cabin. It was breathtaking beautiful. The host was beyond helpful on instructions getting to the Cabin and reponsed to any questions almost immediately. Definitely recommended to anyone!

We loved staying at Kelly’s Jubilee. They have more cabins and unique places to stay but they are spread out enough to have privacy. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit, very relaxing. We would recommend this place to friends.

we camped here after the taylor swift concert and even late at night it was super easy to find! such a peaceful place outside of nashville:) wish we could have spent more camping!

Great relaxing place to stay. Only 30 minutes to Nashville. Kelly is always super responsive and friendly. This was our second time staying here and we definitely will be back.

I would highly recommend this stay to any of my friends and family. It was such a homey feeling. This place brought me back to growing up on the farm minus the live stock. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Kelly’s Jubilee, where bohemian whimsy dances hand-in-hand with Appalachian charm. From the moment we were greeted by the magical “boat house,” we knew we were in for something special. Our room was cozy—on the smaller side—but thoughtfully packed with every amenity imaginable, like a little treasure chest of “just in case” comforts. Nestled above a gently babbling stream, we fell asleep to the soothing soundtrack of flowing water—a lullaby for the soul. A truly enchanting escape. Depending on which cabin you stay in, be sure to bring a can of cat food, some treats, or a scoop of cracked corn for the charming morning bellhops who checked us out—they take their job very seriously (and accept tips in snacks).
