This lovely 3rd floor private apartment is in an 1883 Victorian Mansion in Blooming Grove, NY for 1 - 6 people. It is beautifully furnished, has luxurious beds, so let us know if you need one, two or three bedrooms! The apartment has a private entrance, a claw foot tub, French door shower, and a kitchenette with sunny breakfast nook. It's freshly renovated and spacious. You will have to take 2 staircases. Our land has a nice view of a field of wildflowers, and our neighbor has cows.

I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

Peaceful Mountain Retreat

Adam was incredibly kind and communicative!He responded quickly to all my inquiries—even a last-minute question about extending our stay. Initially, I requested a late checkout at 2 pm since we had a wedding to attend at 4 pm. The regular checkout time was 11 am, but I explained that the wedding venue was a 40-minute drive away and 11 am departure would be too early for us. Luckily, he let us stay until 3 pm at no extra charge, as the place wasn’t booked that day. You really can’t beat that kind of hospitality! We’ll definitely stay at his place again. It’s in a great location for a short getaway, especially if you love nature and want a break from the hustle and bustle of NYC. The home is perfect for a small family and has all the essentials you might need. Thank you so much, Adam, for accommodating our request!

This home was an absolutely beautiful gateway for an 3 anniversary weekend with my girlfriend. The house was spotless clean with everything you could need. Beautiful views from everywhere in the house. Amazing kitchen fully stocked and 2 perfect bathrooms makes for a very convenient stay. The property was so beautifully filled with so much nature and I could stare at the lake all day. Wonderful fishing and birds all day. Truly a beautiful place all around and made for a perfect weekend filled with great memories.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christine’s! Their home was warm and welcoming. It had a very cozy feel to it. It almost felt like home! The house was beautiful and exactly as the pictures described. Christine was very attentive and responsive, always receiving a response within minutes. The atmosphere was great! Neighborhood was beautiful. There was a process to get into the community but if you follow the directions sent by Christine, it should be smooth. The only thing that I would add is when trying to obtain your community passes, make sure that you enter the community on the correct side. My GPS brought us to the opposite side so we had to back track another 12 minutes to get to the right side. It’s also extremely dark at night with lots of wild life (which we enjoyed to see) so be sure to follow the speed limit! We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again!
