The Rooster was a great little Air B&B and was perfect for my needs. The instructions to get in were clear and the place was clean when I arrived. The host’s extra touches like a few bottles of water in the fridge and a snack basket were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely look for this place the next time I’m planning a trip to Manhattan! Thanks for a great stay!

Surprisingly quite apt - it’s super close to Aggieville and surrounded by college housing, but we didn’t hear a sound from neighbors or outside when we went to bed. Perfect location for those visiting KSU and checking out the ‘Ville. Very clean and the beds were comfy. We would 100% choose to stay here again.

I highly recommend the Thompson House. Great location, walking distance to everything, great host. The house is completely updated with all the amenities you need and very spacious for 5 people. Our family loved staying here.

Great place for a weekend stay in Manhattan. Check-in was simple. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the football stadium (just over a mile) and was an easy drive to everything else in town. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

Judine was a gracious and caring host, it is obvious how much she cares about your comfort and feeling welcome at the Houston Cottage. We were under a wind advisory and she made sure to let us know how to take shelter if needed. The house is well appointed and spotless. So comfy! The rooms are larger than I expected! The beds and linens are very nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Adorable place, very comfortable beds. Older house so temp regulation a little tricky. More and/or heavier blanket options would have been great. Only complaint is that there was a few inches of snow/ice completely covering the front porch, steps and sidewalk.
