Edney was a fantastic host! He made everything easy with clear and friendly communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The house was amazing – spotless, roomy, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail carefully considered. It completely surpassed our expectations! This house was everything we were looking for! The layout was amazing and worked perfectly for our family. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own private full bathroom. The private screened in pool area was a huge hit! We did have a small issue with water off the pool area following a torrential downpour but the tile floors and equipment on site made for easy cleanup and the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the problem. The community where the house is located is very quiet and gated for extra security and peace of mind and is conveniently located to most of the local attractions. Our only complaint was that the king size mattress and boxsprings in the master bedroom is worn out and very noisy to sleep on and should be replaced sooner rather than later, but the rest of the house was so perfect that this was an issue we were willing to live with. This property is a great value!

Bruce’s place is so beautiful! He was very responsive and very professional. The only thing I would add is more towels and salt and pepper. 🙂

This was a great home, very spacious , clean. It had all the amenities and more. She added complementary Netflix and Disney + which was a super plus for me. The location is great. Multiple restaurants to choose and very close by. The house provided extra pillows and blankets. Pam herself was making sure I was ok. I will definitely come back.

Stayed here with my family for the weekend. The place was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I brought some 1st timers at an AirBnB and Tatianna’s place made them fall in love. She was also responsive and extremely helpful! The house was in a nice neighborhood, and had everything you could need. Definitely a must stay if coming to Orlando with a group!

The house is very spacious, we have a large family, and could accommodate the entire family comfortably. The pool is heated at a nice warm temperature during winter, and there are a lot of activities around for the little ones.

We had an amazing experience. Great communication from Justin. The house is very spacious and great for multiple families. Lots of activities and games for kids. The only challenge is you can only park two cars in the driveway and have a bit of a walk to visitor parking. Also, the clubhouse is very strict on not allowing you to bring in food or snacks for kids which is annoying. Overall the development is clean, safe and great to explore.

This house was great for our family vacation. It's close to the Disney Parks, outlets, and many other things to do. Ariane is very responsive if you have any questions. We would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay! We were close to the parks and could come home and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of walking! We came in on a late flight - so it was also nice to be able to check-in late at night and it was super easy. There were lots of places to shop and eat close by. Home was clean and just like the pictures! Mariela gave great instructions and always responded really quickly. :) Would definitely stay here again.

Aaron was an amazing host. From the start he was kind and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. He was willing to provide with the information that I needed before I even paid for the space. My biggest concern was meeting the check in time. Once I said that to Aaron he assured me that my check in time would not be an issue, and it wasn’t. His instructions detailed everything. Staying at Aaron’s unit was hassle free and fun filled.Everyone was so kind. Everything looked just the way they did online. It was a very clean space. They offered plenty of towels, pool towels, tissues, trash bags and blankets. My kids loved the water slide/ water park area too.I preferred the walk in ready pool that was the perfect temperature for me. Not too hot and not too cold. Everything was just right. There was a Walmart about 5 minutes away or less. There were also countless amazing restaurants within a 15 min drive. We hope to make this our family vacation home. I hope you do too.

We needed a place for a few days that was convenient to a couple of the parks and this was perfect. The gated community is very well kept and felt very safe. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Cathy’s directions and communication were perfect. We had some downtime to enjoy the pool and ate dinner one night at Ternerita Argentinian Steakhouse in the nearby plaza and we highly recommend it! I would stay here again if i was in need of a place in the area!

took my son for a trip to universal studios and feel like I could not have chose a better place than Dennis's! Clean and well stocked with everything you need! walking distance to restaurants grocery and gift shops. 10 mins to universal. all my Lyft rides were a smooth pick up and drop off. pools were amazing! I would 100% book again. Thanks again for the amazing Airbnb ✨🙌🏽

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If you have a small family and plan to visit the theme parks this place is for you! it's affordable, has a great pool and is only about 15-20 min drive from the Disney parks, universal, Medieval Times and Gator Land. We loved having the kitchen and the washer/dryer for our clothes. Also at 9pm each night we can see the Disney fireworks from the elevator balcony! Make sure to check out the Dollar Tree next door for awesome deals :)
