This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

We loved this place. Outdoor patio with heated private pool and jacuzzi were our favorite. Kids had a blast. Views are breathtaking. Everything is very well though through, decorated and welcoming to relax and unwind. Karen was quick to reply and made our stay hassle free. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

My group had a great stay here. The villa was clean, well maintained and our host was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Would stay again.

Impeccable house, just like the photos, inside a complex with everything you need, a pool and jacuzzi right outside the house with warm water, and super comfortable beds! A kitchen equipped with everything you need and more! A nearby and beautiful beach without stones!! Communication with Lily was great, we will definitely be back!!

The house is amazing. It is very spacious, clean, with a beautiful design and everything is very comfortable. We loved the pool, we spent a lot of time there, and the owners' service was excellent, always attentive and very friendly. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The only thing I would improve is that there were some ants in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

The accommodation experience was enjoyable, its facilities very well distributed, and optimal spaces for rest and creativity. We enjoyed Pauls place! Excellent location and view. The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware. Paul is a responsive and helpful host. The beach bar at the Icon is so convenient. Great staff!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

wonderful space for multigenerational family. everyone had their own space. the sunrises every morning were a highlight. we were glad we rented cars for this location.

Excellent choice for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach next to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal to rest, you can find all the services very close, in general a very good choice for an excellent vacation

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

The apartment was amazing, it totally matches the description. We went with my whole family, young children, teenagers and adults and we all enjoyed it immensely. The service provided by Karina and Raúl (support staff) made our stay much easier. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. The location with the pool, and the sea in front is priceless. The ocean view from the rooms is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you for everything, I'll come back.

New construction, everything in working order, great private rooftop patio, good shared pool, fantastic location close to downtown and marina but away from noise and also a quick walk to the beaches on the sideroad right next to the condo.

Beautiful large two bedroom with all the amenities. Large rooftop deck, two block walk to beach and restaurants. Just across the river from the Animas River trail. Be aware there is a flight of stairs to access the unit and another flight to access the rooftop deck. The host Kiri was extremely responsive before we arrived and when we were there. She is on site and greeted us upon checking in and helped with our luggage, arranged for taxi service back to the airport and provided excellent directions. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 2 adults, a child and a baby so we had a lot of space left over. The only thing we didn't like is that they are very austere haha. Let's see if I can make myself understood. It wasn't anything bad, but there was a lack of details, for example, there was no water to drink, which had never happened to us. They always left us water, even if it was a few bottles or drinks in the refrigerator, since the check-in is usually just when it's hottest. With the cost of the house, I don't think it would lower the profit if they had a little detail, but apart from that, everything was fine. Of course, we would return to that or another house managed by the same hosts, since there was good communication and kindness on their part. The residential development is beautiful as always. The club is under renovation but at least the largest pool was working. The only bad thing there is the waiters. There are few of them but there's not much work. Even so, they're slow to serve but the food is very good and cheaper than in restaurants

Fernando's place was perfect for our first trip to Puerto Vallarta! His home is beautiful, updated, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bathroom and bedrooms were stocked with fresh linens and everything we needed to shower. The hot water is great and all appliances worked well. Fernando made the process very easy. He was responsive and helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we arrived. The neighborhood where the home is located is absolutely beautiful. It is safe and well maintained and has an amazing pool area that was easy to access. It is located super close to the marina and to a Wal-Mart and is surrounded by great local food. We are exceptionally happy with our stay at Fernando's home and will certainly stay here again if we return to PV! You won't be disappointed if you book this place!

We really enjoyed the stay! We travelled with our toddler so having a pool was super covenant. The location is easy to get to diff spots but with a little one taxi is the best way. We felt comfortable and safe -there was even a moment we didn’t have working water but Kathi was on it. Thanks so much, we’d def stay here again.

It is a privileged house for its good location, tranquility of the area, this without mentioning the beautiful garden they have for my pets to feel at home. Communication was always great, resolving questions at the moment. Definitely a place to come back to soon.
