I felt at home, everything as it appears in the description and pictures, Oscar was an excellent host. From the area of the accommodation, the beaches are about 20 minutes away, Esmeralda was undoubtedly my favorite, also Gemelas and Mismaloya. Puerto Vallarta was a great place to spend a vacation

Great place for a family vacation. We booked last minute due to another host canceling our reservation once we had already arrived. Judith gave us a quick response and was able to get us keys within a couple of hours. Once we arrived at the house we got a tour by Mauricio who was very friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, Mauricio was very attentive and quick to respond any question we had.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. There were lots of spaces to socialize with other guests, and our own private apartment unit with all the amenities we needed. You do need a moderate fitness level for the short walk from the beach/town to the Villa, but we like having a bit of exercise built into our day. Our 1 month vacation zipped by way too fast as we very much enjoyed our stay here.

We had an amazing stay thanks to Nazryn, Claudio & the facilities staff at this home. The property itself has stunning views, is well appointed, and truly is a jungle oasis. We were a group of 7, who fit comfortably in the house - there is tons of space in the bedrooms and in the main living areas. If ever Uber drivers had difficulty, we found it helpful to search for the ‘Beyond Yoga Retreat’ in the Uber app. Rides were quick into town, and we found some amazing coffees & drinks at the ‘hideaway’ along the stairs down to the beach. The front desk security, facility support staff & hosts were super helpful and friendly. Loved this spot & would definitely stay again! thank you all for making it a special week for us!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our week was at Marg’s casa! Our family of 6 plus our 2 yr old granddaughter stayed for 7 nights and it was perfect. Not only was she extremely helpful and responsive during the booking process and with all questions prior to arrival, our accommodations exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was Carmen and Fidel. Fidel greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the home and how to operate things like air conditioner, tv, pool lights, etc. we had Carmen prepared breakfast and most dinners and these meals were by far some of the best meals we’ve had! She is an amazing cook and our family loved everything she prepared! The ceviche, guacamole, fresh fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, freshly squeezed orange juice, French toast, eggs, and literally everything was a 15 out of 10! It was an absolute pleasure to have her around! The property was beautiful and all rooms very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing and looking forward to going back!

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Matts place was amazing! It is a bit of hike (up either stairs or hill) to get to the place from the romantic zone, but the views are 100% worth it and ubers/ indrive are very inexpensive there and easily accessible. The place had a very local and authentic feel to it and had everything we needed for our stay. Matt was really responsive and allowed for both an early check-in and late check-out to accomodate our travel! I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and roof was wonderful and we even saw the fireworks most nights.

What a wonderful home! Our stay was excellent and the hospitality genuine. Close to great restaurants, shopping and gorgeous views. We'll be back!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

This was our second visit and we love this place. We have children, so the access to the beach and pool right out your back door is great. The optional meal service is outstanding. The ladies are so accommodating, work to give you the best experience possible and are willing to tailor the meals to the needs of your party. It helps if you know some Spanish though. Xavier is always extremely prompt with responses and ensures you are taken care of. Thanks everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Excellent, a super cozy place, 100% family friendly, impeccable facilities and with everything dispensable to spend a few days with the family. We will definitely be back here. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Delfin pool suite, place was clean, equipped with everything we needed. There were caretakers around pretty well the whole time we were there. Great street food around the corner, plenty of convenience stores around, huge market on Sunday and short walk to the beach with good access close by to cross the busy highway easily. Noisy at night with road traffic , roosters, dogs , cats but we knew it was going to be that way so we used earplugs and slept fine. A/C worked great and is able to be controlled separately in each room. Pool area is nice and well kept, we used the area almost everyday and enjoyed visiting with the other guests renting the other two suites. Henri was very responsive and the family that looks after the place were great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our peaceful stay here. Bonus that it’s pet friendly. Elvis and Moises were very responsive to our needs and the maid was very nice as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable, hot showers, plenty of towels, kitchen amenities were great, they had a large jug of water for daily use, and very clean space— we felt right at home. Very close to the zona romàntica, plenty of coffee shops and places to eat. Very steep hills , we managed to walk up twice and it wasn’t too bad. The views are incredible from the pool, no pictures can do it justice, a mix of green and ocean.

Marco made me feel right at home when I was arriving! I couldn’t figure out the keypad (totally my fault) but his kid was outside playing and recognized my struggles (lol) got Marco to help, very kind being that it was Xmas Eve! The location was absolutely perfect for my needs and gives you a more authentic living experience which I prefer — you’ll feel more like a local here for sure! The place itself is perfectly adequate and the patio is soooo peaceful to enjoy any time of day. Traffic is never too loud and the sun hits so perfectly 😍☀️. Personally I didn’t use the kitchen but the filtered water was very nice to have! Can’t wait to book again! PS: If you’re lucky enough to meet Stella (the cutest pug ever), win her over with a good butt scratch 😉

It’s a very nice place . But a little pricey

The place was perfect for a large group. Awesome pool and places to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with pans to cook. Grocery, beach, and good restaurants all walkable. Excellent maid service. Gated and very safe. Lots of towels to use. Do the Los Caletas island day trip. The ferry is a 15 min walk from the Airbnb and the food/drinks/entertainment are great. Bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner. The plumbing is old (leaky shower, don't flush TP).

This is our third time staying here with a large group of friends. The house is a perfect fit for our needs as a group. We have tried several houses in the area, and this one is still our favorite. The individual room and house keys, multiple conversation areas, location and bay views are all HUGE positives. We love sitting on the rooftop talking and whale watching right from the roof. Easy walk to restaurants and short cab ride or walk to romantic zone. Showers are great, the upstairs bar/fridge is perfect for keeping our drinks handy and cold. We were even able to watch the NFL playoff games with the cable! WiFi can be a little tricky/iffy in the rooms, but we just logged into the primary and it worked well.

A very quiet place, easy access and efficient, it has all the services you need to have a good vacation; the condominium staff are very friendly and Loly is always attentive to your doubts.

This is a great condo. We would book it again. The views of the ocean, whales and sunsets are bucket list worthy. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and dishes. The space is huge. There are plenty of sheets, towels and laundry facilities great for the long stay. The ICON is a wonderful place with great staff and a great location. You can expect first class luxury at this place.

Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend. Will come back.
