Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

I highly recommend it. In particular, people who want to live a peaceful everyday life should stay here. There are several supermarkets nearby. Eduardo is a very kind and reliable person.

We loved staying at Homero’s home. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well stocked with nice linens. The location is perfect… Just outside of the main part of town which can be very noisy at night but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Homero was very kind and responsive and even helped us secure a golf cart. The pool is lovely as well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

This house is a hidden gem!! My entire family had a wonderful time staying at Jeffry's house. From fresh coconut water to having everything we needed; we'll be happy to book again.

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

Christina’s place was absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend getting a golf cart to go into town because it’s a little bit of a walk but so worth it for the privacy and super close access to a small beautiful beach. Brenda the house care taker was so incredibly helpful as well.

Wonderful place! Steps to the beach. Cleaning daily or as often as you want. Juan can locate a chef for you to cook in the unit. Just perfect all around!

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Lupita and her daughter were wonderful and made us delicious meals everyday! The beach and pool area are perfect! We loved our time there with our extended family! This was our second year coming and it felt like coming home! Neighbors are so friendly and quiet. Restaurants at the resort next door are also lovely and open for neighbors after 6pm :) Very comfortable place for a family gathering!

The apartment is very cute , comfortable and cozy. The common areas (pool, jacuzzi, terrace) are very pleasant and enjoyable. It has a privileged view of the sea and a great location as it is close to the boardwalk, marina , restaurants , cafes. Tanya was a very good host since she was clear, practical and very attentive. We would definitely go back to such a beautiful place.

Amazing property! Right on the beach. Plenty of space too. Super peaceful area with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The pool and pool deck are gorgeous and look right out into the ocean. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved this condo. View was my favourite part. Simply stunning. Very bright and spacious. Huge balcony. Fully equipped with everything you need. Josh had excellent communication from booking and throughout our stay. Covered pool was great for our young fair children. It was great having a small bar there with snacks if you wanted something you didn’t bring from your unit. Not a lot right nearby for restaurants but we did like Baklava. We took Ubers and taxis into town. Only downside might be the rocky beach. Our kids liked being able to boogie board which you can’t do there. In my opinion the quiet and epic view is worth the lesser beach. Overall I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

This property was better than expected, and matched the listing exactly. The location is perfect, views are very nice, and overall the experience was well worth the money. there is shopping center across the fence 5 min walk, plus maybe the best restaurants in city right across the street from entrance gate. Everyone on the property was always polite.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. La Jolla de Mismaloya is a gem ! The views are breathtaking, whales passing almost every day were the cherrie in the top. This unit was perfect, super clean, ALL the staff is beyond friendly and they do anything to make you comfortable and feeling home away from home. All the facilities are very well kept and shinny!! The pool is perfect and it has access to the beach. Definitely will return!

We loved this place and area ,the condo was fantastic and Joanna was always very helpful with our needs ,the pool was fantastic and quiet ,I would have no hesitation to stay here again .

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Absolutely gorgeous, impeccable attention to detail, wonderful service and responsiveness to any and all of our requests.

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.
