House vacation rentals in Punta Mita

Very good place if you need to travel with your family and take a break, the pool is a few steps from the house, super comfortable and safe. The house comes with everything so you don't have to worry about anything, comfortable and clean, spacious and with all the necessary equipment for families. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return to Lourdes' place, if she accepts us. Thank you for your attention and kindness. We had a very nice time.

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

My group had a great stay here. The villa was clean, well maintained and our host was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Would stay again.

We really liked this spot. The house was perfectly laid out for a family with two kids. The pool was great to cool off during the hot part of the day. Easy walk to town. Owners of the house upstairs were really nice and you really couldn't tell they were there. Definitely recommend this place.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Casa Castillo. It's a beautiful, spacious home that is well appointed to make your stay an easy one. Our two teenagers liked having their own bedroom/bath. We cooked several meals at home, loved the pool, admired the plants, and borrowed books in the house about the area. The location is easy to manage without a car and always felt safe. Both Brandi and Paige (local host) are extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. During a week-long stay, we never had a bad minute in San Pancho!

The house is beautiful, it is very worth it, my children really enjoyed the pool, I highly recommend it for family trips. Hosts are always attentive and helping you with everything.

Roberto is an amazing host. The accommodation had some issues with water supply, but Roberto worked to solve the issues very quickly. He was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Can’t recommend Roberto highly enough!

Beautiful, modern, and spacious. Amazing indoor and outdoor experience. Close to markets, restaurants and cafes. The pool is really nice. Owners were extremely kind and communicative. Felt like we were in our own little oasis.

I don’t have enough great things to say about Marianne’s house. This was the perfect stay for our group of 6 for a bachelorette party. Marianne was extremely responsive ahead of the trip and helped to arrange chef meals as well as grocery shopping done on our behalf. This place is in great proximity (driving) to amazing restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

This was an amazing rental property and location. It was all that we had hoped for and more, from the spectacular view, the spacious and full kitchen, the deck and infinity pool to the comfortable bed. Sleeping with the windows open and the ocean breezes and crashing of the waves was sublime! The attendant - Estela - was also very responsive (and sweet) before and during our stay if there were questions about transportation from the airport, or anything to do with the rental or restaurant recommendations. A couple pro tips: bring strong mosquito repellent for those nights that are temperate enough to sleep with the windows open. Also earplugs in case the ocean waves crashing keeps you awake. There can also be construction nearby in the morning hours but it didn't seem like anything got loud until after 9am. Overall A+. Sayulita was one of our very best vacations and this rental helped make it so. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views of the water. If our group didn’t have other activities to do, we easily could have spent all day every day by the pool and enjoying the views of the ocean from the top patio.

Excellent quiet cozy place, it has what you need for a great vacation. My family and pets really enjoyed it. Very good service and response from Regis and Julieta, his manager. Excellent place.

The property is beautiful! We rented all 3 casitas. Joan and Dave were so accommodating and very helpful with our transportation into town for a wedding. The casitas were all very clean, AC worked really well! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for something close by everything in Puerto Vallarta!

We absolutely loved to sit in the patio and gardens every morning and at night. The location was great for us and we didn't mind the steeper hill coming home. The gardener and maid were lovely. The owners checked in to make sure everything was okay and answered questions immediately. It was our first time to Sayulita and it didn't disappoint.

During our stay Juan Carlos was always kind and attentive to our questions, the pool area is really nice! and it's right in front of the property. At the entrance to the residence there is a guard 24/7 so the security is very good.

I felt safe staying here. It was a real score for two friends chasing friendly longboard waves and sun. The casa is located a short walk to sayulita beach and town centre, but far enough away from the party zone that it’s quiet. We saved money by cooking breakfast and making coffee at the outdoor kitchenette and ate at a different taco place each night! One of my favourite things about this place was chilling by the pool at night and stargazing. Highly recommend!

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

Stunning home which perfectly combines traditional Mexican architecture with sleek modern design. Wonderful garden with a huge Perota tree and dipping pool. Magazine worthy, all the details are perfect these guys have an amazing eye. Everywhere you look there’s a gorgeous still life/ vignette. Very comfortable, lovely bed linens, comfy sofa and generally extremely quiet and private considering it is so close to the Plaza. Thanks Ursula and Wyatt!
