Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Vallarta

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

We stayed here for a month in Jan 2025 and everything was great! The gated community is very safe, lots of families and parks. There was an outdoor gym a couple blocks away and a Soriana grocery store right outside the main gate to buy food, water, cleaning supplies etc. The security keeps a photo ID of all guests entering the gate but they were fine with our Costco card. Easy to call an Uber and we even ordered Amazon. The water truck refilled our giant jug twice a week and it was only 40 pesos. Sophia decorated the place really nice and we loved the little garden patio out back. She was very nice and responsive. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at in Mexico! Very quiet, never heard our neighbours. Air conditioning in each room was great, and we could sign into our Netflix account on the tv. Lots of hot water and pretty good internet connection. We swept and mopped every other day and kept our compost in the freezer so bugs weren’t an issue. Highly recommend this place

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

I stayed at Casa Coco for two weeks, and it was a lovely experience. Oquitzin is a wonderful host, he provided timely communication and accommodated my unexpected travel delays with no issues. Oquitzin also provided several recommendations for local restaurants, and beaches. The Airbnb is the main floor of a two story home, it is very clean and as represented. It is in a residential area, so the noise is limited to regular neighbourhood sound, there is a school close by and there was a bit of construction down the block, but nothing that was ongoing, intrusive or loud. The suite, is a wonderful mix of of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is magical and was one of the highlights of my stay, it is fully fenced, so there is no issue with privacy. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, read or just soak up the sun and enjoy the birds. It feels like a secret garden and your own small piece of paradise. I would rebook in a moment. Highly Recommend

Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

My new favorite place to stay in PV. The unit is beautiful and clean. The building is my gorgeous. The rooftop is breathtaking but pool is not heated so too cold to swim in.

Mary's place was exactly as listed. Everything you need for a steal of a price. Comfy bed, cold A/C, hot shower, functional and stocked kitchen, provided water, washer/dryer, and beautiful rooftop views. There are some really great little hidden restaurant spots right around this area - Miel for rooftop views, tons of truly amazing vegan taco spots, and don't sleep on Fei Long - it's actually really fantastic Chinese food. There's a great gym 5 mins walking distance (Simmon's). Beautiful longer walk to the Malecon, but I always enjoyed it. Mary's super responsive and helpful. Thanks Mary!

The space was clean and offered the necessary ammetidies. The neighborhood was welcoming and lively (local baseball, basketball, skate park, outdoor gym). If you're a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs because the dogs are working the night shift. The location is about a 35min walk to the zona romantica and a 20 min walk downtown. I would recommend the playa mismaloya. Great little community, really cool river running through the village and really kind people (20 min bus). I would definitely stay here again. the team was responsive and chill

We can’t say enough about our stay in Boca. Cherry and Nick have a little piece of paradise. We enjoyed wonderful food and company on the shared patio and grill. Their recommendations to local food were a true delicious Mexican experience. The village has many offerings. All reasonable and delicious. The natural beauty of the hike to Las Animas beach was stunning. This location is a perfect spot to explore so many things. The local bus into PV is easy to use, cheap and only about a 30 min ride along the coast. An adventure in its self. We can’t wait to return. Thank you to Cherry and Nick for your wonderful hospitality.

The apartment is very cute , comfortable and cozy. The common areas (pool, jacuzzi, terrace) are very pleasant and enjoyable. It has a privileged view of the sea and a great location as it is close to the boardwalk, marina , restaurants , cafes. Tanya was a very good host since she was clear, practical and very attentive. We would definitely go back to such a beautiful place.

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful place! The views are simply spectacular. Jose Jesus checked us in at the front and was so friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are large and all have en suite large bathrooms. Water pressure in showers were great and AC worked great. The apartment could use some minor updates but trust me you won’t be bothered much with those details. Really nice perk to be able to order room service to the room! We loved having access to the beach via a private entrance and was easy walk into town from there. Nice restaurant at the rooftop too.

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Zona Romántica! The place is spacious, bed is comfortable, building is secure, and the staff is wonderful. The shared rooftop space was also very nice and well equipped. They offered coffee (very good!), fruit, and pastries on the rooftop every morning for free. Good music during the day. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-8 minutes walking from most of the places we ate at and also accessible to get ubers. They usually took 10-15 minutes to arrive, for morning trips we scheduled them in advance. It’s about 15 minutes without traffic to the center of puerto vallarta as well! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

This was our 2nd stay at Alexander's and we stayed for 10 days. Very comfortable and spacious! We love the Alamar resort in general - very safe and secure, well maintained, friendly people. Access to either private pools and gym in the resort, or can walk 15 minutes to the Beach Club. (The area is not really for people with mobility issues). We love the town of La Cruz - lots of great places to eat, the Marina, Oasis Spa (1700 pesos for 90 minute couples massage), Sunday Market etc. Huge balcony with great views of the bay - you're likely to see whales depending on the time of year.
