Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place is fantastic! It's conveniently located near everything you need. The hosts were excellent and quick to respond. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a security guard on site made me feel very safe.

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Jacob and Lucy are awesome. The unit and rooftop are fantastic! The area is quiet and walkable to everything. Highly recommend.

The location and the stay was excellent. Having the resort next door is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. The building was beautiful and the room followed suit. There wasn't a spot of dirt anywhere. The sheets were crisp and clean. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The a/c worked like a charm after a long hot day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location was excellent. Its about a 5-minute ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're thinking about booking, do it!! You won't regret it. As for Monica, she was a doll. Very helpful in assisting us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to PV!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. We give them our highest recommendation.

We've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 30 years, always staying in the Romantic Zone—and this was our first time at Randy and Jonathan’s place. It’s now our favorite! The location is perfect: steps from great restaurants, bars, and a quick walk to Los Muertos Beach. The condo is ideal for two, with a comfy bed (not always a given in PV!) and A/C. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by—you can even see the pier lit up at night. The Spanish Colonial architecture is beautiful and well maintained. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus. It’s rare to find a quiet place in PV, but this one is tucked away from the noise of bars and clubs. The pool is stunning—locals say one of the best in PV. We loved being near Café San Ángel and Dee’s Coffee. Randy and Jonathan were great hosts—responsive and full of helpful tips. We’d absolutely stay here again!

You’re right in front of the beach, gorgeous view, well-equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great bed, and the best part turned out to be the massive pools and jacuzzis with up front views of the ocean and the mountains. For a reasonable price I think this is one of the best in PV

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

The place was fantastic. Some of the guests were loud at 2 to 3 am coming in after partying all night. Also the dusty entrance and buses parked along the street is not a good look. There was a guy sleeping in bullet shaped sleeping capsule/ key cutting service. There were chickens and roosters waking me up early in morning. Overall it was very nice.

My wife, two of our children (both age 10), and myself stayed for 8 nights. We absolutely loved the place and all that it had to offer. We liked the location, which felt about mid-way between everything that we wanted to do. We also found a nearby grocery to get all the things we needed and a great place to eat right beside it! The flat was clean and decorated so well. The view was amazing and the pool areas were just what the doctor ordered for our R&R. The pool attendants at the property were very strict and this limited some fun as kids couldn't access all the pools or play with balls and such in the pools. This made that area feel less kid friendly...if adult only is what you are looking for this may be a positive. However, we appreciated the reasoning behind these rules and it did not limit us too much. Also, we could always step out to the beach and be as loud as we wanted. We would highly recommend staying here, unless it is when we are planning to go again:)

My best friend and I had the best time staying at Nicolao’s place. It was extremely clean, had all expected amenities, and was in the perfect location for all things Gay Pride! We will be back!!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

This place was great, the beds are super comfortable and the pool was great for the warm weather! Everything was just as described:) The host was helpful and responsive!

Enjoyable stay. There was a last minute issue with the A/C prior to check in. The host offered an alternate condo in the same property, but we preferred the one we reserved. The team worked hard to restore the A/C, which was resolved 24 hours later. The team is super responsive and very professional.

Jason’s place was incredible! Perfect location for walking to the Romantic Zone, with an unbelievable view!!! The sunsets were spectacular!! The pool was literally ten steps from the door, making it easy to go back in and grab a drink. The place was comfortable, neat, cozy, clean, and just as advertised. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about it!
