Waterfront vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

We loved our stay at this location. Host was quick to respond. The location of the place was perfect for us, very close to the beach and restaurants. It was also very clean. There was music in the evening, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella which were very convenient for us. The view from the pool is splendid. We would highly recommend.

The condo is very nice and the location can't be beat. It is two blocks away from the beach and three blocks away from 5th avenue where all the restaurants, bars etc. are located. Also 15 min away from the Xcaret parks. The view from the pool on the rooftop is breathtaking. You'll enjoy hanging out on the rooftop. There's also a hot tub pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and it has a huge 80" TV in the living room. Very nice condo. I recommend you rent a car as the taxis gouge you in Playa del Carmen. A 10-15 min ride is $20 and 4 persons max.

Excellent location, very spacious and modern. Close to 5th Avenue and far from the noise. Many and very good recommendations in the information folder. 4 blocks from all excursion pick-up points.

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

This condo is in a perfect location. Across the street from delicious pizza and Gelato, but also quiet and private. Most days we were the only family in the pool! The rooftop is a great place to hangout and stargaze. we will definitely be back!

View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

Tania was very kind at all times, the communication was excellent, she responded very quickly. The apartment is larger and nicer than what you see in the photos. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. It has everything you need to prepare some meals there. The location is very good, very central, you can walk around nearby, there are many restaurants and souvenir shops. What we liked the most was waking up and seeing the dolphins from the window. We hope to return soon.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

I was there en the entire villa for a week and was the best vacation ever the views the whole entire villa was beautiful so clean and peaceful, Michael the host of the whole villa was absolutely amazing He has all your answers,He’s always pending about what you need, He show me the apartments too and the penthouse, definitely a beautiful place too relax and feel like a king, definitely come back.

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

The house is very nicely cared for and clean as in the pictures. The truth surprised me for good, the pool area is great. I had an issue with the air conditioning but I was sorted out very quickly. The area is very quiet and is a 10 min drive from the village. I would definitely go back.

Everything was very good... just one detail that can be easily fixed... we needed bags for the trash cans... they only left the ones that were there... everything else was very good

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Loved our stay at Irma’s place. Location was great and right on the beach. She allowed us early check in which was so helpful coming on a ferry with our pup. Lots of space and most everything one could need. It’s incredibly private and quiet but also just a short drive to local restaurants. There was a ton of sargassum, which is normal this time of year, so we weren’t able to swim at the beach outside the house. Would definitely come back. The use of the bikes was an extra bonus!

Great luxury stay near Puerto Morelos. Property was as described and pictured. Great space, pool, air conditioning and kitchen. Unexpected maid service halfway through our stay was a plus. Concierge service through Dora was outstanding. She helped set-up professional chefs, masseuse, and snorkeling as well as manage our arrival and departure. Overall great location for our family of 8 reunion!

The condo was amazing! The gated neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt safe. It was nice to have pickleball equipment and snorkel gear at the condo for us to use! The communication with Wendy was great! The view was amazing, would definitely stay again!

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

You can’t beat the location of this property. One block off 5th Ave and a taxi stand on the corner.

Fabulous location and beautiful views! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the marina. Will definitely return!!

I had a great peaceful experience staying here. Miguel and Norma were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment had beautiful views, a spacious balcony, and the building was quiet. It's close to town, but I recommend renting a car as transportation can be expensive. All in all, a fantastic stay with a friendly host and breathtaking views. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Barb is a super host, there 10 days, very well equipped, beautifully decorated. They have thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. We were thrilled that they shared their space with us. She had to put up with quite a few questions from us, and she was always responsive in a timely manner and patient. This is a very large space for 2 people. There's a separate tv area and bar, bedroom and 2 bathrooms, beautifully laid out large kitchen and living room, with several patio doors to cool things off in the morning. We hardly ever had to use the air conditioner mind you the weather cooled during our stay. Can be a bit noisy with the pool or if somebody stays next door with lots of kids but there is a quiet pool further down near building A to hang. Fav part about holiday is snokelling right off beach, out at reef saw many different kinds of fish, stingrays. This is a must stay, will be back, buy your alcohol at the grocery store nearby or pay x2 or x3, market on wed or sat rocks

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I loved that I could request for a pack and play for my toddler and they also provided a high chair for eating! The house was set with coffee, beach toys for my kids (loved this), towels, a beach bag, water (so kind and saved us trip to the store). Loved everything about the hotel, pool. Felt super safe, we utilized the gym and it was wonderful. Only con to mention is that the bathroom in the hallway didn’t flush at times, it was super frustrating to deal with but we were able to use the main bathroom, so not the worst thing in the world.
