Vacation rentals with breakfast in Puerto Morelos

EXCELLENT HOST AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, FULL CLEANING AND EXCELLENT TREATMENT

Amazing house!!! Exactly what we were looking for!!! Just 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean!!! We came with two couples and the house gave us all the amenities necessary to enjoy or stay. The decoration is very tulum style and the huge garden gives this jungle feel or being in a full home. This is ideal for 3 couples or to come with your family. The marina, 3 beaches, kayak tours at the canal and lovely boating experiences are inside this extremely safe complex called Puerto Aventuras, located between Playa del carmen and Tulúm. If you want to be safe and having a house just walking. Distance from the beach, this is the right place to be!!! Malosa homes have amazing properties ans you can also contact them and see all pics and reviews at their site or IG for info!!! We love full homes and the owners will make next month a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, so we can’t wait to come back next Holliday!!! Also a plus is that we could rent a boat to go to the islands, cause Puerto Aveturas has the only Mariana of this area, cause Tulúm or playa del carmen haven’t got one, so it was super convenient to stay here and being able to walk to marina and to restaurants and shops near by without using a car, cause everyone here uses a bike or a gold car. So book this awesome home!!! We had papaya and bananas for breakfast from the garden ... and we hired a cook and a housekeeper so the stay was lovely, a real Mexican Holliday!!! Fantástico !!!!

an amazing place to stay, easy access and exit to the federal race, places to eat and nearby shops, Gaby's recommendations were amazing and always attentive to us. puerto Morelos beach is a 15-minute drive away. highly recommended!!

Nice Appartement, nice owners (& fast reply to all questions), good internet connection.

This place is well-equipped for long stays, even a few months. Lots of kitchen utensils, a laundry room, backup TP, cleaning supplies - it was very easy to move right in and have all daily living needs taken care of without needing to shop for the basics it can feel so complicated to find in a foreign country. The space is a real home — cozy, personal, loved, and full of plants. For me it was a very pleasant reprieve from staying in Airbnbs that all seem to have similar slightly corporate furnishings. It felt more like house-sitting for a friend in the best way possible. It is an easy bike ride to the beach or downtown, and the neighborhood is tranquil, much quieter than other parts of Playa. I liked it a lot and felt safe. David is very sweet, makes many excellent local recommendations, fixed a minor internet problem right away when I texted him about it, and even set me up with a reliable house cleaner when I asked. Also, the place is way bigger than you can tell in pics.

Easy check in. Great, walkable location that's close to 5th street but far enough to avoid the noise. There is some construction but we were awake before it started. Rooftop pool was nice and we appreciated having AC in each bedroom.

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s thru out MX and this is the first that I will give a 5 star rating. The owners have done an outstanding job of maintaining the property and their guests are top priority! The daily breakfast is healthy and wonderful! The heated pool is great for dips and laps with no heavy chlorine odor. The hot tub was not working heat wise during my stay (max temp got up to 92) but they were right on it contacting and waiting for their pool service vendor. The sheets, towels, soaps and even toilet paper were top notch. Their aim is always to please and excelled in doing so. Nearby restaurants within walking distance is very convenient. The main town drag is a 5 block walk. It’s a 7 minute ride to and from airport and taxi service easily obtainable. Good bikes are available at the property ($15 day) including a lock. You will hear minimal dog barking at nite but that is typical of Mexico unless you are in a hotel or resort. I look forward to my next visit!!

Staying with Mary Jo was a great space to end our vacation. After spending a few nights in the jungle, we were very grateful to have found Moms place. And as the name states, we felt right at home. Mary Jo is a beautiful host that had many recommendations for places to visit and eat. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Quintana Roo. Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

we loved staying here so much. the amenities are amazing. the people working, cooking, and cleaning are sweethearts and the grounds are a true dream. flowers and plants everywhere. the room we stayed in was super comfy and the included breakfast is SUPERB. we would stay here over and over again.

Great location! But the best part about this stay is the free breakfast. Such a wonderful morning scene to enjoy. I loved the rooftop pools and I highly recommend renting the scooters from across the street as soon as you arrive. They offer a great deal and you can enjoy so much of Cozumel. We waited until our last night to do it and it was my favorite. Can’t recommend this place enough 😊

This place is pretty magical! I’ve never experienced tiny cenotes that are just caves. Very cool, especially the one with a meditation platform built in. Our room felt like a tree house with so many windows, and greenery outside each one. Be prepared to rent a car, rent bikes, or take the taxi colectivo to get anywhere. Also, be prepared to pay to enter the beaches nearby. The guard dogs were sweet though noisy at times. The chickens were fun except being woke up by the rooster each morning. If you love the jungle, and want to be away from the city, this is a fabulous place! Gunita and Malyi don’t stay there, but they are attentive hosts. Overall, my partner and I had a very good experience.

We had such a pleasant stay here with Alicia & Chuco and we felt like family guests in their home. It was very comfortable and Chuco’s breakfast was incredible, amazing omelettes and guacamole! He always made sure we had eaten enough and in general both Alicia & Chuco are lovely hosts! Would come back anytime. The location is located 30mins by foot from the center, we walked twice and it was a pleasant walk (in general the island is quite big and anywhere you would need a scooter/car/bicycle to see all the beaches in the south, unless you plan to only see the north). You can also rent a car /scooter, Alicia & Chuco organize everything. Thank you for a lovely stay, we already miss it!

Anne is an exceptional host, known for her warmth and flexibility. Her condo is immaculate, and her breakfast is simply delicious. I highly recommend this place!
