From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. It is conveniently close to the train station and the ferry, which offered regular services to various stunning destinations. We took quick trips to Bellagio and Menaggio, both a 10-minute ride. The views were a highlight, and we found ourselves enchanted by the private garden. Each evening, we would relax with a glass of fizz, taking in the lake. A perfect way to end our day. Inside the apartment, everything was thoughtfully designed. The shower was fantastic, and beds were comfortable. With wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Our host, Marco was wonderful. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, providing instructions and tips about the area. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. The trip was romantic, as my partner planned it all - he proposed on our stay! A perfect place to celebrate. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommended the apartment for a romantic getaway. Ryan & Katie

The apartments corresponded to the description, very clean , equipped with everything you need, the balcony has a stunning view of the lake, a very good and comfortable bed. The location of the apartment is very convenient, shops and restaurants, a boat station, a train station, all this is nearby, and at the same time it is a very quiet place. The boat trip with Giorgio was amazing. I especially enjoyed the personal birthday greeting, Prosecco 🍾was very tasty. I really want to come back again

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.

Amazing location! Within steps from the train station and ferry, and just a few minutes to the heart of Varenna. This place was so reasonable for its prime location. I loved that we were able to drop our bags immediately upon arriving from the train without having to walk 15 minutes on cobblestone with suitcases if we stayed somewhere else in Varenna. The sofa bed was okay, it sort of dips a little bit in the centre from its older age but it was a much better sleep than I thought it would be. If I were staying in Varenna again, I would definitely book this place again!

It was beautiful! The place was exceptional and had a rustic and charming Italian flair. Everything was clean and our host was very friendly and helpful. The view is also a dream. You can't go wrong with this place.

The apartment is an excellent location, ski in and ski out. The two bedrooms were perfect for us as we stayed with our daughter and it was very quiet and with beautiful views. It has what you need to cook at home and we really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly again!

this apartment is something special and fun! the hosts are really nice, the flat is in the middle of the city and the aircondition is key! only the river is a bit loud, but inside it's cozy and quiet. thank you!

Very clean traditional accommodation, excellent location, practically in the village, complete with everything, from where you can walk to the Temù chairlift, walk to Ponte di Legno, convenient parking for cars. Great experience. Thank you

Owners son very nicely showed us the place. A little hard to find after dark. Our cell service wasn't working so we couldn't get in touch with host. Nice kitchen tools. Beautiful space. Wonderful stone work.

The stay went very well. The accommodation on the ground floor allows you to enjoy the garden for lunch. The pool is a real asset. Finally the location 5 minutes' walk from the beach is perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

The host was super friendly and really helpful. The views from the balcony and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The place was cozy, tidy, and had everything we needed. You'll need a car to get there since it's up on a hill, but it's totally worth it for the views. Highly recommend it!
