From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. It is conveniently close to the train station and the ferry, which offered regular services to various stunning destinations. We took quick trips to Bellagio and Menaggio, both a 10-minute ride. The views were a highlight, and we found ourselves enchanted by the private garden. Each evening, we would relax with a glass of fizz, taking in the lake. A perfect way to end our day. Inside the apartment, everything was thoughtfully designed. The shower was fantastic, and beds were comfortable. With wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Our host, Marco was wonderful. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, providing instructions and tips about the area. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. The trip was romantic, as my partner planned it all - he proposed on our stay! A perfect place to celebrate. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommended the apartment for a romantic getaway. Ryan & Katie

Апартаменты соответствовали описанию, очень чистые , укомплектованы всем необходимым, с балкона открывается потрясающий вид на озеро, очень хорошая и удобная кровать. Расположение апартаментов очень удобное, магазины и рестораны, станция для лодок, вокзал для поездов, все это рядом, и в тоже время это очень тихое место. Путешествие на лодке в сопровождении Джорджио было потрясающим . Особенно было приятно личное поздравление по случаю дня рождения , Prosecco 🍾было очень вкусным. Очень хочется вернуться снова

Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment mit netter Aussicht. 10 min von Menaggio mit dem Auto. Ein Auto oder Roller ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss auf Grund der Berglage. Unser Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es war wunderschön! Die Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich und hatte einen rustikalen und bezaubernden italienischen Flair. Alles war sauber und unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick ebenfalls ein Traum. Mit dieser Unterkunft macht man absolut nichts falsch.

alloggio allo stato tradizionale molto pulito ottima posizione,praticamente in paese, completo ti tutto, da dove puoi raggiungere a piedi seggiovia di Temù, passeggiata fino a Ponte di legno, parcheggio per auto comodo. Ottima esperienza. Grazie

Alberto et Marta sont vraiment très sympa, réactifs aux messages. Prêts à se plier en quatre pour nous satisfaire. A notre arrivée nous sommes arrivés très en retard à cause des bouchons.. Nous avons quand même été très bien accueillis . Merci Marta . Petit gâteau et bouteille de Prosecco pour notre arrivée. Merci infiniment. Parking privé,fermé avec 2 vélos à disponibilité. Vue époustouflante sur le lac. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous recommandons.

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito nell'appartamento di Mirella. La tranquillità del luogo e la vista eccezionale hanno coronato il nostro soggiorno. Come da annuncio, non mancava nulla ed era tutto a portata di mano, sia in casa che fuori Grazie Nicolò e Mirella, a presto!

Abbiamo passato un weekend nel residence per scappare dal caldo di Milano, e direi che è stato tutto perfetto! Casa ordinata e accogliente, l'ambiente è davvero piacevole. Anche gli ambienti esterni sono pazzeschi, danno una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Posto auto in box comodo e pratico. Unica pecca è la strada per arrivare al residence, ma direi che per godere di una vista del genere è d'obbligo. Super consigliato!

this apartment is something special and fun! the hosts are really nice, the flat is in the middle of the city and the aircondition is key! only the river is a bit loud, but inside it's cozy and quiet. thank you!

It is the perfect place for friends on a ski weekend and it has been a pleasure to stay. The host has been very welcoming and helpful since the booking and informed us of everything that could have been useful. I will definitely come back!

Owners son very nicely showed us the place. A little hard to find after dark. Our cell service wasn't working so we couldn't get in touch with host. Nice kitchen tools. Beautiful space. Wonderful stone work.

La casa è una meraviglia, curatissima in ogni minimo dettaglio completamente accessoriate e arredata con tantissimo gusto. Luminosa, calda, accogliente e con un terrazzino che nei giorni di sole fa passare la voglia di uscire. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni in periodo di carnevale e siamo stati davvero bene. Un gioiello!

Śliczne miejsce do którego każdego dnia z wielką przyjemnością się wracało, niedaleko miasteczka oraz stacji kolejowej. Bardzo mili gospodarze, gotowi pomóc w każdej sytuacji z wysokim poziomem komunikacji. Miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le logement au rdc permet de profiter du jardin pour déjeuner. La piscine est un réel atout. Enfin l’emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage est parfaite pour profiter du bel environnement du lac de Côme.

Mein Mann und ich waren schon mehrfach am Comer See, doch nur hier gibt es diesen einzigartigen Ausblick Richtung Bellagio! 🥰 Die Wohnung selbst ist toll ausgestattet, der Balkon sehr groß und die Möglichkeit einen Pool oder das Jacuzzi zu nutzen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Andrea und Carla waren immer für Fragen ansprechbar und die Restauranttipps waren prima! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Splendide vue sur le lac! Appartement très propre. Attention, si vous n’avez pas de voiture, la montée est très raide. Le bus de nuit ne fonctionne qu’à partir de juin. La journée, il existe le bus D21 à la gare. 2€/personne. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

The host was super friendly and really helpful. The views from the balcony and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The place was cozy, tidy, and had everything we needed. You'll need a car to get there since it's up on a hill, but it's totally worth it for the views. Highly recommend it!
