We had a wonderful time with an amazing host. She made us feel very welcome and added a few welcoming touches to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also available to any problems we had. She was flexible with our checkout and gave us some nice treats to take away with us to help us remember our time there.

The place was as described, super clean and with a great view of the lake. Would book it again immediately

Outdoor space is beautiful, location is pretty good.

Fantastic villa, excellent cleanliness of both bathrooms and common areas. Large and spacious also outside, where there is a barbecue and ping pong. The hosts were super friendly and kind and took the time to explain every little thing about the house, even giving us a pack of typical cookies. We stayed on the occasion of the nameless festival and the location was great, we will definitely be back!!

Lovely house with spectacular views! Easy walk into town and the waterfront and ferry, and not too far from the train station - we walked it with suitcases. Sharon was a terrific hostess with plenty of local tips. She gave us a warm welcome to the house with helpful instructions and local advice, and nice welcoming touches like fresh flowers. Colico is a beautiful place just off the beaten Lake Como path, but plenty to do and jawdropping views in every direction.

Everything about the place and the hosts was great! The place has beautiful surroundings and you can explore the whole area very easily. It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Chiara and Stefan were very friendly and always responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there :)

Natalie and Ugo's house is even nicer than described in the advertisement. It is large and spacious, we had enough space with three adults and three children in the ten days we were there. It is so clean and lovingly furnished. The garden is fantastic, it goes around the whole house, so you always find sun. The house is, as also described, in a quiet area, you can go up to the mountains from there, a small shop with fresh rolls and the essentials is a 1-minute walk away, the lake in five minutes. Otherwise, you can park near the house and then do excursions/shopping, etc. Colico city center is about a 20-minute walk away, you can easily walk to the lake promenade on beautiful paths. Natalie and Ugo were always available and very helpful, inquired about us and we felt very well taken care of. We can only recommend this place!

We enjoyed this house very much. The house corresponds to the description and the photos. It is very comfortable. The equipment is basic but everything very tasteful and likeable. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. You definitely feel comfortable in the house! The terrace is special with its views of the lake and surrounding mountains. You can also be well in the garden, which is also completely fenced, which was great for our dog. The village of Sueglio is beautiful, the inhabitants are very friendly. You can also take some nice walks in the area on foot, but everything is on the slope, it's always uphill! It takes about 15-20 minutes by car down to the lake to Dervio. Walking is not really possible because of the height difference. Unfortunately, we did not meet Resy and Luciana personally. However, they responded to all our questions by email and also gave themselves good tips during our stay.

Amazing location just minutes from bellagio and situated a short stroll to the water taxi of San Giovanni. Was a perfect stay!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

We had a beautiful stay in the Villa in Vassena and enjoyed the nice lakeview on the sunny terrace! The availability of the 2 garages was very much appreciated and the beautiful garden and barbecues invited us to relax around the house. Overall, a really nice location in the stunning surrounding of lake Como.

We had an amazing time! Our kids (teens) absolutely loved the area. It's right in front of the lake and has nice restaurants walking distance. They were able to integrate with the locals and play soccer. The house is on the older side and has no air conditioning. So that was tough but overall the view and the environment made the sweats worth it. We'll come back next year.

Absolutely gorgeous house, this is the second time we have stayed here and I fall in love with it each time! The views are something out of a movie, waking up to those views each day is an absolute dream. Perfect location.

Francesca is a wonderful host and was very responsive with any questions we asked. If you want to stay in the Bellagio area you need to be able to walk downtown. This home was an easy 10 minute walk and made the experience so much more enjoyable without the hassle of finding a place to park. The home slept 8 comfortably and had everything we needed plus Italian villa charm. Would absolutely recommend.

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Me and my partner spent a beautiful and peaceful few days here. The house and its views are incredible, it felt like something out of a film! We had everything we needed and the surroundings were perfect and lovely to walk through. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay so special, helping us with everything we needed. Would recommend hiring a car if you stay here as the house is quite rural but it’s only about a 35 minute walk to Colico town centre with lovely restaurants and little shops. We can’t recommend this property enough and thank you again to Stefania and Luca for being so welcoming and helpful

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.
