A great apartment, quiet, as it is also somewhat secluded. Therefore, also a walk from the parking lot is about 8 minutes. Very nice apartment, lake view, but not 180 degrees, because of the corner of the house and trees. Stylishly furnished in the local ambiance. Mauro is very friendly and accommodating. We felt extremely comfortable and highly recommend the place. What to know: - Jacuzzi is probably what it's called in the translation; but it's actually a bathtub with jets. - The hot water supply is limited; you have to coordinate a bit when showering, but it's not disturbing. However, it will then be tight for the bathtub....

Perfect house in the mountains next to hiking trails and close to the Comer See. the contact to Paolo was friendly fast and useful. we spent a perfect week and it's lots of expeditions and sightseeing in the area. I would definitely book that house again if I'm going back to Comer See.

Everything about this stay was more then perfect, the view was incredible and worth staying here for this alone! having both parking spots was handy, bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best showers I’ve used, communication and recommendations are the best we’ve ever experienced from a host, they made a great trip even better, The walk into the town is fine, very scenic and chose to do it on a couple of occasions. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough, already looking trying to stay here again.

A very peaceful and quiet place that felt like home. Absolutely stunning and breathtaking views of the mountains that even photos don't do justice. The hosts were incredible and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We bought fresh bread and coffee for breakfast every morning within minutes of walking, and enjoyed them on the patio with the view of the mountains and the sound of the river.

Fantastic stay, the house is very clean in a quiet area and close to the center of Gravedona, a 5-minute walk away. The garden around the apartment is really spacious with a very nice veranda to have dinners with friends and with friends. House equipped with everything, Nicola, Monica's son is really helpful and kind, attentive to our needs. Impeccable stay. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Absolutely stunning stay in Lake Como! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking views. Waking up to the lake each morning felt like a dream. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Very pleasant accommodation, with exceptional views. The 2nd bathroom is a real plus when you are 2 couples. The kitchen is very well equipped, with lots of dishes. Having breakfast on the terrace is very friendly. We had a lovely stay at Gianperro's.

My mom in law and I had to stay a night at Lidia’s place and we wished we could have stayed longer as the place was lovely and homely. The village is quiet and pretty. We really liked the kitchen and the position of the apartment. Everything was provided even a toothbrush with tootpaste. Kitchen was fully equipped and with condiments etc for cooking. Wifi works perfectly. Communication is great. Lidia was very helpful and she even helped us to find a taxi. We highly recommend her place. 🌻 Thank you so much Lidia 🙏

We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.

this place is a dream come true! Camillo and his parents (who live next door) are very nice and welcoming. the villa itself feels like home and has the best views! the biggest mistake you can make is to go somewhere else to see the sunset, just stay inside and enjoy the view from the windows! also, you have easy access to a semi-private beach! they left pasta, pasta sauce and prosecco for us as well! again this place is a dream come true, I will most definitely come back

One of the best places I stayed. The appartment and streets give a cool Italy vibe. The coffee shop nearby is quite popular and there was always some ambiance during the day. The waterfront is a street away and it’s a great place to chill and take a swim. We also really enjoyed the cute balconies of the appartment. It’s barely a 20’ walk to Bellagio, passing by vila Melzi (must visit!), and there is a free parking lot nearby. Francesca was very responsive, accommodating our arrival at 11pm and she even prepared a personalized welcome card. The appartment was very well equiped, and she even left fresh fruit and beers on the friedge. It felt like home.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofie and Ivan’s house. The house makes us feel homie and the lake view is splendid. We were enjoy having homemade dinner while looking at the view. Amazing place to stay and the host proactively provided clear instructions with local guide which is really useful. Highly recommended!

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Great house with a gorgeous view. Hard to reach with the windling roads, car an absolute must. Great outdoor areas and good bedrooms and bathrooms.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Angela's place was very clean and modern with a beautiful view. Angela was very responsive, particularly around local travel tips. The location was a bit of a walk to town (not unanticipated), Angela showed us a short cut and also provided a number of Taxi contacts, who were very responsive.

We had an amazing time! Our kids (teens) absolutely loved the area. It's right in front of the lake and has nice restaurants walking distance. They were able to integrate with the locals and play soccer. The house is on the older side and has no air conditioning. So that was tough but overall the view and the environment made the sweats worth it. We'll come back next year.

Marcus and Simona are perfect AirBnB hosts. The place is gorgeous; even better than the photos, which do not do it justice. The house was immaculate, and the most comfortable bed and linens I’ve experienced in a rental. Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us with recommendations and assistance from months before we arrived and always made himself available for help. I brought my older parents with me, who had some issues with the walk to the house - it’s about 2-3 minutes downhill and through cobblestones and rough gravel to get to the house - but worth every minute once you are there. I recommend you pack as light as possible - we had 3 large suitcases and 2 huge duffel bags plus carryons because we are on a long trip, which made it extra tough to load in and out. I actually left 2 suitcases in the car and took what we needed. Aside from the challenges because of our bags and some limited mobility, their home easily ranks in my Top 3 of all places I’ve been. Will be back!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
