Great accommodation close to Menaggio, but far from the tourist hustle and bustle. The view from the accommodation is breathtaking and the pool is a little extra. The apartment is very well equipped and Paola is responsive. No complaints :)

Beautiful accommodation on the heights of Lake Como, 12 min from Varenna. Breathtaking and exotic views! Access to the spa is really a plus and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Despite small garages for our car, Silvia was able to find a solution for us. I would recommned this property.

This accommodation is absolutely wonderful! Chiara was extremely responsive and Ms. Franca was incredibly welcoming! The location and amenities were superb and there were also drinks and snacks provided for the guests. The space was large, clean, and quiet. Ms. Franca was extremely generous to offer to drive to/from the piazza/train station (which is only a few minutes walk), as the accommodation is on a hill. Ms. Franca also provided us a few gifts and amazing recommendations for food in the neighborhood. Absolutely would return and recommend this to anyone who wants to have a peaceful, local, and warmhearted accommodation for their trip to Lake Como!

Wow, where do I begin. Absolutely the best airb&b I have ever stayed at. Hands downs the most pleasurable experience I’ve had in Europe. Michele went above and beyond, meeting us at the ferry dock, assisting with luggage, and giving the best recommendations. Everyone must do the kayak excursion he offers!! Look no further and book this place!!

Everything was as described, classic old style Milano flat very close to city centre. Loved our stay.

Our family of five had an amazing time in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Como. There were three adults, mom, dad, grandma, and two children, ages 10 and six. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed, beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. It was also, very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the apartment, as this was halfway through our vacation in Europe and we really needed it for the children’s clothes. The apartment is located just a couple of blocks from the lake, close to a Piazza, with a wonderful restaurants in the area. While staying here for three nights, we also did the very boat tour of Lake Como and highly recommend that you buy tickets ahead of time online for Singel ferry rides to individual towns, or a day pass, which must be purchased on site. Also be sure to take the Funicular to the top of the mountain. The view is the nominal. all in all this is an amazing Airbnb and we highly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

Amazing apartment: large, spacious and very warm. It feels good right away! The neighborhood is super nice, with a Carrefour 8 minutes' walk and a metro station just 5 minutes away. I recommend it 100%!

It was so nice to stay at Amines place! It is very well connected with the city centre, but it is also possible to walk to most places, that’s what we did. The place is super clean and is in a nice building. Around the building itself you will find many places to eat, have a drink etc. Communication with the owner was super nice and he was always ready to help. We do recommend :) thank you again! 💚

Perfect accommodation. Host - very attentive, location - excellent, with lots of bars and restaurants around, cozy and safe environment. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary equipment and coffee. The metro is a maximum of 10 minutes walk. We will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful our entire stay! Very clean and close to the metro which made it easily accessible to anywhere you could want to go while in Milan!

Isabella and Diego's place is a wonderfully connected location, especially with the Loreto station conveniently 2 stops from Milan Central and 5 stops from the Milan city centre! It was so easy getting to and fro from any place we wanted to go! They were also really responsive to any issues we faced and offered solutions quickly. We also met Diego on the first day, and he offered us a list of recommended restaurants and places to go. The artwork in the apartment is tasteful and the living room space is huge and airy. The master bedroom with a window facing out to the main road might get noisy if there are emergency vehicles passing by, but it's often less than a few minutes. The laundry machine is easy to use, tucked in the en-suite bathroom and their kitchen is well stocked with a variety of cooking equipment. there is also an elevator up to their floor, which can fit approximately 3 people inside. this made getting our heavy luggage to and fro easy.

Cinzia was always very helpful, kind and caring, with small tweaks/thoughts, which are very appreciated. Knowing we had children, he left some chupa chups and already made us find fresh water given the relatively hot temperatures in August. The house was very nice and spacious. It also has a nice outdoor space with children's games, much appreciated by our children aged 2.3 and 6.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and bathroom amenities. The rooms are very cozy. Great location in the vicinity of a metro station, and with a walk you can easily walk to the center of Milan. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket in the area. Great communication with the host too. Congratulations!

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.
