We spent 10 wonderful days in Pietrasanta. We found the apartment very clean. It is comfortably furnished. It has everything you need. It is very centrally located. You can reach everything within 10 - 15 minutes by car: beach, supermarket and shopping center. You can quickly reach Pietrasanta on foot. Fresh ciabatta and other delicacies are just down the stairs. We enjoyed warm bread for breakfast every day. We would come back here on vacation in a heartbeat. Price-performance is very good!

Nicola welcomed us flexibly, we were a little early. That was not an issue. He explained and showed us everything. The apartment was perfectly furnished, very clean and nothing was missing. Nicola was also very accommodating with our two children. We asked for a folding stool so that the two of them can get to the sink flexibly. We got this right away. Nicola also always inquired how we were doing and gave us tips on the area. We will definitely come back again. The area as such is also very nice and Pisa, Florence, Lucca etc. are easy to reach.

We had a lovely time in Salomes place wandering / relaxing in Pietrasanta! We made use of the bikes to head to the beach and got some great restaurant recommendations from Salome - would recommend 🥰

Great central location and amazing apartment, lost in time. Bright and airy. Large bedrooms and extremely clean appartamenti with fresh linen and lots of towels. Comfy bed and everything needed for a few days available. A short walk to the station for trains to Florence, Pisa and Lucca as well as free car parking. Friendly host. Positioned in the centre of Pietrasanta. Lots of great bars, restaurants, shopping, art galleries and antiques market. Great town and great apartment. 15 mins to forte dei marmi and the beach.
