Vacation rentals with beach access in Porto Valtravaglia

We chose Fishermans House partly on the basis we wanted a view of Lake Como. What a view we had. The view from the living room windows and the bedroom was stunning. We got what we wanted! The bed was super comfy. The shower was good. The rest of the amenities suited us just fine for our stay. Savina was a lovely host very responsive to all our questions. She came over quickly when we needed something. We had the best time in Lake Como.

My wife and I stayed in Nertilia's apartment, which corresponded to what was listed on the site. Very clean apartment with attention to the smallest details. Hosts available and gave us directions and tips on Lake Como. We had a great time, we recommend it.

I honestly don’t think I could recommend this place more if I could. From the amazing communication with Emi, the extremely clean and well looked after property to the VIEWS… it was just perfect! I cannot express how incredible the views are from this property, we kept saying it just doesn’t look real, this is certainly the place to go! Emi was also so helpful and lovely, she was able to get all our reservations even though I left it so last minute, she was also at hand when we needed help or guidance, she just made the whole experience so smooth it really made our experience that much better. I thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime!

Such a beautiful view and the town is so beautiful too. Check out the walking trail greenway pass for even more sights to see. Vincenzo was so helpful and he even gave us the best restaurant recommendation that his son manages. Cant wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Isa, Sabrina, and Paolo’s place in Fiumelatte. Isa is such a sweet and thoughtful host — she personally greeted us at both check-in and check-out, helped us book a taxi, and even gifted us a hand-drawn picture of the town as a keepsake. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, and had a stunning view. It’s also just a 15-minute scenic walk to Varenna. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights in apartment 2. The location was perfect for us - direct access to the lake just across the street. We were both on the public beach section and on the private terrace with direct lake access. In the apartment there was everything you need for a few days of vacation. Only 5 min. walk to the center of Onno, where a few restaurants can also be found. We particularly liked the quiet location, without much tourist hustle and bustle. We were very happy and would book the place again at any time.

We had an incredible stay! Eros and Daniel’s hospitality made our visit perfection! They were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful setting. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, gentlemen!

The house is located on the road, next to the lake, in the very small village. Road is not too busy and it very quite at night, btw it’s better to have a car to get around. Big and beautiful garden with amazing view over the lake. Very nice to chill there during the breakfast. Also beach is across the street. Luigi and family are very nice hosts, responsive, showed things around and provided good tips. House itself is spacious and have plenty of space to store clothes. Big bath and shower with good water pressure. Good kitchen with all necessary appliances. Everything is very clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi speed. Supermarket is 15-20 min drive and there are few cafes nearby. There is ferry stop 10 min walk, which run few times a day to Bellagio. Overall, nice base to explore lake Como or just to relax at the beach and enjoy nature. Highly recommend.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Fantastic stay, the house is very clean in a quiet area and close to the center of Gravedona, a 5-minute walk away. The garden around the apartment is really spacious with a very nice veranda to have dinners with friends and with friends. House equipped with everything, Nicola, Monica's son is really helpful and kind, attentive to our needs. Impeccable stay. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Marcos place was great with restaurants nearby and great scenery of the mountains on the lake. We had a car and it was nice to be able to park right in the garage! The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Great spot near the lake!

Ana's and Carlos' apartment in Vira is absolutely wonderful! Probably the best we have experienced so far on Airbnb. All seemed new, super well maintained, looked brand new, super clean, almost like we were the first ones ever staying there. The design of the apartment and the attention to detail of the host is something I never experienced on this level. The price, considering we are talking about Switzerland, was also very good. The location is also perfect, in the old center of the village of Vira surrounded by old stone houses, near the lake. When you open the window in the master bedroom in the morning, you are greeted with the marvellous view of the old church, the old village houses, the lake and the mountains towards Locarno (and you can get to Locarno by boat in 20 min). If we will be back in the area of Locarno, this is the place we will try to stay at, for sure!

We had an all-round successful vacation right on the lake in a wonderful location. We would love to come back any time.

Perfect place in the most beautiful part of this town

Peaceful village away from main tourist areas but with easy transport arrangements to access via train, boat & road. Good accesible local amenities & with a stunning panoramic view of Lake Como from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a long stay.

Gian greeted me and my wife at the train station and walked us to the apartment. Gian spent time explaining the local area, where to go, where to eat etc. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, the view from the apartment and surrounding area is breathtaking. The walk to the ferry port is less than 100m and was never as busy as the other ports. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will be back sometime!

Beautiful old building. The apartment was modern and clean. The location was good.

The stay at Nadine and Raymond's was very nice. The Airbnb has all the necessary things, is in a great location and Nadine and Raymond always responded quickly to small questions. We will be happy to come back!

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.
