For a quick beach getaway, this place is a great choice. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured. Wonderful view of sunrise. It has easy beach access and the beach was a lot less crowded than Jax. Beach. Great price.

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

Such a special place! A balcony with ocean view on main floor and main bedroom floor. Great amenities! Kim was so responsive to my messages right from the start! Condo development was great! Quiet, really nice pool, very nice people there! Beach is wonderful for walking, biking, relaxing. So close to great restaurants and the town of St Augustine. We loved our stay at Beachfront! Creston Beach 11D and will definitely stay there again if we’re lucky enough to travel to St Augustine area again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well laid out with all the amenities we needed. We cooked a couple of large meals, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The backyard and pool area were secluded and very private. If you are pulling a wagon when going to the beach, we found it best to go north a couple blocks and take the public wooden walk over the sand dunes. We hope to come back next year.

Close to the beach and our favorite taco shop. A1A burrito works! We were able to enjoy the evenings on the porch and walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop right down the road.

Our family had a wonderful, peaceful vacation. It was a perfect location- quiet and away from the hustle of St. Augustine but close enough to access all there is to do there. House was perfect size for family of 4. Host was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful beach vacation!

We had a perfect one-night stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine! The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing overnight stay after our daughter's busy college graduation day. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right for our visit. Their hospitality truly stood out and made the experience feel extra special. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the st. Augustine.

We loved the quick access to the historic district downtown. We also were thankful that it was pet-friendly which allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the bed - it slept very well. Being a queen bed, sometimes me being 6 ft 1 in. doesn't always end well, but I slept like a log the entire time. The air conditioner worked well and cooled upstairs and downstairs very well. That was a huge plus for us, too! We loved the layout of the space. Thank you for a quick get-a-way to our home away from home, St. Augustine!

Stayed in Todd’s B17 and loved the place! It was relaxing and incredibly clean and updated. Lovely tropical decor and close to all of our favorite places to eat. Coffee right across the street, walk to the ocean & pool. Thank you for a great Oasis!!!

We had a wonderful stay with kids. I could do my my jogging and sports in the morning at the park where is very close to the house. Very comfortable bedrooms, each with their osn bathrooms. Everything is thought for the comfort and joy. Beach umbrellas, chairs were ready, and even toys for the kids. I definitely recommend the location as well.

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Justin’s house was perfectly appointed and comfortable for a long weekend in St. Augustine. Check in was a breeze, the hot tub was ready for use and the house was spotless. Highly recommend.

Miranda and Elliott were extremely kind and also very responsive. Nice, relaxed experience and wonderful to have a fenced outdoor space for our dog! Grateful. 🤍

Great deal for a great location! Love how dog friendly it was my pup enjoyed running around in the fenced in backyard. Also enjoyed playing video games and the Guess Who! (they had their own homemade stickers, i’m guessing the people were friends/family, either way we had a good laugh and played a few rounds of it!)

Excellent, walkable location. Spacious with all listed amenities. Across from a school which gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. Balcony with two chairs overlooking the street. Gorgeous comfortable double bed. The front door lock batteries weren’t working on one of the days, Gina immediately replaced them with new ones. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this property.

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

If you're looking to stay in Jacksonville -- whether long or short term -- this is the place. I've used Airbnb quite a bit over the past year and this is by far one of the best stays that I have had. The location is excellent, right near a plethora of restaurants and stores. Marisa is an excellent host -- attentive and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this listing!

First of all, Angie is an amazing host. She gave me clear directions from the beginning and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious, full of natural light and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

I decided to stay here for mine and my wife’s 1yr wedding anniversary. This was more than I had originally anticipated. The home is Beautiful. The neighborhood quiet during all times of day. The scenery Beautiful. It’s the perfect place for a quiet, away from the world, but close enough to grab a bite to eat. There are plenty of things to do in the area and honestly it was just a perfect weekend vacation. Thank You to Tonya for our Amazing Stay and thank you for being so prompt with your communication!! It made for an extremely blessed weekend!!

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

Beautiful place in a convenient location. Loved the pool area and dock to the intercostal waterway where we even saw dolphins!
