Monthly Rentals in Pietraia

We stayed here 3 nights! We live in Florence and we chose this place to escape the chaos of the city and I have to say that we spent 3 days in complete relaxation! Very clear check-in instructions and everything related to the use of the accessories of the house, including a jacuzzi! The Host has always been ready to give us advice both before and during our stay! Nothing to complain about!

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful, spacious place. The great garden and porch are very inviting to relax and enjoy! Cristina and her family welcomed me very warmly and even picked me up from the train station. I'd love to come back if the opportunity arises!

Gigi’s place is one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in in Italy. The location is gorgeous and perfectly located between different towns to explore (Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano to name a few). A car is necessary but you can get to the town center for groceries and local produce in 10 minutes. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool, cooking and barbecuing in the garden. The kitchen was the most equipped I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb and the house was spotless. Extra supplies were left for us as well if we needed which was a nice touch. Gigi was always available for recommendations and extremely friendly. If you’re looking for calm and quiet this is your place!!

Incoronata and Lorenzo are just fabulous hosts ! They are booth committed to welcome their guests with sincere interest to ensure our well being ! We spent an amazing week in Cortona. The villa is just fantastic and really beautiful Pool and spa are very clean in a very nuce garden
