The four days of six in the house were simply fantastic. We felt very comfortable every minute. The house and the garden with the pool are very lovingly and modernly furnished with regional accessories. There was nothing missing and the view of the lake is simply stunning. Monia always responded super quickly through the app and helped with all questions. Very nice and accommodating landlady who cares for the house with passion and prepares the guests. On Monia's recommendation, we spontaneously took part in the now annual Wine&Food tour of the small village of Montemezzo. Simply authentic, delicious and with many beautiful encounters. Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Elena and her husband are wonderful host. We had a fantastic time in this paradise. The views will make you stay longer. Elena was very kind and provided us with very helpful information. It was the best decision to stay in Menaggio since we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. I will recommend you to stay in their place 1000% Check in and check out was very easy . Helpful tip: it’s better to have a car if you stay here. We went to many places at our own pace. Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent home, brilliant facilities. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. From this base we manage to visit Venice, the Dolomites & Lake como.

Nice place to stay - amazing views, comfortable bed, perfectly clean, save parking. If you come to this area for hiking, it's a perfect starting point. The apartment is a bit dark because of small windows, but you can chill on the beautiful terrace.

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We have not tried how easy it would be to get around here with public transport, but we do not imagine it to be so easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). Como town is 1.5 hours away, and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Bed comfortable, bathroom pleasant. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his cell phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

What can I say... this accommodation is so unique that there is no shortage of adjectives. Arrival at the scene thanks to Gloria sets the tone: the house is perched above Lake Como. The views are breathtaking and the room itself is in the heart of nature. Gloria is super friendly and her tips allowed us to meet a couple who prepared us dinner on the terrace. I would recommend it without hesitation and hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay! Giulio was incredibly responsive, friendly, and kind. He truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and timely throughout, which made everything so easy. The space was exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic right on the promenade, very central, but still pleasantly quiet. It is very spacious (we were two), clean and matches the photos. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the lake. The contact with Gianmario was straightforward, he responded immediately to questions about the check-in and helped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent experience. The house has a living area with windows for an enviable view. Convenient location also for families with small children, close to many points of interest, there is no shortage of restaurants and pubs. Very courteous and helpful hosts, they provided us with all the information we requested. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Therese's holiday home. The views are amazing, we loved the area, it's a small village 10 mins drive up the mountain from Morbegno. Therese is a fantastic host. We look forward to returning and spending more time there.
