I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

The value for the money is very, very good. There were no wheels, no ants. There were old traces, but the tidiness and cleanliness were very good, and I used the all-in-one washer + dryer well every day. The hot water came out very well for two days, but suddenly it didn't come out, so I just washed it. He responded right away, and since I didn't have any inquiries for more than two days, he first told me to tell him if I had any inconveniences. The kitchen sink is also clean. There were plenty of towels. It's convenient and not crowded because the surrounding living facilities are within walking distance. There was plenty of space for my 5th grade son and his mom, and there was an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, and the control was good, and there was no moldy smell. It's a wall-mounted air conditioner, so there's no noise. There was a vacuum cleaner and a mop, so I just did it simply and lived well for 6 nights. You can log in to Netflix and watch YouTube. There is a space for garbage next to the elevator, so you can dispose of it every day. And most importantly, the bed mattress was so comfortable and nice. I prefer hard mats, but it was very comfortable and perfect for us. The pillows were comfortable, and the blankets weren't thin, so it was nice. I want to visit again if the dates match my next plans. I think it would be nice to live there for a month during the vacation. Oh, and the 5th floor swimming pool is spacious and great to spend time in.

Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. The place is very spacious and truly feels like home. It’s absolutely worth what we paid for. The kitchen has plenty of room—not cramped at all—and is well stocked with cooking pans, plates, and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and had an amazing experience. It is few minutes away from the Ilo-ilo international airport in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is incredibly homey, with all the amenities and appliances you could need. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Vince was very accommodating, he was fast respond to us at all hours, service was great, it felt more like I was staying at a cousins apartment as opposed to a hotel. Air conditioners worked great apartment was beautiful. My kids really loved the space and the convenience of the washer and dryer was absolutely phenomenal. It came in handy. Extremely happy with my stay, I will be staying again for sure in the near future. There is a 24 hour 711 right downstairs, which was great. There was a nice little coffee stand outside of the building. The building staff was phenomenal and friendly always greeted us with smiles. Great location, walking distance to everything.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

We were going to stay at the Grand Hyatt, but we saved $500 and got a truly pleasant, decorated stay with a helpful host.

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.

The stay was great overall. There was an unexpected incident during my stay, but Jan handled everything calmly and professionally. I appreciate her understanding and support. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed in Makati for 3 nights as part of our Philippines trip. We are glad we chose Mary’s place, it’s in Metro Manila rather than the centre which was perfect for us, great restaurants and malls all close distance and the pool was great to have at the accommodation, thanks for a great stay!
