My Wife and I and our company enjoyed our stay felt at home with more than 10-20 pax accommodations plenty of space toilets huge dining room and living space. The house has many characters inviting to relax and pleasantry mood. Would be back again. Give it a try and Oh bring towels! We forgot on this trip!

The owner is no nice makes me feel like home. kahit NASA malayo sya but she responded quickly and even the caretaker is so nice. thank you po ulit !

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

The owner was nice and accommodating. The place was spacious and clean, they also provided free snacks and complete toiletries. There weren't a time to get bored because of the board games, guitar, wifi, tv with netflix and youtube access. They're also nice to recommend restaurants and nearby establishments within the area. Over all, it was a pleasurable and comfortably experience.

This is my second time staying at The Lake Farm. I brought extended family with me and they loved the place as well. I missed the ducks though. There used to be so many of them and we were looking forward to feeding them. The remaining ones weren’t eager to approach us. Hehe.

Our family has traveled and visited lots of Air BnBs, but this one takes the crown. The house is unique and furnished with only self made furniture, a true heaven in the middle of nature. The pool is nice to cool off and great for kids. And the half court basketball on the premise is amazing. But this place set itself apart by Jezebel, Matthew, Hannah, Bom and the entire team treating us like family. So much hospitality, support, proactivity and joy being hosts is hard to describe with words. The area is not a touristic one at all and yet we experienced some magical things here every day. A day trip to Sohoton caves is highly recommended. Experience Filipino life away from the crowds and be nice to this amazing family please. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful staycation at Caballero Bed and Breakfast in Tagaytay, and it was everything we hoped for—peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully serene. The villa was clean and spacious. One of the highlights was the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. It was perfect for both day and night swims, and a great bonding spot for the family. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them. What made our stay even better was how kind and responsive the host was. Communication was smooth from the beginning, and they were thoughtful enough to allow us a late check-out free of charge—which we truly appreciated. That extra time made a big difference in how relaxed we felt heading home. Overall, it was a five-star experience. I can’t praise Gloria enough. The location was peaceful and out of the way, but close to everything. The property exceeded any expectations I had. Definitely will stay again if I ever come back to Dumaguete.

This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.

J very responsive, he even let us check in earlier. All listed in airbnb were available. Aircon and refrigerator is working well. Except for the toilet flush as well as the lock in the bathroom. But all in all, it was a great place to stay.

Very nice place to stay. Fell like home. The place is secure. Disclaimer: Pampanga falls under the tropical rainforest expect rainy and dry weather. April is the hottest month in Pampanga and the coldest is November. So plan your stay. :-)

We enjoyed our stay, especially our kids throughout the whole week. My kids found a new friend, Iggy- son of our hosts. A very sweet nice and energetic kid. They played almost all day everyday.  The hosts were so accommodating, warm and very kind. We love the food in their newly opened restaurant, especially the coffee. Looking forward to more menus in the future (like bulalo :-) ) . The cabins are very nice and clean, comfy beds and strong aircons. A very nice place for a vacation that is so close to nature. One thing to improve I guess is the kitchen. For a family like us who love to cook food, an induction stove is not enough for us to prepare and cook the food. But overall, the experience is great, thus giving a 5 star rating for the whole experience. This place is highly recommended and hoping we'll be back soon for another stay, Thank you Marissa, regards to your family and see you again next time.
