The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

I and my partner had a good stay in Fergus’ place. We rented the place due to several appointments for our wedding. It was clean and aesthetically pleasing as what is shown in the photos. Unfortunately, during our stay, the bidet got broken. I believe Fergus has reported tha matter to airbnb and they will investigate and will fairly decide whether I and my partner have to pay for the cost. I applogize to Fergus for the inconvenience and I have learned so much from this stay. Overall, I recommend this place. The area’s accessible to almost everything we needed, most especially that we have have errands or spots to tour around cebu city. Thank you

We had a great stay at Aileen’s place. She was very responsive, friendly and accomodating with our needs. She was considerate when we asked to stay for a few hours. The place is quiet, has balcony with great view, and had everything we need. We love that there are many coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend. 🫶🏻

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

Stayed for a few nights and location is just perfect! So many restaurants around and it's right across a supermarket! Place is very secured and peaceful Gym and pool access is also available Highly recommend it!

Beautifu cozy home in a very nice area. Fully self contained with all of the amenities you could need plus many more. So many activities for young and old to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of room for large families or groups. Host wad very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. Family had a great time, we highly recommend.

Michael was flexible with our check in as we arrived during the night. Condo was spotless and was easy to access. Michael always replied to our messages quickly. Would recommend a stay here :-)

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The unit is exactly as it is advertised on airbnb. Fast and reliable wifi connection. Easy check in. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. On our first night, there is a small problem with the loud noise of the aircon but they immediately have it repaired. One of the cheapest but worth it accomodations in Angeles City. What you see is what you get. Thank you

The place was great. The place was able to accommodate us with 16 pax who slept over and 5 pax who left before midnight. We had 2 infants and a 7yo kid that they let stay for free! We could have maximized the place if we stayed for another day (that heated pool!!!!) Thank you! Definitely not out last. 😊

The unit was peaceful and relaxing, a good place to rest after a long day of activities. The area was also accessible, just a few minutes away from the airport and their town center. Rikko, the host, is very nice and responsive. Would definitely book again when we go back in Catanduanes. 🤙🏼
