Houseboat vacation rentals in Philippines

A very unique experience in a beautiful location. What Paolo and Lyn are doing for the Tagbanwa tribe is impressive. The staff really care and the service is amazing. Although it’s slightly more expensive than other similar resorts, it’s worth the experience and you’re giving back to the community.

This was not just any airbnb an absolute amazing experience. A definite must do for anyone coming to the Philippines. Such a glorious welcome, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The houseboat was very clean, comfortable and the views?? Wow! Paolo’s houseboats have their own private paradise. From seeing the bright turquoise waters and forested cliffs around you first thing in the morning, to jumping in that clear sea anytime you want from your own dock, and to walking outside at night to see all those stars, you can’t get this experience anywhere else. The food from their restaurant was always great, especially the Italian food - it was so flavorful. They offer private boat tours using their staff and speed boats to get you into packed tourist places before others get there. Incredible experience my family and I will never forget. Thanks to Paolo and his fantastic staff for this rental and for making us all feel like family.

Wow is all I can say. I felt like a rockstar from the pick up and throughout the experience. The place is basic but you have hot water shower, paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. I did not realize how full service the place is. We could order food to our place anytime or could be picked up and taken to the restaurant anytime. The private boat trips from our dock was the cherry on top. It is stunning here and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great food, helpful friendly staff. Great tours, they were flexible with the tours. stayed in the bamboo suite. the lagoon was peaceful and beautiful, had an amazing retreat short swim or kayak right next to Suite. Turtles came right into the lagoon, and turtles in the reef. it was magical under the water, the amount of coral, fish and underwater sea vegetation was amazing! I have traveled to Fiji, cook islands and carriers sea. this topped them. make sure to go to Lusong coral garden, amazing! and go to Malcapuya beach it's beautiful. highly recommend a stay here. it's rustic off the grid type place, very clean and simple but fabulous!

The place was beautiful, the surroundings not so much. Probably depends on what you’re looking for. The price is a bit high for the location. I paid 1,500php but I’d price it a little lower. 1,200php max. The sliding door doesn’t lock so we had to lock the other door to the bathroom that leads outside to secure our valuables. Maria was very nice and welcoming. The dog, Ace was very friendly. King, the other person assisting us was very accommodating. The host made it a homey feel. Walkable places to eat as well. My partner loved the area as to him it’s a “Backpacker’s Haven” ( I’d put that on the listing), and I agree. The price just don’t match the place. I’d stay here again for a lower rate.

Paolo’s houseboat was great. Spent two days, wish we booked for longer. Paolo’s stuff is the friendliest group of people: waitress, cleaning, island hopping tour capitan… everyone is so nice and friendly. The restaurant is offering Italian and Philippine specialties at the highest quality. Food can be served at the restaurant or as room service in the houseboat dining area. Paolo’s place is surrounded by beautiful blue water and limestone. Highly recommended for someone who appreciate the beauty of nature

I can’t even remember how many times we’ve booked in Aquascape already. It’s really the best place if you want a slow and quiet getaway that’s really close to nature. The unobstructed view of the lake right at your doorstep is definitely worth the travel. They are pet-friendly too. My dogs loved walking on the grass the most and smelling the fresh breeze from the lake. It’s a plus that they have their own swimming pool. Clean rooms with hot water shower. Peaceful at night. Would definitely come back.
