Mr. Darwin is a great host and very accommodating and responsive to my requests. He is easy to deal with if you have problems about your unit and your stay in particular. My family enjoyed our stay in his unit and we are so glad that the place was so clean and no bed bugs compared to the other unit we booked prior to this. Highly recommended for family staycations. Amazing place for a larger group of people. The outdoor kitchen is spacious, a great place to meet people. Masai and her friend Tata are at your complete disposal. The pool is amazing. The shop across the street is great!!

The host is very responsive and provides clear instruction especially on what to do during check in. The place was definitely great. The place is clean and tidy. They also provide everything you need from indoor slippers, dental kits, and even towels. The location is great too since it's near from Festival Mall and there were other establishments surrounding condo. I think the only minor issue that we had was with the aircon. During our stay, only one of the two units were working so it was not able to fully cool the room the way we wanted it to be. Nevertheless, the room was still cool enough for you to not feel the heat outside. Overall, we had a great stay and would probably book it again if we needed a place around Filinvest Alabang.

Stayed for an overnight and we love it! It has a nice surroundings and it’s clean too. The view is remarkable as well as the neighborhood. The host is accommodating and she makes sure that everything is fine from check-in to check-out as well. We’ll book it again the next time we visit! I highly recommend this Airbnb.
