Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

Our stay at this beach house in Zambales was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t be better, with an amazing pool and direct access to the beach, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The surrounding area was peaceful, giving us the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days lounging by the pool and exploring the beautiful beach. The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Zambales! Can’t wait to visit again!

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. We absolutely loved our stay! Kuya Ogie and Maricris were incredibly warm and welcoming—such genuinely friendly hosts. The ambiance was simply amazing, and the beach? Definitely the cherry on top! It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

had a great stay at this place as a large group of 11 adults plus 1 dog! The space was just right, spacious enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but cozy enough to all hang out in the common area and bond over meals, karaoke, and late-night chats. The location is a huge plus, it’s literally less than a minute walk to the beach, with easy access to fun water activities like dragon boat rides, banana boats, swimming, and even ATVs nearby. The bedroom setup was perfect for a big group, with 5 double-deck bunk beds that can easily fit up to 20 people. The only downside was the lack of signal and an unstable WiFi connection, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to work remotely or stream movies/shows. Even cellular signal was weak. But honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, it gave us the chance to really disconnect from screens and reconnect with each other. Overall, an awesome spot for group trips where bonding and beach time are the main goals!

We loved renting this beach front property. It truly is a peaceful environment and so beautiful. Ricky made ALL the difference, he is the young man who manages the property and is always ready to help. We have teenagers so we rented motorcyles for everyone and we could get in and out easily to town to the beach to go surfing. I am not sure how people would get around if they did not have motorcyles b/c it's a little off the beaten path and exactly what we wanted. It's a real treat to have your own pool. The beach was right there and so breezy. I know everyone wants to be near General Luna but we actually loved being away from it all. We didn't know that we could surf at Ocean 10 and it was just a few minutes away by motorbike and much better than the famous Cloud 9 where it is too crowded.

Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice clean pool to cool off in. Easy access to amenities. Very safe in a walled/gated area. Beautiful spot.

The place is good, it is clean and well maintained, the location is very private and quiet, the host is very responsive and considerate. The only thing that gives us a little inconvenience is going to the beach because it would take a 10mins ride from the place and there is no access to a cottage where you can put our things and also no cr and shower room.

PROS: the place is bigger in actual than in pictures, the house is centralized airconditioned and is cold. the kitchen is complete. utensils and plate is restaurant quality. walkable to beach, market(palengke). and tricycle station. house is in front of sari sari store. location is quiet(not main street). 1.5km away from main san juan. CONS: if i have one, then the house is very homey. we didn't go out as often as we like since we loved the house. its cold while its very hot outside. we always ended up going back to the house early.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Nevertheless, the rolms were comfy, the AC's were cool and the place was comfy. All in all it was a lovely stay. We loved the freebiea and

I went with my officemates at The Sunhouse for our summer outing and to destress. Our bosses were a bit picky but the house impressed them a lot. The whole house is very high tech and clean, the pool and jacuzzi were both warm and very relaxing. We've had a bit of difficulty locating the place since it is located in a deadend but it is honestly easy to find, just trust the google map and have a leap of faith 🤣 Sir Javi and the caretakers are very friendly and they've responded to ton of questions we had. All in all, we are very comfortable and we've enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back here again.

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Spent Holy Week here, this time with the whole fam — kids, adults, and everything in between. It was the kind of trip where no one was rushing, the kids were constantly in the water (beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon), and the rest of us actually got to relax for once. The place is beachfront, super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We brought food, cooked our meals, and just hung out. The heated jacuzzi was a nice bonus, and the Starlink WiFi came in handy for music and movies at night. It was a really laid-back few days. No pressure, no big plans — just good weather, good company, and a really solid place to stay. Felt like the perfect way to spend Holy Week.

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Very accommodating po ang caretaker and ang bilis po nya mag respond if may need ang guests. The place itself is cozy. They even have free use of camping chair tonuse for the beach. Sa uulitin🤗 will be recommended

We enjoyed the place. Everything went smoothly. However, there are other people camping just outside(beachfront) so if you don't mind sharing, it shouldn't be a problem.

The stay was great from beginning to end. The host was responsive to my inquiries before and during the booking. The property is exactly how it looks in the photos. Spacious bedrooms, wide open spaces. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beddings and sofa. The host also has a catalogue of activities we could avail in the vicinity. Direct beach access has a small fee but it’s worth it. All in all, a great experience with an accommodating host.

We had an amazing stay in this place…If only we dont need to vote we should have extended our stay. The place were clean and we felt safe coz there was a deadbolt lock in the main door. It was also a perfect size for us group of 8. The location for us was superb ( The BEST) as it is a 1-2 min walk going to the front beach( near awesomehotel) its the beach area for everyones reference. The kitchen amenities were topnotched, everything we needed were readily available. There was also free water for consumption. Each room and dining area have electric fans. Dianne the host was very helpful and responsive in aly request and questions. Highly recommened.

Ani’s home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Most importantly, it was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay even more wonderful. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We all had a fun and comfortable stay here. :) Bataan’s beaches are kid-friendly and we loved that we booked the perfect place for our much-needed break. Richmond's place is superb. We felt right at home at Richmond's place and the beach is loved by my mom so much, that she does not want to go on a tour anymore and just want to stay there. The place is perfect for our group of 6 pax and the kitchen allowed us to cook iut meals like when we were home. Thank you sir we hope to come back again soon. 🥰🥰🙂🙂
