Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The views around the propoerty are stunning. We had a few issues pop up with the house (a small leak, and bathroom shower that was not draining), but Leonardo was very quick to reply and take care of things. A car is needed to get around.

We had an unbelievable time at Floriana’s villa. We had a wedding nearby that she arranged transportation for, had incredible home-cooked meals, and enjoyed the private pool. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling through Umbria, it’s absolutely stunning and Floriana made the experience even better.

Very clean and spacious apartment decorated with good taste, feel the host's commitment to maintaining high quality, which I appreciate very much because it makes you feel comfortable staying in a unique place. Definitely worth recommending. Thank you
