Lake side house rentals in Owasco Lake

Drift away was a wonderful cottage right on the lake. Place was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views. We didn’t have the greatest weather which would have made the trip so much better, so we hope to plan a trip back soon.

The house was simply beautiful and the setting was amazing. It was incredibly relaxing - waking up to the sound of the waves outdide and sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. So peaceful. And Adam was always responsive to any notes or questions I sent and was so accommodating. All in all it was a perfect getaway!

The Blue Star lakefront house was a great and cozy spot to enjoy the weekend on the lake. All the amenities for lakeside activities were right there and there were ample wineries around the lake to explore and try out. Overall very fun time and the hosts were very flexible with checkin and checkout times.

We absolutely loved our stay at the treehouse! It was so cozy and had the most amazing views! The house had everything we needed and I’d definitely recommend this house for a group of friends! Thank you for everything!

we stayed at Hank's house with some friends. this same group have stayed in multiple Airbnb's and this one one of our favorite! We had some questions and Hank responded very quickly, and proactively addressed our requests. It was spacious for 6 of us and the interior was super clean, including beds and bathrooms. It was drivable to multiple wineries, grocery stores and parks. Overall it was a great stay!

We were in town for our son's graduation from Hobart and wanted a place on the lake to enjoy the waterviews and peace during a hectic weekend. Laura's place has great views of the water and is beautiful, cozy and comfortable inside. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks in the fridge when we arrived. The house has everything you need including a well-stocked kitchen and lots of extras in the bathrooms if you forget something. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and it was a bit cold and windy, so we mostly enjoyed Seneca Lake from indoors! We did use the hottub and enjoyed that and she does provide hottub towels right by the back door so you don't have to worry about bringing extra with you. We'd love to try it again in better weather!!

Perfect space in the Finger Lakes!!! Lake Keuka is the perfect spot to hit wineries on Keuka and Seneca. It was a very relaxing weekend with everything we needed. Would love to make this our regular Finger Lakes spot!

Karen was a very gracious and responsive host. We found everything we needed which is in line with top rated hosts. We even found an umbrella anticipating we’d need it when caught in the rain to get ours out of the car on the morning. Very quite and peaceful location. One of the thoroughly clean properties we stayed at. And my wife’s a perfectionist for cleaning! Convenient location to the wineries especially. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location and layout! Right on the lake. Caught lots of panfish and Bass right off the dock. Launched kayaks from the grassy beach Got a personal best Largemouth Bass at 17” and 5lbs right off the dock. Everything was very clean and the instructions were on point! Thanks for a great weekend at the lake!

My husband and I were just looking for a nice place to get away for a couple of days, and while this place was way more house then we needed, it was still comfortable and the amenities were great. Everything was as described, our bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the use of the home theater, jacuzzi and pool table. There were cute touches like the coffee bar, and fire s’mores kit with marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bars and peanut butter cups. We would definitely recommend this for both a quiet, private getaway, as well as a large gathering of family or friends.

We had a great time here! Chris gave us incredible food and activity recommendations making our stay extremely worthwhile. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here- the views were incredible, the dock was so peaceful, and we loved having access to a fire pit. The driveway is pretty steep, required to walk up/down to access the dock. Our stay was perfect, can't wait to return.

Catharine was an amazing host - very responsive and could answer any question we had during the trip! The place itself was gorgeous and even nicer than the photos! Was here for a bachelorette and the location is perfect to get to the town of Geneva and local wineries! We had a great time. The house felt very private as well. I can’t say enough good things!

Several families members and I decided to take a long weekend on Seneca Lake and this house was perfect! It is bright and spacious with gorgeous views and plenty of outdoor seating. There are also restaurants and wineries/breweries close by. We would definitely rent this house again.

Our stay on the shore of Skaneateles Lake was lovely. We've visited Skaneateles many times, and booked many vacation rentals, and Christopher's place was the best of any. Clean, private, easily accessible, and just 3 miles from the center of Skaneateles. The home itself is nicely designed and well built -- it's comfortable and quiet inside. The view of the lake is mesmerizing and peaceful. Christopher's place is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we recommend it highly.

Beautiful home with the loveliest decor in a gorgeous location!! Our family had the best time lounging by the lake, paddle boarding, relaxing on the covered porch... it's a very serene setting and perfect for a family vacation. Definitely planning to return in the future!

We loved this warm and cozy home and felt right at home. The decor is beautiful and it has all the comfort one could ask for. We enjoyed using the funicular to go down to the lake. Very safe and convenient! Pauley was super responsive and friendly and would love to come back in future.

Great time on the Lake. Had horrible cold rainy weather (haha June 1 mind u) but still managed to have a good time. Jesse is a responsive caring host who has a great little cabin (camp) directly on a very beautiful lake.

The house is small and cozy, perfect for a couple. We loved it. The sunrise looking out the living room windows is phenomenal. The views of the lake are great. Non-stop fish jumping in the lake. Fishing from the dock was good. Caught a bass by the dock.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — the home is even more beautiful than the photos, which is saying something. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. Everything was amazing! Great spot, very clean so many added extras. Very quick to respond if I had a question or concern. We have been traveling to Cortland for 7 years as two of our kids went to college there I wish I found this place sooner!!!! Thank you James would 100 % stay there again!
