We enjoyed our stay at the house and in Amsterdam and Leon was a very good host.

The host is very hospitable and thoughtful. Upon arrival, there were fresh flowers and fruit present in a very cozy house. We had a very pleasant stay just steps away from the world-famous Zaanse Schans. The house was full of comforts and we enjoyed the opportunity to watch movies with a cinema experience.

Countryside accommodation with its charm and spacious stay, countryside location, but highway accessible very quickly to get to Amsterdam located 25-30 minutes away. Parking space provided inside the courtyard. Great welcome, flexible check-in times and prompt response from the host by message. Advise without hesitation.

The Secret garden is a nice and cosy place to rest for a couple of days, hosts have been very helpful and forthcoming. Highly recommended!

Very peaceful location to stay with a nice big yard for the dogs and the added bonus of some animals wondering around. beautiful surroundings and we were met with a very friend host.

It was lovely staying at this house! Fantastically furnished and all you may need is there. Nice parking space, nice garden and lots of restaurants in the area. A lovely place to come back to with a super friendly host who was always available.

We (2 people & dog) stayed at Karin's cottage for 1 week. Karin is a top hostess and very helpful. The cottage has every comfort, sparkling clean, cozily furnished , has very good beds and is quietly located. We felt immediately welcome and completely at home. Our stay even liked so much that we already booked for our next vacation.

For the three nights that my son, my wife and I stayed in this wondrous townhouse, we felt nothing but comfort and coziness! Not only is the place itself so quiet and almost idyllic, but its location too is laudably strategic. One would indeed go so far as to suggest that every nook and cranny of the place somehow represents the commendable character of its owners. Your friendliness and the hospitality is very much evident in her words as well as in the house that she puts so much effort into. For my family and me personally, the experience has been so memorably unique and full of comfort, and yet there has always been a sense of unconventionality about it all! Had a nice stay at this accommodation in Noordwijk. Forest and beach were within walking distance. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog. Cottage was clean, tidy, beds were made and otherwise offers everything you need. Andre is easily accesible and friendly. Access to the cottage was as agreed, so we were able to enter right away. We were completely satisfied.

The house is amazing, the best place to go for holidays in the Netherlands, specially with the great weather we had this summer. The house is located 10 minute bike ride from the beach, next to the dunes and the forest, with plenty of activities for the family. The house itself is amazing. The pool, the garden and the soccer field keeps the kids entertained for hours. The kitchen and all the amenities are great for a large family and everything is quite confortable. Cleaning could be a bit better, but it's understandable as the house is huge and there is a family home.

Had a great stay at Nel's place! The house and surroundings are stunningly beautiful. You can spend every morning with a coffee by the water. 🌻 However, you should expect a lot of insects because of the location. 🕷️ We especially accompanied us on a daily basis. We would always come back 😊

There were three of us at Rik's for 11 days. Rik and his family were always super accessible the whole time, very quick to respond and great in communication. The tiny house was a special experience, we had nice weather and could sit comfortably on the terrace in the evening. The location is also great, as great places are good with the Car can be reached. Rik also has great tips on what can be done. The house itself has everything you need. We felt at home there. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

Great “home away from home” house. The area around the “vacation village park” is pretty quiet but by car everything is near by. Jeannette and her husband welcome us at the first day and informed us about the area around during a face to face check, House is equipped with everything you need for daily life. I would strobngly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was easy to find and easy to access. The place was well equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable experience. The bed is very comfortable, showers run hot with lights and charging points which are well-placed. The unit comes with a large private fence yard for our dog and which affords us complete privacy. We enjoyed meals on the comfortable terrace which were perfect in the summer. Just outside the property gate is the Rhine river, ideal for lovely walks and cycling. Our host Pieter was very responsive, helpful and warm. We had a nice chat with him. 10/10 would recommend this stay and host.

We stayed for 3 nights with our dog, which was an important factor for us. The place was as described, clean and in a very quiet area. You could park right in front of the place. The contact was always prompt, friendly and helpful. For us a really relaxing day in a nice and cozy atmosphere. We will be happy to come back.

We were received in a friendly manner and had a pleasant stay. The room and location correspond to the description. The hospitality for our dog (treat/dog towel/ toys, etc.) and the good location, with its own courtyard for the dog. Communication was friendly and fair. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderfull weekend in this sweet little house near to the dunes and the sea! We walked every day for hours at the endless beach and although it was very windy and rainy the feeling by the sea and in the little house was very cozy. The wood sauna was also great to relax after our long walks. Our dog was also happy that she was able to stay with us, so thank you for allowing dogs in your home! 🐾💛

We had a wonderful time at the Sunnybeachhouse! From the first minute we felt like at home. Although Jelle was not personally on site, we felt well looked after by his clear communication and the support of his manager Monique. Monique was always available via WA and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, and it provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was very pleasant – the beach was 5 km away, but that did not bother us. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many ways to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the cozy terrace, where we spent many beautiful evenings. It was just the perfect place to relax and unwind.
