A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

We offer a cozy and attractive vacation home with all the comforts. Completely renovated and beautifully styled. Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Visit this cute studio in Katwijk aan Zee! From the Beachstudio to the beach is only a 300 meter walk. Also the boulevard where you can find a lot of restaurants is only a 5 minute walk, the shopping centre is a 5 minute walk as well. You will stay at the back of our house, with your own private entrance. The studio will provide you with everything you will need during your stay.
