Review Title: Perfect Stay for Our Business Retreat We had an amazing stay at Arjan’s place, which was perfectly suited for our group of 11 on a business retreat. Arjan was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in two hours early and check out an hour later—this flexibility made our trip so much smoother. The apartment was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen (the coffee machine was a fantastic touch!) and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The beds were perfectly prepared and extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. The nice garden added a peaceful and relaxing vibe, giving us a lovely space to unwind after a productive day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience for a larger group, and we’d highly recommend Arjan’s place for both business and leisure stays!

Since we would quickly need an AirBnB, as our actual AirBnB would be canceled, we found something here at Aart En Tiny very quickly. For us it was definitely the rescue and the host was very accommodating and nice to us. 🙂👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay! An oasis of peace in a beautiful setting. The house is spacious and bright, overlooking the water and good beds. The kitchen has quite everything you might need. Contact with the host goes smoothly.

We (2 people & dog) stayed at Karin's cottage for 1 week. Karin is a top hostess and very helpful. The cottage has every comfort, sparkling clean, cozily furnished , has very good beds and is quietly located. We felt immediately welcome and completely at home. Our stay even liked so much that we already booked for our next vacation.

It was a lovely stay. Brigitte has strong communication. We had a very comfortable stay as we had sufficient descriptions of all the needs. The house was really nice. Perfect location in nature. Definitely worth the recommendation.

Great place. Marieke met us when we arrived and assisted with luggage lift when we left. Stairs, though steep, were manageable. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Very clean. Washer and dryer very appreciated. Kitchen well stocked. Great view from the outdoor deck. As mentioned in other reviews, noted noise from the square out front and could see how it would be annoying if the windows were needed to be open at night for ventilation. Otherwise location was very good as close to Central Station.

We spent a very relaxing week in Imco's apartment. Due to the weather, we also spent more time in the apartment than planned. Due to the very well-equipped apartment and the fantastic view, that was no problem😉. Communication with Imco was quick and helpful. Thanks also for the flexibility 😊

The apartment was perfect! 🙌✨ It is very cozy and beautifully furnished. I especially loved the bedroom, which is placed in a small, charming room - it felt so peaceful and unique. 🥰 Everything is explained super clearly in the listing description and messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, as it’s easy to reach both the city center and the train station on foot. There’s also a tram stop right in front of the house. While there’s no direct tram to the station, you can easily get there by transferring at Leidseplein or Kinkerstraat. On my next trip to Amsterdam, I will definitely look for Wijnand’s apartment again on Airbnb. Highly recommended! Thank you Wijnand! ☺️✨

Overall, our stay at Maickels Guestflat was a super pleasant Experience. The flat is really Cozy and absolutely Perfect for a couples vacation. The Kitchen is so beautiful and we had a Great time Home cooking, but there Are also a lot of Great Restaurants nearby. Beach is a 3 Minute Walk. We could Not be happier, we will definitely come back.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. One of the few airbnbs that is better than the photos! The view cannot be beat. Marina was a lovely, gracious host.

Excellent location! Close by to a plethora of top notch restaurants. A quick 3-5 minute walk to the Anne Frank house and within an enjoyable 30 min walk to all the top museums (e.g., Van Gogh, etc.) and key sites. Some street noise which is common when bordering a canal, but not bothersome at all. Heated bathroom floor tiles a nice plus in the winter. We definitely would stay here again if ever back in Amsterdam. Thank you!

Great place, quiet beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and Mel and Henri were the kindest of hosts. We were greeted upon our arrival and the place was just as described. Mel and Henri even stocked our fridge with a few food items for us to have throughout our stay. They were very kind and thoughtful and we can definitely tell the care about their guests. Would recommend 100%.

Small touches that make us happy like drinks and food in the fridge that make us feel good. Replies to our messages throughout the day. Nearby public transportation and bikes available. Stayed with my wife and my baby. Petra's had prepared a cot and had absolutely everything for our baby (bath, high chair, potty...). The microwave gave up and she replaced it within minutes. Absolutely incredible Airbnb, close to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the sea. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend and come back. Also, the floor heating is very nice in the winter :)
