Countryside accommodation with its charm and spacious stay, countryside location, but highway accessible very quickly to get to Amsterdam located 25-30 minutes away. Parking space provided inside the courtyard. Great welcome, flexible check-in times and prompt response from the host by message. Advise without hesitation.

Arthur welcomed us to his home in person so everything was easily explained. He kept in touch to make sure all was well. House is in a great location - close to Haarlem & Amsterdam via public transport. Also very close to supermarket, bakery etc

Great place in Haarlem- we loved the house: modern, comfortable, all amenities! Haarlem centre is a short walk away and getting to Amsterdam or the sea a breeze!

We had an amazing stay at this stylish home! The decor is modern and chic, making it a lovely place to relax. It’s also very family-friendly, which was important to us as we were traveling with young children. The space felt safe and welcoming for little ones, with plenty of room for them to play. The location is perfect – just a short drive to both the beach and the city center, so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. Whether we wanted a day in the sun or exploring the local attractions, everything was within easy reach. Our host was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with great recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was another highlight, being well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish home.

This was a special stay. We had dates in Amsterdam and the Hague but choose to stay outside the city where it was very quiet and tranquil. It was a 30 drive to downtown Amsterdam and the Shiphol airport. Yet it was near other smaller points of interest in the polder land like Edam, Marken, & Volendam. The owners live on site in a separate home which gives this listing a more personal touch. Their horses just outside the cottage provide a country ambiance that was very unique. The cottage itself is well appointed with everything we needed and VERY CLEAN. We have stayed in over 44 Airbnbs in our travels and we HIGHLY recommend this place!

Really a wonderfully beautiful and cozily furnished apartment! Everything very clean, beautiful modern kitchen with everything you wish for. Lovely relaxing sofa, nice TV too. Spacious modern beautiful bathroom with even nice bathrobes which is very pleasant. Beautiful bedroom with king size box spring....sleeps exquisitely. Had all kinds of tips about the environment. To the beach, for example, is fine with electric bicycles. Had a great fun tour with the horses. Serge very enthusiastic narrator who wants to make you happy. We very much enjoyed our stay in Hensbroek.

We stayed in the apartment on the second floor where we imagined in the movie " the new wilderness ". Wonderful view of the dune landscape where nature passed by in front of our eyes. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Hans and Paul and still spoiled with vegetables from our own vegetable garden during our stay. An apartment that lacked nothing, centrally located near the sea, but within cycling distance of art and culture in the city. In short, we had a wonderful stay in the Bollschuur.

Very nice place to stay. Surroundings perfect for families with children. We felt very, very comfortable and would also like to come back. All in all, a clear 1+

We only had a brief one night stay, which my wife and I both said was a shame we couldn't spend longer. Mariette was a lovely host, very friendly and polite. The property was kept to a high standard plus in a really convenient and beautiful location that we had a wander around. There's nothing else we could have wanted/asked for, other than to have been able to stay a little longer. But sadly work commitments didn't allow on this occasion. Thankyou for having us!

We were thrilled with Jurjen’s place. Homey and lush, clean and vibrant. We were so happy to be there. Jurjen provides clear instructions and wonderful recommendations. Per his suggestion we rented a boat & that was one highlight of our trip! Jurjen’s place is the best example of Airbnb that I’ve stayed. The kitchen is completely stocked with very nice quality. The beds are comfortable after long days exploring. Truly a gem. Amsterdam is a hip and magical city and this home is all that and more.

We felt right at home at Kirsten's place. We were lucky with the weather and were able to use the accommodation as a great starting point for our bike rides. We especially enjoyed the private lounge in the garden. It was nice and quiet and everything super clean. Possibly darker curtains could be attached to the door. Thanks a lot!

Perfect for families and kids. It is conveniently located near transportation and airport. We also able to walk to restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is cozy and well equipped with many convenience. We had a great time in Natalie place. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Jody & Huib's cottage. It is very lovingly decorated and it has everything you need. At the reception there was a basket of treats and homemade very tasty apple pie. Our dog Lotte loved the fenced property and dog treats. We were lucky enough to be able to sit by the canal in the sun in the evening because the weather played along. Boating with our watery dog seemed too dangerous to us, but that would certainly have been a highlight. The location is ideally suited for all types of excursions. Jody and Huib are super friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back.

Nice location, really quite to come down for a while. A lot of usefull stuff can be found in the kitchen for cooking and BBQ. Enough space for 4 people and a nice dog. Can get really warm inside but when all windows are opened then the cool down happens in minutes. In total a nice location to stay for a while.

We had an amazing time at Adva's place. The cabin is exactly as described and we felt right at home. Our dog loved it too. There's many nice walking areas but it's equally nice to stay in and enjoy the beautiful design of the cabin. Adva is a great host and very responsive. We loved her recommendations. On arrival we were greeted by delicious homemade cookies. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us, I'm sure we will be back.

Maiake’s place is a lovely private space, everything was easy to find and you had all the basics for a weekend away. Had great local recommendations for groceries and bakery. Kitchen as described and had some extra things like jam, biscuits, crisps, etc. jacuzzi and sauna both great and easy to use. Thank you again for everything!

Martien is a welcoming hostess, full of good advice. We were able to discover a brewery bar in a church next door. The accommodation was clean and as described and photo. The small garden area is a plus . least the work of the highway at the end of the garden, once inside no noise. The bedding was comfortable, there were two single duvets which surprised us a little. The tram is less than 10 min away and took us all over the center of Amsterdam. Close-by shops and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this place.

The cottage in the green is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Beautifully decorated, really done with taste that makes you feel at home right away. We had a lovely weekend there, lit nice romantic fire and enjoyed walks in the area. Tjeerd and Laurie are extremely friendly, respond very quickly and really help to make your stay completely super. I will definitely come back here:)

What a warm welcome we received from Annelies. It was a bit twilight that we arrived so all the lights inside were on. There was a delicious bottle of wine with a salt ready for us. Had 2 very nice days, location has a top location, close to the center but also to the beach. Highly recommended to get away from all the hustle and bustle together.
