The contact was friendly and uncomplicated, the apartment nice, clean and lovingly furnished. The central location made the paths to the center and the beach very pleasant.

The accommodation was just as described, clean, tidy and equipped with everything we needed. Plus it’s super close to the beach and a short walk from the city centre. As we were travelling with two young children and a dog, Patty even arranged for a board to protect them from going down the stairs which are quite steep. Patty is a very friendly host who made us feel very welcome and always answered promptly if we had any questions. I definitely recommend staying here 😊

The house in the back of the garden is simply wonderful. Large living room,TV only in Dutch and English, if you absolutely need ,the bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with very comfortable beds and two small rooms of which one with bed is suitable for adults. Other rooms with floor bed more intended for children, but we did not need it. There are mosquito nets in every window, which is super important because a small stream flows right next to it. In addition, very large garden with plenty of space for any activities. Kitchen fully equipped, also with dishwasher and even tabs . Everything is also very nicely decorated and the owners pay a lot of attention to nature-friendly behavior ,which is also important to us. The car and bikes are right outside the door. And the best part is the location - no neighbors far and wide , tranquility and pure nature! Eifach perfect 🤩 Thanks again for everything 🤗

We had a wonderfull weekend in this sweet little house near to the dunes and the sea! We walked every day for hours at the endless beach and although it was very windy and rainy the feeling by the sea and in the little house was very cozy. The wood sauna was also great to relax after our long walks. Our dog was also happy that she was able to stay with us, so thank you for allowing dogs in your home! 🐾💛

There were four of us (2 children and 2 adults). Overall, we liked the place very much and we had a lovely time in Wijk! Margaretha and her husband are very nice and happy to help with any questions. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. We were also able to use the electric bikes and a wagon (very helpful!) The only thing to keep in mind: On the upper floor with the beds there is no toilet and the stairs are quite steep and creak a little. Second, depending on the wind, you can smell the steelworks nearby in the entire district. But as I said, overall we had a great stay and the value is certainly very good! Thanks to Margaretha and her husband!

Beautiful house in an excellent location, close to shops, amenities and public transport. The house is much bigger than the photos suggest and was perfect for our month long stay. A fully enclosed garden is ideal for pets. The house itself was warm, cozy and inviting. Berrie is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for exploring Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem with direct train and bus services. Highly recommended for a short or long stay! The place has everything you could need

We spent a very relaxing week in Imco's apartment. Due to the weather, we also spent more time in the apartment than planned. Due to the very well-equipped apartment and the fantastic view, that was no problem😉. Communication with Imco was quick and helpful. Thanks also for the flexibility 😊

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time on the houseboat! I loved everything about it really. The first morning I could see the sunrise through our little circular boat window. We were quite close to a bus/tram stop and used public transit exclusively. No need for uber or a car. We explored Amsterdam for a few of our days in town and then got a region pass to see some of the smaller towns. Wonderful place! Wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Very nice and nice house, 5 min from the beach. House is clean and in order and stuff is good and good kitchen. Communication with host is super good. At Roompot park Kijkduin, things to do for the kids. Recommended.

The cottage is very charming and lovingly designed. It is a little behind the footpath and has a small courtyard where the sun shines in the morning. There are cozy and comfortable seating, indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped. Now in September, the holiday park has been very quiet if you also hear the cars of the federal roads during the day. In the evening and at night it was very quiet, we were able to sleep very well. It's very close to the beach, and we spent most of our time there. With Anouk and Patrick, the communication was very good, they governed all questions very quickly and kindly and also informed us well in advance.

Everything went well. We had a very nice time in Amsterdam. The boat is in a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was as expected.

We felt right at home at Willem‘s place. Loved the beachy feel of the house, the individual decoration, you can see he feels at home here as well. The proximity to the city and train station came in very handy (10min walk), the bed was very comfortable, the little garden area cute and I had no issues working remotely with his internet access. The neighborhood is lively during the day and quiet during the night. The self-checkin was very convenient for our early arrival and very early departure. Haarlem has a great vibe and we would certainly return.

We had a great stay in the sea time. The apartment was immaculately clean, with stylish decor and a well-equipped kitchen. We had relaxing and cozy days despite the storm and rain. Stefan and Tim were incredibly friendly and always available if we had any questions. We highly recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back!

My husband and I went on vacation during our 14-day stay, but also partly worked. The work worked really well with the Wi-Fi, also a desk was available in the third bedroom. But the house was also very suitable for the holiday. Everything was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms modernly equipped. In the evening we turned on the fireplace more often, very comfortable. To the stone you could walk well and also make great excursions in the area with the bikes. Elvi was easily accessible and very helpful. The place is really recommended, with or without children.

Great “home away from home” house. The area around the “vacation village park” is pretty quiet but by car everything is near by. Jeannette and her husband welcome us at the first day and informed us about the area around during a face to face check, House is equipped with everything you need for daily life. I would strobngly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the beautiful house. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is super equipped. With the two bikes you could ride relatively quickly to the beach. The path alone was worth a short walk. Roel&Conny are nice hosts. Communication was quick and easy. There was even a small gift and a birthday card for us :) We felt very comfortable in their beautiful house - happy to come back.

Since we would quickly need an AirBnB, as our actual AirBnB would be canceled, we found something here at Aart En Tiny very quickly. For us it was definitely the rescue and the host was very accommodating and nice to us. 🙂👍🏼

We had a lovely stay at this lovely lake house. It is located near the beautiful city of Alkmaar, with regular train departures to Amsterdam (especially from the city center station). The interior is impeccable, very well equipped and nicely decorated with a beautiful glass window. Host was very responsive to our questions and requests.

We had a lovely week as a family at Miriam's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and even found a welcome surprise in the apartment. Mirjam lives right next door and was always available, she took great care of her guests. The apartment has a great location and its own parking space, which is very important in Noordwijk given the parking costs. The apartment is nicely decorated and good size. The only downside is that the bedroom and bathroom are a room. We didn't see this in the photos and in the listing! But everything else was a wonderful fit.

The small cottage is very nicely quiet and yet central and super close to the beach. The terrace is also nicely private. TV is new !!!! The armchairs and sofa are very cozy....and the heating (quite important in autumn and winter) quickly makes the whole house cozily warm. Overall well insulated, upstairs also new windows... we liked that very much. Also good ways to store the clothes with plenty of hangers. There's a full-length mirror too! We enjoyed the bathroom with separate toilet very much. There were issues with the drain at the beginning, but Dennis responded immediately and helped. Right the next day, a professional came who got everything right and then there were no more problems. Great!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception is only great in the kitchen, so in the living room it was difficult to stream on the great new TV series. We can definitely recommend Dennis as a Superhost. Thank you for the great time.
