The host is very hospitable and thoughtful. Upon arrival, there were fresh flowers and fruit present in a very cozy house. We had a very pleasant stay just steps away from the world-famous Zaanse Schans. The house was full of comforts and we enjoyed the opportunity to watch movies with a cinema experience.

Arjan was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in two hours early and check out an hour later—this flexibility made our trip so much smoother. The apartment was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen (the coffee machine was a fantastic touch!) and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The beds were perfectly prepared and extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. The nice garden added a peaceful and relaxing vibe, giving us a lovely space to unwind after a productive day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience for a larger group, and we’d highly recommend Arjan’s place for both business and leisure stays!

We had a fantastic stay! An oasis of peace in a beautiful setting. The house is spacious and bright, overlooking the water and good beds. The kitchen has quite everything you might need. Contact with the host goes smoothly.

Since we would quickly need an AirBnB, as our actual AirBnB would be canceled, we found something here at Aart En Tiny very quickly. For us it was definitely the rescue and the host was very accommodating and nice to us. 🙂👍🏼

We (2 people & dog) stayed at Karin's cottage for 1 week. Karin is a top hostess and very helpful. The cottage has every comfort, sparkling clean, cozily furnished , has very good beds and is quietly located. We felt immediately welcome and completely at home. Our stay even liked so much that we already booked for our next vacation.

We had a lovely week as a family at Miriam's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and even found a welcome surprise in the apartment. Mirjam lives right next door and was always available, she took great care of her guests. The apartment has a great location and its own parking space, which is very important in Noordwijk given the parking costs. The apartment is nicely decorated and good size. The only downside is that the bedroom and bathroom are a room. We didn't see this in the photos and in the listing! But everything else was a wonderful fit.

Super accommodation in a peaceful, beautiful area. The bus and train stations are nearby (10-15 minutes on foot). Clean and comfortable. We truly felt at home during our stay. Li is very kind and attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay with our dog. The location is great, you are super fast on the beach, in town and in the dunes. The space is modern and brightly decorated and you have everything you need

if there was a Michelin guide for hosts, Daan snd his wife would get three stars for sure. He was very responsive and on top of the checkin/checkout process while offering us a later checkout time. when we locked ourselves out the door, Daans wife was right there to help us out. A cozy space but definitely watch your heads near the windows. Its a cute accent to ththeir space but for those of us not use to slanted ceilings, it does leave and oouchie when you forget there is something above you.

Very nice place. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos. Only 10 mins from beach, nice quiet area. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.

It was excellent!! :) The apartment is as described, very clean und nicely decorated. It's quiet. We enjoyed the evenings and mornings in the cosy living room watching wild parrots outside. :) The bathtub was great. In the garden there is a big and wonderful Mongolian Jurte for rent. Ben and Peet were very friendly. Thanks a lot !!

Very nice place to stay. With all the amenities you could ask for. Well-equipped kitchen within walking distance of the beach and shopping.

Before we started our journey, Jacqueline checked in on us and provided instructions to help us. The directions were very easy to follow, and we had no trouble finding the Airbnb. Upon our arrival, Jacqueline was very kind and welcoming. She took us to our room, showed us around, and informed us that if we needed anything, she would be downstairs. The room was lovely, and we had a great day exploring and cooking. Her family went above and beyond for us, and I am very grateful and happy that I chose to stay with them. I apologize for taking so long to write this review; returning to work has been a bit challenging. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Excellent location! Close by to a plethora of top notch restaurants. A quick 3-5 minute walk to the Anne Frank house and within an enjoyable 30 min walk to all the top museums (e.g., Van Gogh, etc.) and key sites. Some street noise which is common when bordering a canal, but not bothersome at all. Heated bathroom floor tiles a nice plus in the winter. We definitely would stay here again if ever back in Amsterdam. Thank you!

Small touches that make us happy like drinks and food in the fridge that make us feel good. Replies to our messages throughout the day. Nearby public transportation and bikes available. Overall we had a great stay in Ewout's apartment in Amsterdam! We would definitely come again -- highly recommend! LOCATION - was perfect. Very convenient and walkable around Jordaan but tucked away from too much noise/action. Tram stop just a few steps from the apartment. Close walk to great restaurants, markets including Westerstraat market on Mondays which was great. AMENITIES - the apartment has everything you would need. A well-stocked kitchen including an espresso machine. Stocked with travel books, cables, shopping bags, X-box, cable TV, high-speed internet. Washing machine (no drier) with laundry supplies; fans (no a/c). Beds are comfortable. Rooftop deck took us a little while to figure out how to get up but once we did, it was really nice (and worth the climb). HOST - Ewout was very helpful, friendly, and extremely responsive. BUILDING - As others have mentioned, the stairs to get to the apartment are very steep. Not for everyone. Recommend traveling light.

Stayed with my wife and my baby. Petra's had prepared a cot and had absolutely everything for our baby (bath, high chair, potty...). The microwave gave up and she replaced it within minutes. Absolutely incredible Airbnb, close to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the sea. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend and come back. Also, the floor heating is very nice in the winter :)
