Villa vacation rentals in Orosei

Everything was ok with the accomodation and the communication we had with Piero. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. House is spacious and the kids can run around in the garden. Weather was not ideal, but that's nobody's fault - we did the best we could and enjoy the Sardinian island. It is true that the season is a bot off starting with mid october so not too much buzz around. We recommend also to go around and visit Bosa, Alghero, Cala Gonone, Posada (in the near by). We did not like Dorgali that much.

We enjoyed the time very much. Although you were completely on your own, the nearest beach was only 3 minutes away and the nearest supermarket was also only 9 minutes away. Our daughter could play all day on the terrace. The outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen were also very nice to spend all day outside. For us, it was the perfect vacation.

Clean, pleasant and quite adequate accommodation for a group of 7/8 people. However, the balcony on the 1st floor is not very pleasant because of the net from floor to ceiling. Too bad. Lack of cooking equipment. But the owners are very welcoming and customer service oriented. We are delighted with our stay.

I highly recommend Flaminia’s place! Our family of four have had a great time in San Teodoro. The house is very clean and well equipped.

We felt very comfortable and found everything. Salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, all necessary appliances and plates and cutlery were available in variety. The toilet paper was also enough for the first few days. Clean and nicely decorated and communication with Doriana was great and the check in was easy! We expected the garden a little bigger from the pictures, but it was totally sufficient, as we were often on the beach, which is really just a stone's throw away and is really great. We found the location a little outside, you always have to drive some serpentines over the mountain for a while to be in a larger city or the larger road. Nevertheless, this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, next time we might stay a few days shorter and book a second place on the west coast to have less driving time. Cute appartement in a quiet residential area. Lovely stay at Filippo's place! Walking (5mins from a lovely gelatos shop, a restaurant and sort of a brasserie cafe) very good location with a 6mind drive only to some very beautiful beaches ! Beautiful area, and a lot of splendid places to go ! Definetely recommend having a car to get around. ! Very authentic and unique. Lovely stay, Filippos has been amazing all along the trip, checking in if everything was okay, responding to any questions. Would definitely recommend .

We had a great holiday at Alessandro's. The tennis court, the beautiful garden and especially the patio were much appreciated, the fans in the bedrooms too! A nice red cat kept us company the whole stay. The small town of La Caletta nearby is very welcoming. We recommend a stopover at the agriturismo Sa Tanca and boron for a meal.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Really nice home and location. Host was super responsive to all our questions and remarks during the stay. The house is pristine, spacious, private, super quiet and close to Budoni which offers great restaurants and a very nice local beach.

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!

Very Helpful host - beautiful villa and beautiful surroundings

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

Viola's villa impresses with its unique location. It is only a few steps to the bay and the pool is also beautiful. However, a car is absolutely necessary to enjoy this jewel. The only criticism is that the kitchen is not equipped with the basics. For example, there is no wooden spoon, no salt, pepper or olive oil etc. we would love to come back to Viola next time we are in Sardinia. We were also lucky that the guests before us left early so that we could move into the house early and it was also available for longer on the day of departure - thank you very much Viola. Very much appreciated.

This villa was wonderful! The write up and pictures here don’t do it justice. We went as a group of two families with 4 adults and 6 children between us. The house was so big we never felt cramped. The location is brilliant - minutes from some super wonderful beaches. Our favourite was Spiaggia de La marina de puntaldia. It was so special. Lu impostu amazing as well. The shops are plentiful and close too. More about the villa. The pool was perfect! Every bedroom had a bathroom. With pool/beach towels and bath ones. The kitchen at the house was the best stocked of any I’ve ever been too! There was literally everything you could ever need to cook any meal which was great! The parasols to take to the beach we’re v welcome and we appreciate the cupboard having basics like oil salt etc. and the bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc makes that initial arrival easier. We are already planning to go again!!!

Very nice house with a terrific garden in a nice and peaceful area. Close though to excellent beaches and golf as well as San Teodoro where you find plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and other things you might need. Barbara is a great hostess providing excellent recommendations and assistance should you bump in to any challenges. All in all we had a great stay and this certainly a place we could recommend to others.

Lovely villa in quiet spot- outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and mini-pool were highlights. Fairly easy access to good coastal spots. Luca was very helpful and even drove to the house one evening when we were worried about a bush fire.

Pina is a warm, open and communicative person who responded immediately and was there to help and advise us. We felt welcome from the first moment, not least when she personally welcomed us with a delicious dessert. The house is a dream, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation. Her husband was at the house a few times to clean the pool, but this was inconspicuous every time so it couldn't bother us, although this wasn't the case anyway. Thanks Pina

The place was beautifully located with an amazing and relaxing view, even with a busy road. Hosts were every friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi is not great and small dogs are a bit aggressive. Overall we would recommend this and come back.

We had a great stay here. Although one of the beds was really too short (only approx. 180 cm long) the mattress was fine so we slept well. The area is very nice and calm, there is a nice view from the terrace and the distance to the port with many restaurants was easily walkable. The only thing that really disruptes our stay was the amount of wasps. Although we used the replent candles we coudln’t sometimes get rid of them so we could not enjoy outside eating as we planned. However, all in all I can recommend this place.
