Vacation rentals with a patio in Orosei

Quiet location, great accommodation with amazing views. Antonello is a nice and helpful host, gave us great tips on what, for the restaurants nearby. We would be happy to recommend this apartment, we spent unforgettable days there. Everything great!

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

Luca and Elena were perfect hosts, they made themselves available, made sure we didn't miss anything. The directions provided to access the accommodation were clear and concise and we were able to find it without difficulty. Elena is very warm and responsive when you ask her, she sent us valuable information about restaurants, activities, places close to the house from day one. The accommodation is clean and functional, you can see that it has been modernized (decor/paint) while maintaining the typical side of small beach houses. The view from the terrace over the marina is very pleasant and the beach which is 1 min away is perfect for sunrise/sunset, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (La Cinta) is 10 min away by car. There are small shops within walking distance, 2/3 min on the harbor. It's a real favorite, I can only recommend them :)

We found what suited us... Andrea and Amalia's house is a little paradise perched on a hill... quiet... the pool is very nice and very clean. We were received very warmly by the owners... in short we had a great week in peace... there are plenty of things to discover in this region... we are under the spell

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We had a perfect time even in off-season period in november.

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

We felt very comfortable. It really had everything you needed! Great amenities, nice patio, super pool! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't rely on the car. The hostess is always available and super friendly!

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials that you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need to feel good (including salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea, towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Incredibly beautiful view of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area, great hikes in dream bays (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, many useful tips in the apartment. We would come back anytime.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++

The photo doesn't show this, but it's a two-story apartment: - on the ground floor there is a kitchen, shower, living room with sofa and TV and access to the terrace - there are two bedrooms with a bathtub on the second floor The apartment had everything you need. There is free packaging on the street near the apartment. Very convenient location - all large supermarkets and Olbia are also close by. The Internet is normal, better than the average in Sardinia. But sometimes I had to give it out from the mobile internet. The only thing is that the bed is slightly short - with a height of 176+ cm, the legs hang. And so distinguishing the apartment and the responsive host. I recommend it at all.
