Vacation rentals with a pool in Orosei

Ugo's villa with swimming pool is located between the two most famous beaches of Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna and Foxi Mordegu: the main road is unique even if not lit at night, certainly with Google Maps and the location provided it is impossible not to comfortably reach the place. The house is in a private village closed to the public (if you have friends in the area you cannot host them, on the other hand there are solutions with a shared pool if you want to take a group vacation). You will have a key to open the automatic gate and a climb that takes you to an exclusive clearing next to the house to leave the car. The pool is beautifully treated with salt (ask to explain how to turn on the night light). There are deck chairs, a relaxation corner and a table. The porch is huge and there is shade from late morning onwards. The interior of the house is clean and tidy with everything you need (dishwasher, air conditioning, coffee maker). Ugo is always available for any problem!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

The apartment of Italo is very clean and has everything you need. Italo was helpful and received us with an extensive tour in and around the apartment. The underground parking is a nice bonus. We expected more from Olbia but recommend this apartment to those who are passing through Sardinia and are looking for a place to stay in Oblia for a few nights.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thanks a lot

A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

The location of the accommodation was simply fantastic and we felt very comfortable. David was always quick to respond to messages and always helped where he could. Super nice host

We had a great time at the place. The property is a great base for exploring the nearby bays. The place matches the pictures and the information, such as crib and umbrellas. The communal pool belonging to the accommodation is very nice, but we preferred to be on the beach. Communication was great and there was a quick response to problems, such as a power outage. Olbia and the airport are a 10-minute drive away. In Murta Maria there is a supermarket and several restaurants. We can fully recommend the place for two people and one child.

Adored Piano Piano, so beautiful and amazing vistas which were like an artist palette at Sunrise & Sunset,fell under the mesmerising spell of Tavo Lara, the big rock we faced anchored offshore Loved everything about the place, great natural spaces to enjoy the outside, good undercover seating and eating are. The pool contributed a lovely aesthetic and a peaceful ambience. Enrico was a complete treasure to deal with, pointing us in great directions and generously sharing some of his hand gathered fungi treasures as well And the puppies were super friendly and very keen on any leftovers Divine beaches and a pleasant drive back home each outing, Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. comfy bedrooms and an ‘Emma’ who made sure that we had all we needed on the domestic front. Telti was a top base for us who love rugged nature and space to roam & breathe. A total winner

The accommodation has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You have about 50m to the beach to the beach. Communication with Mauro is so easy. He responds quickly and helps with anything he can help. We will definitely come back

spacious house in line with the photos, peaceful, beautiful view, pleasant pool and cleaned several times a week, barbecue everything to have a great stay. Water hunt and electrical outlet to repair, lacks some small practical details in the kitchen (garbage bag, dishwasher product and gas starter)... Otherwise, nothing to complain about, to rent without hesitation.

The house was in impeccable condition upon our arrival. A small flaw was quickly resolved the same day. The only drawback: The pillows, but that's certainly a matter of taste. We felt very comfortable and would rent this house again at any time. Small note: a written instruction for guests, especially about the trash, would certainly be helpful.

We stayed in villa gardenia with 4 people for 4 nights. Amazing garden/patio for breakfast and dinner. Amazing outdoor bbq Nice Pool with outdoor shower options Great kitchen with great cooking possibilities and living room space Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) are not very spacious but still fine, we found the beds were comfortable A few everyday things could be provided for free for all guests to make life easier for guests - for example we only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom Unnecessary or rather awkward extra costs such as Air conditioning and bed sheets / towels. Would be easier if everything were just included in a fix price Possibility to use the washing machine House beach in walking distance (5 mins) Access to the house is easy but the road is relatively bumpy and rough for about 500 m so don’t use your private Porsche if you have one ☝🏽 All in all highly recommend
