Vacation rentals with a patio in Orange Park

My fiance and I took our first vacation to St Augustine and we wanted to be close to the downtown area. We absolutely loved the decor of this Airbnb and the fact that they were so close to downtown. We walked both days while there which was very peaceful to not be in a car. I was grateful we could bring our pup as she is a senior dog and it's hard to take trips these days without her. We loved the quietness, minus the dogs across the street barking non stop at 8am..lol but we did our best to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding area. We will back again for sure!!!

A terrific spot within a reasonable walk of everything you would want to visit while in St. Augustine. Space was well kept, clean & comfortable. Hosts were very responsive & offered clear instructions.

My stay at Luke's place was awesome. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed for a long weekend. The beds at the home are very comfortable and I appreciated the TV in the bedroom for watching different programming than my travel companion. One of my favorite amenities was the gym. It was clean, well organized and had great equipment. I would definitely stay at Luke's again.

We were in town for a graduation. It was wonderful to have a well stocked and centrally located spot to stay. The pool was perfect and just outside the patio.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

We have stayed at this complex several times in different condos and Brianna's place is the best. She has provided a plethora of amenities such as a well stocked kitchen equipped to cook anything from pizzas to gourmet meals and pass to the gym. House keeping is impeccable. This will be our "go to" place when visiting St Augustine.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our large group. The beds were great, and everyone slept well. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay celebrating our daughter' s graduation from high school. We found the house cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed meals and games outside by the pool. The weather was great and the pool was definitely refreshing. We hope to make it back in the future!

The house was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances, but the cabinets were stocked with dishes. Bathrooms were clean. We bought our own towels, soap, etc. but there were towels available for use. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host was amazing, and the house was clean and well-maintained. We have stayed at other Airbnb's that looked clean, but baseboards, fans, and other areas of the house were dusty and didn't work well with allergies. BUT, this house was very clean and I could tell that the host takes pride in cleaning. Loved the layout with master bedroom upstairs and other rooms on the main floor, and it felt very homey! The beach is not too far away and I would highly recommend it. When in the area again, I will be sure to check and see if this house is available!

EXCELLENT communication. Beautiful, Comfortable Home! Central air was nice. Comfortable beds, Ample seating throughout. The bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, and the swimming pool were all very clean. No worries of pests, or mosquitoes with the screened in pool area. It made for a worry free leisure weekend. Plenty of linens and towels with the convenience of a washer/dryer. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials. Pots, pans, mugs, glasses, cups, plates, silverware, etc. The fridge and cabinets were spacious. There were coffee pods & tea with a Duel Pot/Pod Keurig for brewing. There was sugar, creamers and other kitchen essentials like olive oil and some basic spices. Plenty of FUN things to entertain both adults & children. Corn hole, Huge Connect 4, Darts, Board games, The Casino games, Pool, & Pool Table were highlights. Quiet-even with a train here n there. Private, Safe, Clean, Spacious and FUN house to getaway, I HIGHLY recommend this house! TY Alana.

First, this was the cleanest and best smelling home we have ever rented. Second, it was so much more roomy than it looks and it was truly a homey, comfortable, and welcoming place. Third, the location was wonderful and centrally located to everything we needed! Last, super simple check out instructions. I mean, I think the easiest ever. It was truly a delight to stay here!

Can’t say more amazing things about this place. Our family has come back for the second time and have already made plans to come back. It’s our slice of heaven. Quick drive to the beach and the food and coffee walking distance from the house is so so good! Go to community loaves for fresh sourdough. But honestly you could stay at the house and never leave. Between the perfect pool, playing pool outside, and watching my kids try and catch lizards - this place is so special to us! You won’t regret it!

This honestly was an amazing Airbnb! I’ve stayed at a few, and this one absolutely blew our expectations right away! Very peaceful neighborhood, beautiful house, VERY comfy beds, and a pond behind it that has frogs croaking throughout the night, makes for some nice atmosphere when relaxing by the fire pit. My family and I were unbelievably happy with this location!

The condo was clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable and as pictured. There was plenty of on site parking which was a huge positive for me. Nicholas was proactive in all communications and made sure I had what I needed. I will definitely choose this location again for future visits.

We are returning guests to JCE properties. Both of the properties were spacious, neat, organized and made us felt like home. JCE attention with us was like we never experienced before. That’s why he is listed as a superhost. Always looking for the guest comfort and satisfaction. The location was really convenient, since it was just 7min away from the Mayo Clinic. Definitely will stay again with JCE when we return.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

I stayed at Seema & Rohit's apartment in Jacksonville for 14 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and matched our needs perfectly. Rohit was a very friendly and helpful host. He went out of his way to assist me in recovering my luggage that had been lost at the airport, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. I’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

Laura was a great host and her place was a perfect getaway. She communicated frequently to ensure I had everything I needed. I will be back in the future!
